Well, so before lopping off to bed at the grand ole hour of 4 AM in the morning or so, another one of those lovely brain farts.
Or brain dumps, depending.
I just did a TOTAL count of all my blog posts on all my sites, and I’m well over 3000, and the vast majority of those have all been made since early 2020.
Not ALL of them. A lot have been done over the years.
But it seemed I really cranked up the speed last year – at least on the fitness biz – and it isn’t no surprise that I’m getting the RESULTS I am now …
But anyway, how do I manage it?
WHY do I do it?
Other than the obvious – business – I have this to say.
It’s not about business at the end of the day (tho of course thats a great side benefit).
It’s about a form of release, its about something GOOD to share that will help you – it’s about advice – motivation – many other things – and …. YES – it’s cathartic too!
Remember, us writers and spiritual guys tend to be on the “loonier” side. (or so people think).
We do things that most of our near and dear ones can’t stand, and we get banished into the darkness, which we love too.
And they dont know what to say, hehe.
We like sitting in our caves. We like living in solitude, abhor NOISE and disturbance, and the more we write, the more clear our thinking gets – the more we get annoyed at the Bozos who can’t think for themselves, and throw hissies at the slighest little thing.
We’re uber disciplined when we want to be, and we don’t dance to no-one’s tune except ours…
Believe me, all this was there in me for a long time.
As my wife once remarked (both sarcastically and otherwise).
“You’ve got all the qualities and seeds of greatness in you!”
(that was a while back. I’m sure she’d take the comment back NOW, LOL).
But really speaking, it feels good to get it out.
And really speaking, I share these traits with more people than you’d think, although before getting to research it and stuff, even I thought I was a little “out there” sometimes.
Thought?
I still think it, HA!
And I revel in it.
But anyway, thats the reason for the unending inspiration from yours truly, and where I get all this energy from.
Writing, writing and more writing – and workouts and more workouts.
Mini workouts are something I highly recommend for everyone. Most don’t listen to me, but are hooked once they get ON the train. Trust me, it’s one of those things you HAVE to try for a week or so …
Anyway …
