New Day, New Slate.

When you wake up in the morning, go to school – work – office – whatever it is you do – or if you’re like some of us that prepare steaming hot GREEN TEA (or black, hehe) and sit down at the ole computer, or head out to the hills – do this.

This was in part brought to my mind by a little kid who apologized to me today.

She didnt, of course. It was in my mind, but the mind is what creates.

“Papa, I’m sorry for what I did last night. I know there are no excuses!”

And she didnt really do much kids her age wouldn’t anyway … not that I know of, at least.

All in the mind!

Including this visual, but it’s uber powerful.

It can work in ANY situation.

And it’s simple.

Much like a chalkboard, wipe it clean at the end of each day.

Arise, and do so again at the start of your day.

Couldn’t do those 10 pull-ups in ONE set yesterday?

No problem – lets make a fresh start today!

Let’s attract the NEW – and FRESH – today!

Couldn’t get your workout in as planned yesterday?

Or, were just too lazy to do it?

Well, all water under the bridge. Let it pass!

With a clear mind, focus on what you WANT – not what you DON’T want.
