I know I would, my friend!

And I do!

And we all do, to be quite frank about it.

This morning, I’ve been doing a lot of writing and visualizing – the first NOT for the public or for sale. Never will be.

And the other thing I’ve been doing is goal setting – I wont mention what goals as yet but they’re huge. BIG.

Bigger than I ever imagined, and no, I know what you’re thinking.

But no.

It’s not just money.

Money is a part of it, yes, but it ain’t the overall big deal by far.

But anyway, what do I mean. And what am I asking YOU?

Well, I’ve already aske dyou …

And by now you’re no doubt thinking “life” here, so in terms of life – one huge key to manifesting ANYTHING good is “out with the old, in with the new”.

Right?

You know that, I can hear you saying …

Well, I dont just mean tossing junk out – that you should do, and Idid that today.

But I’m talking physical stuff.

First, movement of any nature.

And especially upside down movement, my friend – there is no better and quicker way to feel SUPER CHARGED …

And quick aside, another way that EVERYONE can do – even if you can’t hold yourself upside down?

Well to stretch – correctly.

Most people have the polar OPPOSITE notion of stretching and the WRONG mental pictures when they do so.

“It’s hard”, you hear (and they think).

And therefore it is.

Instead, what if you have a mental picture of you exhaling into the muscle and it expanding “calmly”?

Being and staying loose and limber is one of the keys the wild cats use to stay in such “hunter like” top shape. 

All their lives.

We humans could use more than a dose of it too!

And what I did was stretching – and it’s so simple that ANY of you can do it.

And the simplest stretches usually work the best.

Calves, shins – and traps. Stretch just THESE areas right, my friend, and I not only guarantee you you’ll breeze through your day – but you’ll be ACCOMPLISHING – mark my words – a heck of a lot more than if you were to just sit there and “do the thing” (Which is better than doing nothing dont get me wrong, but still!).

And last, but not least.

Out with the old stress.

In with the new good.

And thats impossible to do with tight muscles my friend – PERIOD.
