I just got a great, great review in for Isometric and Flexibility Training – the Compilation!

This book is one that people either love or hate – like me. Hehe.

This book is one which brings out the trolls like NEVER before – like with Shoulders like Boulders!

Last year, some idiot called Keith (probably Bozo Schofield’s alter after he got banned on Amazon for spamming) left the following review on Shoulders like Boulders! –

Really, the price on this book which has only a handful of pages.
You can buy better books for a third of the price.
This book is worth minus five stars.
Also look out for the reviews on all of the author’s other books by the same person who is giving all the books five stars.

After that one got banned, he posted some other nonsense – which Amazon removed too (thank you, Amazon!) – – then he went again, and I’ve addressed the above so called review HERE.

Now this Bozo appeared to have given up – but with all the advertising, emailing, everything – really, it’s a SENSATION! – we’re doing as of late, he musta seen some of it, and he got pissed off again.

And the latest so called review he left on the book above is a gem –

I’ve half a mind to mark as spam on Amazon, which will be removed, but then again – nah. Like I keep saying, monuments to idiocy MUST stand. Hehe).

Stay away from this author

Now I don’t know if this author is a fake author or not but he shows with his books that he has never ever trained in the slightest and looks overweight.
Why has he written books about training and has never done a day out of his books programs?
Secondly how can he ask the silly prices he is asking for his books when you can buy books that are much better written, much better programs in them and better books at a much cheaper price.
Please, please stay away from this author and let’s stop him printing books that are a ware of your time.

Most of what he says – well, I’ve debunked it in his original review, and I could well just point you to that link again, I’d be right too.

But since he wants to “go” again – here goes!

Now I don’t know if this author is a fake author or not but he shows with his books that he has never ever trained in the slightest and looks overweight.

I’ve written about this enough times already, do a Google, you’ll see.

But basically after all the idiotic comments I keep getting about “I’m too big! I’m not FAT!” (from idiots that are too lazy to lose weight and train pull-ups for one) – or people claiming “big = fat” – or some former friend claiming “I’m bigger, so I can’t outsprint her on the hill” (another example of crowning idiocy that i.e. muscle is muscle regardless, fat is fat regardless, Newton’s law i.e. F = m x a stands regardless..)

… After all that, I figured I’d put myself when I was FAT – doing the exercises that GOT me into shape ultimately.

Why?

One, to show you that YOU, even if you’re fat and overweight can do these.

THAT is the entire point, it aint about me preening and posing.

Second, you’ll notice those pics are on the cover of “Pull-ups – from Dud to STUD within a matter of WEEKS!” – and “Shoulders like Boulders!” – but NOT the advanced books.

Why?

To show you what is possible, and my own examples.

I dont hide, my friend.

What you see is what you GET with me. If I’m out of shape, but still workign out to get in shape, I’ll show you that, if I’m in super shape, I’ll show you that too, what remains constant is the exercise, and the routines flat out work, proof in the pudding!

(By the way, what is a “fake author” – what constitutes one? I scratched my lovely head (so much so that my bald spot on top got EVEN bigger, hehe) – for hours – couldn’t figure it out – maybe you could tell us “Keith-Glyn-Schofield”?)

Third, looks – well, try this one on for size.

Truly, I either look like a movie star, or TV personality, or phat phocker. Hehe. Always a case of extremes.

’nuff said there in terms of “looks”?

What I don’t do and what never changes though is I don’t cater to Bozos or suffer fools unless I have to, and I don’r here.

I wonder if this Bozo can prove I never worked out? Anyway, this is covered enough. Hehe. Not to mention anyone that reads the book will know how many years I’ve spent honing my craft before telling YOU how to do it …

… I’ve literally been in the trenches, and there is a reason I’m called the bodyweight exercise GURU and the Stella Artois of Fitness, and there literally are no other books out there of the sort that kick your ass into shape SUPER QUICK like mine.

Point and case, was it the other way around (since we’re talking buttling buffoons here.

Please, please stay away from this author and let’s stop him printing books that are a ware of your time.

You can always tell a spammer from the following when it comes to reviewing fitness books.

They have never trained in their whole lives (like a certain Bozo “Scammy” Schofield).

They haven’t bought or read the books they’re so called reviewing, which of course is “case and point” i.e. if you ain’t read it, how do you even know.

They are price wankers and blue light specials – i.e if it aint $1.99, it must be bad. Hehe.

They’ll keep talking about better books, but they’ll never tell you which are the better books.

And last, the looks piss these ugly “wanking in basement with little bro in hand” as they say in China – Cheetos crunching mofos off more than anything else. Hehe. Poor sods, I gotta say it …

(What is “a ware of your time” by the way? I guess he meant waste, but the fingers slipped from all the buttering, hehe. I understand, “bro” – lol).

As for you, my friend –

Well, buy the book – and make your own judgement AFTER you do what is mentioned therein – and please do review.

So long as it ain’t a troll review, I welcome all reviews, even if they aren’t 5 star – case and point being it should be REAL, all else is acceptable.

Of all the excellent training information that you’ve written about in your superb training books I truly believe that the information in this latest book is the missing link that ties all the other books together.

It is no exaggeration that this book is a must read for anyone who wishes for their body to function as an integrated unit and not just a collection of uncoordinated body parts.

People, in this book you will find the secret to how calisthenics athletes perform such impossible looking feats of strength. Brilliant work Rahul.

Here goeth –

First I must address the above review otherwise you’ll find what I have to say regarding the book hard to believe.

(that was a troll review , i.e. the Bozos’s on Amazon).

The fact is, Glyn Schofield has an ongoing dispute with the author of the book and his review is designed to try and dissuade people from purchasing the book and thereby cost the author potential customers.

Glyn Schofield has not purchased any of the books he routinely reviews, nor does he have the slightest clue as to what constitutes a valid training book, I seriously doubt he’s ever exercised in his sorry little life.

Back to the review, this book will transform anyone who has the guts to give the book’s content a good hard try, there is a reason that the top elite military units around the world prize this exercise so highly, having the strength to pull your own bodyweight from full extension to full contraction repeatedly is very rare these days, which is why the easier lat pulldown exercise is so popular, it does not require the same amount of strength, only pulling your own bodyweight will give you that superior strength, if you want that kind of strength you owe it to yourself to get this book and learn from it and prepare to be transformed.

Another excellent book from the bodyweight guru.
