Last night, I had severe indigestion. Throwing up several times, on the throne, and so forth. You guys reate, no?

You might be wondering how it happened to me, the guy with zero and then some such issues. The guy who extols the virtue of less food for extended periods or none at all – NOT more.

And such.

Well,over the last coupla days I’ve been doing what the vast majority of folks do – stuffing my gullet.

Not just that, full of snacks, the typical “breakfast lunch dinner” crap – and let me just say – there’s a damn good reason for following what i keep saying, breakfast isn’t even required if at all – and like Herschel Walker, one meal a day – light – is the ticket along with solid daily physical activity.

This morning, I’m back to my regular routine

Feel a lot better. A hell of a lot!

I don’t feel a fast coming on – as YET.

Man, I’m telling you.

Eat LESS.

Move MORE.

Now, the other thing?

Sometimes, you feel the need to gorge. Especially if you’re training hard, if you’ve been hitting it hard and heavy – and like I told a guy on Twitter talking about it – that’s fine, normal. And you should indulge occasionally.

Key being OCCASIONALLY.

For me, that turned into three occasions, not one.

Timing of the guys Twitter post coincided -no such thing hehe – with my own need for a bit of indulgence…

But, i overdid it.

For me what’s overkill is a “lite” day for most ..

And so, is it any wonder most people feel and look like utter crap – both internally and externally?

I think – NOT.

Ugh.

So much for the so called idiots extolling the so called virtues of three meals a day, calorie counts and other crap.

For now, just know this – eat less, move more. A hell of a lot more in both regards.
