Her social media post to that regard was accompanied by a pic of sugary goodies. Some good, some natural, some not.
But the vibe was “remember to take care of yourself first no matter what”.
An unpopular opinion for many but I agree. Can’t take of others until and unless you’re own house is in order in all regards.
My response – True..
And then, for obvious reasons –
“Well, exercise first. But i get your point”.
And I do Madam, I really do.
But, way too many people turn to easy self medication like food, alcohol etc way too often when the toughest and first thing they should be doing is what they ignore.
Exercise.
Done right.
All else falls into place if you train the mind and body – together, not one before the other (ask any martial artist for one) – properly, regularly…
You can even get away with occasional or more than occasional blasphemy diet wise as I tell you in Eat More – Weigh Less, a highly and hugely popular version of Advanced Hill Training around here for obvious reasons.
But no matter what.
Train first.
Internally. Mentally. Physically.
And all else, external included will follow.
