At least, that’s what it felt like this morning. My!
Battletank Shoulders has plenty such workouts.
But, this one isn’t in ANY of my books thus far – but the exercises all are.
In no particular order –
Thick grip (fat gripz) pull-ups – either shoulder width or more – sets of at least 5, or what you can do either proper form. Really squeeze while doing the pull-ups!!
Club work – really squeeze the grip! For me this translates into sets of 50 with one arm. For you, it might be different. Just make sure not to bash yourself on the chin as I once did. That so called light weight becomes very hard to grip after a while.
Towel pull-ups. MY!! If there ever was an exercise to fry the fingers, this is IT. For extra pain, literally – hold the dead hang and top position for longer. Don’t fall off the bar!
Fingertip pushups with perfect slow form, isometric hold while doing them. Sets of 15-20 preferably. Or, what you can DO.
Cycle through this for 10 minutes if you can last that long. Hehe.
And that’s one of the super advanced workouts that I’m going to include in Gorilla Grip – SUPER “duper” advanced as the Guru Juan Gamboa would say, hehe. Goateess not required tho!
