I didn’t do the splits yesterday to recover from a very nasty hamstring problem.

That don’t mean I didn’t do anything. Still walked, did pull-ups etc. Today as I saw a girl (lady) on Twitter do and post perfect chin ups on a slow day – I had to post and say she was spot on! Perfect chin ups too, China well above bar unlike most fat complaining so called men.

But no splits. I messed up there.

My body’s complaining today. Hehe but almost ok now after a long stretching session somewhat per my normal.

This don’t mean you should not take breaks. It means you shouldn’t.

I should have done a BIT of splits yesterday. That’s my point!

Did pull-ups – my shoulders much better today.

Didn’t do splits, and….

Lesson not learnt..

Reinforced.

Never take even the tiniest of breaks!

It WILL come back to haunt ya.

Stay HARD….. MOFO!!
