I’ve said it before. I’ll say it again.

Pull-ups are truly the LITMUS test of real man fitness.

Or woman.

Women actually do pull-ups a lot better than most fat men that claim they’re big and strong but not fat when the MIRROR says otherwise and they know it. Cope central.

“I’m big but not fat”

“Different body type” (probably the gayest excuse I’ve heard. We all have different body types. Mine is NOT suited to doing pushups – I essentially have a monkey upper body and giraffe lower – but I still bang them in perfect form, 0 Excuses) ..

Women are far more open about their lack of strength in a “traditionally masculine” area of fitness.

And of course they are far more open to actually losing weight than most of you fat men are.

“Hum mard hai”, I once remember my mother remarking sarcastically about men that parade their fat bellies around proudly as a badge of honor.

“We are MEN, so who cares”

Mom and I don’t agree on most things likely.

But I truly get a lot of my genes from her. In many ways. Hehe.

And yeah money matters not.

Your woman in the Ferrari will be talking to the guy with the X shape as you drive past me.

Venus will make her fat husband, a cop at that – literally drive her to my place while i don’t even know she’s coming because I’m too busy drinking beer.

Et al.

Moneys an amplifier.

If you’re a fat cuck it will amplify that.

Women will use you for an atm and then ruthlessly discard you.

If you’re the sort of Bozo that whines about pull-ups not being necessary and makes every excuse under the sun to avoid doing them, especially in proper form- you fall under that category exactly.

Stay cucked.

The rest of us real men will get the girls you so crave but will never have.

And that’s that.

If you’re STILL after reading all this and everything I’ve so sagely and RIGHTLY (I’m always right) said about why pull-ups done RIGHT (no kipping swinging swinging gay CrossFit BS) are the real deal then I got nothing to say.

You’re just fat lazy and gay. INCOMPETENT and a disgrace.

As Goggins himself would say – don’t be a bitch.

Its just that simple.

Stop making excuses.

Learn how to do pull-ups right.

And then just grind till you get to my level. Super stud. Noone out there can do that as perfectly as I can.

But remember.

I’ll be training in the meantime too so… Hehe.
