Just got done with the sorta workout most of you can only DREAM of doing. No, just because you’re a fat 500 lb bird that posts grossly inflated numbers of workouts doesn’t mean you did F all. Your utter and SHEER lack of any results show. The mirror doesn’t lie.
But I did.
Truly sweating buckets in winter!
Squats. Stairs.
Rinse, repeat.
That simple.
This is a 0.01 percent of men that can even begin to do this without. The sorta thing that gets me called Mr Handstand pushup and the Bodyweight exercise Guru!!
Trust me.
Gay, fat lazy birds will promote the equally gay and pathetic step up as a viable alternative.
It ain’t.
Doesn’t even come close my friend. I don’t even sweat when doing them. The only REASON fatsos do is why I call step ups, and I’m right as always – the lazy fat gay birds alternative to squats.
That being – if you’re a 500 lb obese fuck then you’ll sweat even on the trip to the toilet.
Simple as that.
Fat is fat. Not a different body type. You ain’t big. You’re plain Jane, no pun, fat and gay.
If you aint squatting…
Then as I say in Squat 101, you simply ain’t TRAINING!!
