I was speaking to my daughter the other day, and she made a comment about heartburn, which she often has.

Now, one of the things I keep telling my daughter to do, and what she hasn’t really taken to as yet like a duck to water (but remember, repetition of the same chant …!) is this – the SQUAT position in Isometric and Flexibility Training FIRST THING in the morning after chugging water (which she doesn’t do as much of as I’d like her to) and waking up.

No dumbphones!

“Dumbphones can wait, honey. Gather your thoughts first. Yo udont want to turn into an idiot!”

(Which is precisely what people that do the dumbphone first thing in the morning – either “do” or in their routine are or turn into).

Sorry if that offends, but it’s true.

Dumbphones have made IDIOTS out of al lof us (those that aren’t DINOS!).

But anyway.

The heartburn.

She’s been having it for a while.

My wife keeps telling her to “lie on her left side” because that apparently helps digestion.

Does it?

I dont know, I’ve tried it, and yes, it seems I benefited a bit, but I wonder how much of that is due to THINKING I’ll benefit!

I’m not downing that.

But as I told my little girl, “does it SOLVE the problem“?

It didnt for her, and thats my point.

When I want somethin gdone, I SOLVE the issue. 

I DROP THE HEAVY HAMMER!

I didnt just wait around hope he’d go away or pussy foot around how much I gave it to him, do, and will continue doing.
