How many times have you guys – either the weightlifters amongst y’all, or just bodyweight guys – or heavy object lifters, and so forth, lifted a weight – and felt something “snap”?

Not so much in the muscle or tendon, but the WRIST – but not in the way you’d imagine.

Imagine you’re doing swings with a kettlebell, my friend.

Somewhat heavy.

But like Indian clubs – start light with these too!

Believe me, especially if you are doing them with thick gripz addd to the already thick grip as I do!

Anyway, lets talk “circular” swings -some of the most basic yet effective swings with both kettlebells and Indian clubs – but done differently in each case – and in high reps.

Not only will you burn fat x 100 –  but build strength lik enever before as well.

But, let’s talk you’re getting tired.

And suddenly, the weight “slips” a little.

It snaps a bit to the edge.

And you feel a pain – at the side of your wrist – as it snaps sideways!

Something that doesnt feel like nothing during the workout – but afterwards, simple items like picking up a bar of soap in the shower (no pun) becomes a chore.

I’ve had it happen, my friend.

And today, as I was tiring, and a kettlebell almost slipped, and the club in my other hand was about to – I was glad for this sort of strength.

I calle d it what I did in the title because tech terms don’t impress me.

It is what it is.

You KNOW what I mean.

Not to mention, it’ll give you a core and lower back workout like nothing you’ve ever done – and traps too.

The “side” of your forearms too – in a way nothing else can.

Anyway, thats the story for now – I just got done with one of these workouts.
