My oh my, the reviews keep pouring in thick and fast – and now the AUDIOBOOKS are getting some superb reviews too!

Which doesn’t surprise me, given I’ve chosen narrators that have the right vibe and passion for the subject ie fitness – nothing more annoying than a “bland” narration. I thought about, and indeed toyed with the idea of doing it all myself, but end of the day, you only rise to success by taking other (like minded) folks WITH you – no-one goes it alone – and plus, I wanted to give the books a variety of different voices for various reasons – and hence, well, all the great audiobooks now out!

Lets start with the best review first – for the greatest, very BEST – and MOST results producing “behemoth of a” bodyweight fitness book ever – 0 Excuses Fitness!

“Zero Excuses Fitness” is an incredible fitness audio book that truly exceeded my expectations. The author’s no-nonsense approach to fitness and healthy living is refreshing, motivating and inspiring. The author clearly understands the obstacles that individuals face when attempting to get in shape, and offers practical solutions to overcome them.

The audio book is filled with actionable tips and strategies that are easy to implement, even for beginners. The author’s expertise in fitness and health is evident in every chapter, as they provide a wealth of information on everything from, exercise and lifestyle changes. I particularly appreciated the focus on creating healthy habits that are sustainable for the long-term.

Practical advice, motivation and inspiration – and they come best when dispensed by the bodyweight exercises Guru yours truly – someone who has been called, and rightly so, a “master at his craft” – and someone that can get YOU the same results if you just DO the thing.

Some lazy asses whine about me calling them out for being fat, unfit, lazy etc – these same folks might be interested to read what Floyd said about “the author is aware of the issues folks face when trying to get in shape”.

Sure am Floyd, sure am – I just dont suffer fools, cheapskates, and most of all those that don’t “do” the thing and shy away from hard FACTS … that sort of person ain’t my cup of tea to be honest.

The long term approach, habits, this book is truly a must read even if you’re not interested in fitness, but just getting ahead in life – the 10 Commandments of Physical Success can be applied to ANY area of life….
