In Fast and Furious Fitness, I wrote about folks using dipping bars as coat hangers, and doing idiotic situps on them – ugh.

You have folks that train hard in the Jim and you have idiots leaving sweat and shit all over equipment, not cleaning up, hurrying folks up in the squat rack so they can get their little selfies in, wtf?

Gym etiquette, or workout etiqutte is sorely lacking globally.
