The power of a FOCUSED mind!

This morning I woke up feeling somewhat …

I dont know the term for it, to be honest!

Wasn’t run down. Wasn’t exhausted. Wasn’t tired. Wasn’t irritated. Wasn’t really anything except …

.. but for those that live int he flow, you’ll know what I mean when I say “something was off”.

Something WAS off!

I’m not sure what it was. But as I proceeded with my day, minor annoyances began to creep into my mind.

Annoyances that in the grand scheme of things are NOTHING to be honest.

And that I’d normally just ignore.

Not that I’d “want” them. I’d acknowledge them, and move on, but not today.

(And there, my friends, I’ve given you a HUGE tip on success at anything – see if you can find it!).

And this didnt go away, despite conscious efforts to focus my mind.

So I did what I do best – and enjoy the most.

Turned off the lights in my cave.

Switched on my meditation routine.

And within less than 5 minutes I feel … DIFFERENT!

The annoyances are still there. I can “feel” them even more, and yet even less, if that makes any sense.

The power of a calm mind, my friend, cannot be overestimated.

Boddhidharam, that great spreader of Buddhism in China (he came from India obviously) was reported to have started at a blank wall for EIGHT years without moving. He reportedly even cut off his eyelids so he could meditate without “falling asleep!”

I’ve got no idea if this is true, but some of it, in fact a lot of it, might be!

I’ve head about Japaenese monks that run marathons where (and belive me, they ain’t easy – try running barefoot up mountains for years upon years in forests infested with snakes and such – for one!) … if they dont complete it, they (reportedly) have to commit suicide (and they carry a knife with them for this purpose!).

That part does seem to be true from what I read on the Internet.

Now, I’m not saying you do something that extreme. I don’t, and wouldn’t!

But these secret meditation techniques I use are so powerful that they literally have the power to make what you really, really want inyour life manifest right there in front of you, IF and only IF you’re open to not just it, but the process!

And if you are, you’ll notice not just miracles occuring, but a calmer and better life overall (assuming thats what you want, hehe – some don’t apparently!).

I reveal ALL in my one on one coaching sessions on this front, so if you’re interested, apply right here (but no, it ain’t “cheap” – but yeah – it WILL give you – like all my PRODUCTS – way more value than what you paid for!) …

And last, but not least, remember that while mind rules all, the body needs to be taken care of.

Forget the buffoons who tell you to (as one did me) “train the mind” when you’re doing pull-ups, for instance!

Without a healthy and strong body (from the inside out), your mind power will be diminished.

I won’t say it won’t be there. Several men (Churchill for one) have moved mountains while living a very unhealthy lifestyle.

Yours truly did for a while in the past too.

But exceptions to the rule, and “exceptional cases” are one thing – for the most part, get on a decent fitness system my friend.

Take care of your mind – and body – both – equally!

And the results will nigh surprise you.

Alright, my brother (or sistah, hehe). I’m out. Back later!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – The other site is UP!!!! Has been for a couple of days, actually …

PS #2 – HERE is the 0 Excuses Fitness System. The best damned fitness system EVER!

Why I always do my STRENGTH training first as opposed to conditioning

So, I’ve written about this before haven’t I.

And I’ve done it both ways, of course.

I usually do my strength training first for the most part, and then conditioning (overall speaking).

But I’ve done it the other way around, andwith great results too.

But today, the thought struck me that conditoning is really more “stamina” as opposed to “pure strength”.

And pure strength ain’t what my training is about, my friend.

Ever noticed that running or pounding the pavement becomes doubly hard after doing a 0 Excuses workout, for one?

Ever noticed, for one, that pull-ups are easy to do FIRST but sprinting becomes tough later, while the other way is not necessarily true?

Well it’s because of this – the STRENGTH training and 0 Excuses Fitness stuff aint just strengh ttraining my friend.

It’s strength and CONDITIONING. It’s training from the inside out!

And it trains every part of the body, and leaves you spent – in a good way!

The only piece of training that I know so far that bucks this logic is CLIMBING hills, or walking them.

Not running, or sprinting.

But simply walking hills is an unique strength – cum – conditioning workout nothing else can give you and that is why I’ve devoted an entire chapter to this in 0 Excuses Fitness.

Really. It’s that good!

And of course, you on this list know WHY.

But anyway, to finish off – and again. Variety my friend.

And what I shoudl have said in the last email is this – that “taking a few days off won’t make much of a difference if you’re doing it right”.

I don’t mean doing nothing.

NO!

But there are those, for instance, that start to make progress at PULL-UPS, for one, and are afraid to back off, thinking their gains will go down the toilet if they work on other exercises a while.

Banish that mentality my friend. If you’re doing it right – it ain’t gonna happen.

If anything, it will IMPROVE your gains as I just wrote about.

And now that I’m done saying that – well – off to the showers with me.BAck soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – Here is where you can pick up the best damned fitness system ever, the one and only 0 Excuses Fitness System!!!!!!!!

What I learned after NOT jumping rope for a week!

Yes, I did it.

I didnt jump rope for an entire week, just to “do it and see how it felt” because ti felt like the right thing to do on the spur of the moment.

I did pull-ups and sprints pretty much the entire of last week, except for some walking and stretching as well, I didnt do much else.

And I did LESS, not more as I say.

And today, as I felt the urge to jump back into jumping rope, I thought it would be a chore, or at least a bit of it.

Predictably enough, or maybe not, it wasn’t.

Maybe I slowed down a bit towards the end, but maybe not, as my overall time was th esame.

And I hit 3000 jumps, not quite the 3500 I did last time I did it, but 3000 is still a huge step up from the 2000 jump rope daily workouts I used to do.

So much for my methods not working or being too opaque as some bozos like to claim.

If that ain’t progress, and that ain’t real training I dont know what is.

And another thing I learned, or should I say two.

One, adjusting the length of the rope affects the workout – big time. This is something I have NOT seen taught anywher,e and yet, I discovered it a while back, and believe me, the different lengths hit your body differently – pun not intended.

And as I did this today, I remembered I got SO MUCH still to do.

So many books still to write.

Looks like the one on jumping rope will be #1, followed by isometrics and then plyometrics.

See how it goes.

Ain’t no telling with yours truly as y’all well know!

But second thing, HANDSTAND pushups of all things felt easier!

I popped off 20 like no-one’s biz, for one.

(OK, first two were a bit stiff, but then I slinked off 8 and pounded out 10. Easy – PEEZEE!)

And I learned another thing, that I knew already of course.

That there are SO Many different ways to do this truly superlative exercise, and that BattleTank Shoulders, advanced though it is and perhaps only 000001% of the populace will be able do the workouts there in … is only the TIP of the iceberg.

Trust me, hehe.

Trust me now, and believe me later!

But anyway, the point of me saying this?

Is that VARIETY of the spice of not just life – but workouts as well bro.

Thats why I give you such a wide range of books- and workouts. Truly something for everyone.

And truly something that will keep you in shape for ther est of your life!

And the workouts in 0 Excuses Fitness for one are enough to keep you busy the rest of your life, and making gains and great progress my friend.

Grab this right now!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – And again, be sure and leave reviews if you’ve already bought the book! I cannot emphasize enough the importance of this!

These workouts will not only give you a “sexy chest” but a HAIRY one as well.
- If you wanted one. lol. Plenty are too happy with their "I'm BIG, not FAT!!!!!!!!!" man boobs. Hehe. And if thats you, all good!

I gotta laugh. And initially I ignored the comment.

But (and especially given some of my other writing), it was too unique to ignore!

A person named “Claude Lee” on a decidely NON “sexy” social media platform had the following to say about one of my recent posts.

“Sexy! Nice hairy chest!”

Now, some might get offended by this.

Some might not.

Some might think “what the hezey”.

Thats what I thought initally, but a thought just struck me – we’ve all heard the expressions “grow some hair on your chest, “boy”!”

Or something like that.

“Balls of steel”.

“Balls the size of golf balls”

And so forth, and while this isn’t descending into you know what, the point is this.

These workouts DO giv eyou that LOOK – and the GUMPTION I’ve spoken about so often – and they literally DO MAKE MEN OUT OF BOYS!

Especially the handstand pushup workouts – as mentioned in Shoulders like Boulders, and for you advanced sorts – Battletank Shoulders.

Yes, I know.

The initial course is advanced enough, but there are those that want more, therefore …

And fear not. Due to all my recent commitments (a spate in those to be honest) I haven’t found time to write more books that will literally make more “hair” sprout on your chest due to the massive boost of T-rone you’ll be getting in your body.

But Im on it.

Advanced Hill Training and Animal Kingdom Workouts are two courses that do the above just as well as the two above it.

Or, any of my courses actually.

Thats what natural training does to you.

It makes you feel GOOD all over from the inside out.

IT makes REAL muscle sprout – and it improves the functoning of not just your internal organs, but the MOST Important muscle in your body – that between your EARS.

Really. Honestly. It does.

Not to mention outdoes most other “run of the mill” fitness programs out there by a factor of 10.

Anyway, books in the offing?

One on bridging workouts (believe me, this is a RUMPUS kicker el supremo).

Isometrics (half done, and I haven’t budged past that half mark as yet!)

A book on doing plyometrics (again – half done – but …)

A book on MUSCLE-UPS (to be honest I hadn’t thought of this one, but I believe there are people out there looking for the ultimate – and believe me, the muscle up is just step #1 to the ultimate. Yes. BELIEVE ME NOW and trust me later on this one!).

And … let’s see. Jumping rope (and that will be an elementary – advanced course that anyone can use).

A lot to do – and not that much time to do it in, hehe.

We’ll get to it all eventually though!

For now, I can’t promise that my workouts WILL make hair grow on YOUR chest – but it WILL “make men out of boys” – that I do promise!

And I’m out.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – I wonder what “Miss Lee” – her of 0 Excuses Fitness fame – would have thought of the above comment! Indeed hilarious!

Working out every THREE days

This might come across as a bit of shock to some of you – actually, it probably will!

The dude that rants about working out everyday, doing something daily – and (and I do it too these days) – doing something TWICE a day if possible (make it possible, bro!).

I’ve even written about training hard THREE times a day, which I’ve done as well.

But anyway, flashback to 2010 I believe it was.

I think so, or perhaps 2011. It was after I put Fast and Furious Fitness out though (collector’s item right now, and one of the very rare cases in which yours truly physically stocks books!) – in which I said the following.

And rightfully so . . .

“Sprints are the Mecca and Medina of leg training”.

No, no, no. I’m not religious.

But what I said up there is TRUE.

While Hindu squats are one of the best ways to train the legs, and jumping rope is a superlative exercise everyone should do regularly, and while there are OTHER superlative exercises – nothing really beats sprints – or hill sprints in terms of sheer PACE and conditioning.

And muscle!

And REAL strength all over your body.

You’ll truly be strong as a horse if you do these!

And back in the day, I took this truism to heart too literally.

I was doing them in the park outside one fine day after two days of hard workouts (and this was when I wasn’t near as in shape as I am now!).

And suddenly, I felt something “snap” in my calf.

And the inner thigh twinge.

But the calf was painful!

I limped back to the car somehow.

Somehow engaged the clutch etc, and drove home.

SOMEHOW!

I still remember staggering back home and the wife looking at me with that expression.

“You’ve injured yourself again!”

(And this was BEFORE the years I really picked up some serious injuries. Hehe. That THUMB injury remains the worst and most painful by far, and today? I can’t even feel it!).

Anyway, I took off work for a few days. Yippe. Hated the job anyway. Got canned shortly thereafter. Hehe.

All works out for th ebetter!

But anyway, lesson to be learnt here is this.

If you’re sprinting, even if you can’t go all out when you start – you do NOT do these daily!

And I believe I’ve said this many times in Advanced Hill Training.

And all my emails on sprints.

You do NOT – I repeat NOT – regardless of how much of an ironman you are, sprint hills daily!

Or sprint on flat land for that matter.

You could climb hills daily, yes. But even that can be tiring, but sprinting all out daily?

First off, you won’t recover. Your gains will slow down and you’ll go BACKWARDS instead of forwards.

Perhaps if you’re doing nothing but working out like I did for a few months in 2017 when I wrote all these books, your body can handle it, but even in that case – it will get “old” soon.

(“its your life! All you do is workout!” Remember that comment, hehe).

“Burning the candle at both ends” in some ways I was at that point …

But anyway … YES.

If you’re doing Advanced Hill Training, you do NOT do these daily if you’re the regular person and even if youre not!

Unless you want to pick up injuries and slow your gains down.

And while it might not feel like it, your body will repair itself during the break – and you’ll come back stronger than ever, hehe.

This isn’t an excuse to be lazy by the way.

On your days off, you do SOMETHING.

Could be pushups (the easy stuf perhaps)?

Could be walks, or swims. Point being, you do SOMETHING.

Active recovery as I keep talking about is key, my friend.

And if you’re truly crazy, well do your sprints “one day on, one day off” if you reall yhave to (but make sure to warm up etc well before!).

Anyway, thats that for now. One of my other “injuries”: when I was a lard ass was when my right foot mysteriously bloated up to THREE times it’s size with “fluid”.

The good Doctor that looked at it wouldn’t even touch it, such a good Doc he was. Much like Uncle Bob who once went to an Indian doctor with the flu, and she turned away as soon as he approached so as to (in her own words) “not get it”.

Gotta love people, eh.

Anyway, I’m out. Back soon with more!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – You SHOULD pick up Advanced Hill Training – truly the best course to burn fat at warp speeds (and no youdon’t need hills for it either! But it’s good i fyou have ’em).

Why customers like Charles Mitchell … ROCK!

In one word – yes.

And it’s not just him – it’s ALL of you here on the list (the REAL “core” bunch of engaged 0 Excuses fanatics, hehe).

And ALL my regular and repeat customers.

You guys – all ROCK.

YES – I LOVE my list!

And jumping into it, here is what Charles (and I’m sure he needs no introduction to ya’ll here on the list) had to say in response to my reecnt email about not trying to convince those who never will be anyway.

i.e. You can take a horse to water but you can’t make it drink. My daugher did a take on this with an “ox” – which was rather unique too. Hehe.

(And then called me a buffalo. Long story, but those two days I mentioned earlier of overeating … and the email I then sent out on “gorging like a buffalo”) … uggggggh.

Hehe.

Anyway, here is what he said.

The problem simply is that the workouts and exercises you promote are HARD!

And most people really don’t want to work that hard so they would rather throw on some light weight and pump and tone rather than work up a sweat. The people who you appeal to are more hardcore more purposeful in their goals which is a much smaller segment of the population.

I mean really, how many people can do handstand pushups at all? You see my point. So don’t get frustrated. If you want to appeal to a broader range of people , then change to easier exercises but then that will fundamentally change who you are!

And my response below –

Hey Buddy –

Nice to hear back from you – I was actually thinking of you the other day! 😉

How’s it going on the fingertip pushups – do let me know. 😉

Yes, you’re dead on RIGHT in terms of appealing to a small minority (and rightfully so). That is who I’ve always been, and how I’ll always be, because (as you say) it’s about staying true to who one is – – and really, the tough stuff gets RESULTS!

And yeah – no point getting frustrated – I do on occasion, but I talk to YOU GUYS on my list, and immediately feel better. Thanks for your reply buddy – it is much appreciated!

LEt me know how things are going for you. Oh, and since you bought my books off Amazon etc – please DO leave some honest and genuine reviews on some of the books – much appreciated again! 😉

(Not sure if you got an email I sent out on reviews – but if we i.e. the genuine folks out there don’t leave reviews, then the “Bozo” trolls will – so in that regard – yeah – do leave a review or two when you get time – much appreciated!)

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

Now, there’s three things I want to “touch upon” in this here email for those reading it.

First, what he said about handstand pushups is right. As Charles once remarked, being called Mr. HandStand pushup is somethign to be proud of, as it’s probably just 0.1% of the population or less than that that can actually DO THEM.

And this brings me to my latter two points.

First, it’s sad.

ANYONE, even someone with crappy genetics like yours truly can do – and master (or get damn close to it) – handstands and handstand pushups if they TRY.

The key is though – being willing to put in the hard yards.

And Charles is right in that the majority of puffers and buffers out there aren’t willing to do that (hence some of the idiotic crybaby rant like responses I get to some of my stuff).

And thats fine.

That is NOT who 0 Excuses Fitness is for anyway, and really, that part should be crystal clear.

(Oddly enough though these nuts seek me out. I must be doing something right! Hehe. Let’s face it … we ALL want to do handstand pushups in sets for one!).

But translating wants into DO is another story altogether.

It requires focus and gumption as Charles said!

And again, if someone wants, these attributes are as easily obtained – or INSTILLED – via the right mental conditioning I speak about so often.

Key of course is being open to it.

And last, but not least – and perhaps the most important.

What he said about fundamentally changing who I am.

NUMEROUS attempts have been made since the age of 4 or 5 to do exactly that, and EVERY TIME, I’ve rebelled against it.

(As my buddy from the Marines told me – “it might not be the most “sensible” (logically speaking) thing to do” – but thats YOU!)

Someone once told me I coul dhave a much “easier life” if I “got along” with my family and ditched my “caveman like” ways.

He’s right.

I would.

And I’d also become part of the very people that I do NOT want to become like (the mentality I despise) that being “settling for second best” and “killing off any and all ambition to fit in with the crowd”.

(Especially if I actively joined in and took sides in the past (well, I did to an extent, but …) in terms of the usual “Mother-in-law” and “wife” arguments that occur all the time – and that my own Dad seems to be happy dealing with. Ugggggggh. NOT FOR ME!)

(When it happens now, I just let the two of them holler at me. In the past I used to holler back, but all so much energy wasted that could be used for more and better productive and creative purposes!).

Has it been an easy path? Is it easy?

Much like the workouts I promote – NO.

But it’s worth it in SPADES to me – and it’s the path I recommend we all take. The Creator made us all unique (no I’m not religious, so you can insert “Universe” in there) – not a bunch of “sheep” to be led to the proverbial slaughter.

And the sooner we all realize that the better!

In the meantime, yours truly will continue on his hermit like ways, sitting in his dark “room” pounding out emails like this to you before his workout, or after, or both.

And thats how I like it. And THAT, my friend is truly the hallmark of a successful biz if you think about it.

CAN you run a biz on your OWN Terms?

CAN you be a one man show and still do it? (as a friend remarked in a not so nice manner once “you’re a one man show, Rahul! What do you know?”).

Indeed.

What do I know, hehe.

And thats that from yours truly -for now. Back later!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – Charles is no doubt working HARD on them pushups as we speak – get the course – and join him in trying to eventually outdo yours truly – and I hope he – and y’all – DO – as thats the entire point of all this – to get y’all int he best damned shape of your life – unapolegetically – with ZERO EXCUSES! 😉

PS #2 – Those that truly WANT something will find a way. Believe me now and trust me later- it is TRUE.

Why I abhor and avoid social media like the PLAGUE …

And my dislike of it keeps getting worse.

A buddy recently asked me in that regard if I “miss it”.

“You’re missing it”, he said, due to my recent absence on social sh-media.

And no, I wasn’t missing it at all. I was enjoying it!

Yours truly admittedly “anti social” to most but the most “they get it” types – and other cavemen sorts (and the women too, hehe) … HATES social media.

Well, hate is perhaps too strong a word, but the point begets. I steer clear most of th etime.

Having been doing so for most of the time I’v ebeen on it.

And this year has been a landmark year for me in MANY regards, and oddly enough in the above regard too.

And letting go of social media is one huge reason. Other than a bit of marketing I do on there, I do NOTHING virtually there (unless it’s a reasoned discussion I want to particpate in, and those times are few and far in between to be honest).

But reall,y why you might ask.

Well, it’s obvious to those on my list.

But inane videos. Inane discussions and endless likes or not on what “she ate today for supper”.

Your dogs prancing around the place.

The latest on the one and only Pres Trump …

And so forth.

All things that don’t really matter at the end of teh day and that you have no control over.

Not to mention endless political discussions and debates on some of the social media groups. UGH!

I wonder where these people get the time.

More to the point (and this right here is a very powerful SECRET) I wonder if these people ever thought of discussing stuff like this with the world in a way that improves their own life.

Regretfully, in the vast majority of cases the answer is hell no.

Thats fine.

To each his own.

But for me, here’s the point.

It’s something I’ve said before a lot of times and it bears repeating, that friends and family are often the biggest source of energy leaks – and astoundingly enough, NOT done in a conscious manner.

They do it subconsciously without being AWARE of it.

This alone may enrage many people, but it’s TRUE.

The “crabs in a bucket” mentality has a tendency to settle down in one’s mind if one doesnt consciously think POSITIVE thoughts all the time my friend.

Thats just how human beings are. As Napoleon Hill rightly said in Think and Grow Rich, the average person knows a bazillion reasons as to why “the thing CANNOT be done” as opposed to the one reason it CAN be done (and should be done).

(paraphrased).

And the same thing holds true for the category above in the vast majority of cases.

Not all.

For instance, Dejon, a friend on my list (and NOT A CUSTOMER as yet) who “digs my writing” often calls me a “busy man”.

And he’s dead on right.

Do I agree with him on everything?

No. Most notably his statement about “bodyweight being good for when you can’t visit the gym”.

Although in all fairness, the positive stuff he said about bodyweight stuff getting you “fit as heck” makes me think he meant it otherwise (from what it sounds).

He trains in a manner somewhat different to me, but not really if you look at it.

REAL strongman training, the kind they did in the ole days.

And being yours truly does REAL bodyweight training, the kind done in the Army, Special Forces, by elite athletes and so forth, and done back in the day by any real strongman (or yore) – well – that makes us kindred spirits. (that and the fact he doesnt waste his precious time on Bozos either, hehe).

Good man, and one that gets it.

But the vast majority of people out there do NOT get it.

‘Tis how it is, my friend.

Though people don’t realize it the “how dare he climb out of the bucket” mentality is at play for most people when they see someone truly “on the road to success”.

And making it.

And if it’s a friend, that “how dare he be different” amplifies itself – big time.

Diss me later, and believe me NOW, it’s true.

And there it is, my friend.

We truly ARE the sum of the people we hang out with the most.

And for me, usually, that is either zero, or people that truly GET IT.

And people that “if they can’t say it in writing”, they probably don’t want to say it AT ALL.

Such as it goes, my friend.

Some important lessons right here … see if you can pick ’em up!

And once you do so, remember to pick up the BEST damned fitness system out there by a long, long shot – the 0 Excuses Fitness System.

Ill be there to welcome you ABOARD!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

No point trying to convince those that won’t BE.

I say it for a reason.

And I say it often times, hehe. It ties into “let the world do what it wants, and YOU do what YOU want”.

And in the case of fitness it also means this – if the “gym goers”, pumpers and toners, and all the sort of people that “don’t get it” (despite proof aplenty on a platter in front of them) keep doing what they want – well – it’s POINTLESS to try and convince them otherwise.

A losing battle.

And I’d rather not bang my head against that brick wall.

Whether its overweight people that refuse to acknowlege the fact that being FAT means no matter how strong you are, you’ll never really be able to do pull-ups well let alone do ’em at all – or people NOT acknowledge that it is THEM and THEIR OWN THINKING alone that is keeping them “down” in life – the point stands.

Personally, I don’t even try to convince said people of anything.

When they vociferously jump up and down about yours truly and how stupid he is for being “impractical” for one (amidst a whole plethora of rather more beautiful terms – it’s pushed past 900 now that list of names I’v ebeen called, hehe) … what do I do?

In the past I’d argue it.

I’d make valid points.

Only for them to be ignored and the heels to dig in even farther like “Balaam’s ass” in the Bible, hehe.

And it would be a losing battle, of course, not to mention I’d lose energy explaining things to people that would never ever seriously “get it anyway”.

For instance, the person that once told me “table pushups” were “gay”.

He was referencing me in that position on my WeShat wall …

(a claim that was roundly rebutted by a ton of others, in particular a former gymnast on social media) – and a person that later wanted “Free training” because apparently “it would help me”.

(and of course in his own words “didnt care about the blog”. Yeah. Thats all it is, a “blog”. Hehe. Another red flag right there)

Um

He’s a nice guy, actually.

But – thanks – but no thanks!

And then you have my S.O. Or Wife. Or, whatever you choose to call that sort of a relationship, hehe.

EVERY time she watches her mindless soap operas, guess what happens.

Without knowing it she’s in a bad mood afterwards.

And it doesnt need to be seen. It can be felt, the VIBE.

Now, before yall ladies start hating on me for saying this, guess what. Same thing for guys as well for their version of drama and soap operas.

And those that stay glued to the TEE VEE – which is known as the idiot box for a reason (closely followed by “those who only watch video after video and nothing else” and those that stay glued to the dumphone).

(It kills your imagination for one, and it makes you, whether you know it or not, subconcsiously believe in the BS being shown on there – and then when that same thing don’t happen in real life – guess what. Irritation. Annoyane. And the whole smosrgaboard of NEGATIVITY that does NO-ONe any good!).

(Not to mention a lot of times it makes you blame those that “do get it” for no good reason …)

And it ain’t nothing against her either, to be frank. She’s doing what the vast majority of the world does.

(Hell hath fury upon the sad man who tries to convince his female S.O. Otherwise, hehe).

Yours truly is the “odd one out” here, hehe. And guess what. I’m glad to be!

But anyway, back to fitness.

It’s a losing battle trying to convince someone, for instance, that you can literally EAT MORE AND WEIGH LESS – despite proof being there aplenty.

Or, that pull-ups are not better than the silly pull down “shull down” machines in the gym (the most idiotic invention ever along with the chest press machine to be frank) … (to those that believe that).

Or, that pushups are the best damned exercise ever. Despite the Marines for one doing 500 of them daily pretty much in their training!

And so forth.

Might as well save your time and energy for those that get it, bro.

And for those of you that do – well – I am HERE for you.

All for now!

Best,

Rahu lMookerjee

Those if harnessed right are nigh powerful indeed by themselves, and much like my fingers flying over the keyboard in utter darkenss right now (while it’s broad daylight outside) – WILL be accomplished no matter what.

NO FORCE on Earth can stop a man that has truly made up his mind – on ANYTHING.

Now, whether or not you agree or not is a different story.

And whether or not you use the “force within” for good or evil is a different story as well …

But point being?

Well, lets get to the less esoteric part ofthis first.

The power hours.

In ancient Chinese “Taoism” and even probably Hindu texts etc, the hours between 11 – 1 (either in the afternoons, or the early AM) are known as the power hours (I’m using my own term here, but you get the drift).

ANYTHING you do within these two hours gives you DOUBLE the benefit.

If you work out within these two hours for one, you get TWO hours worth for benefit for ONE hour of working out.

(Is it any surprise most of these books were written either during that time or in the early AM or the fact that my best – very best- gains came from working out at this time)?

I think not.

If you read or meditate between these two hours, same thing.

If you love, or make it … hehe, well, I won’t go there, but the point stands.

And it can be proven.

Now, on to other dreams.

It’s no secret that I mention visitations in my dreams, some so real I can FEEL the people next to me when I wake up.

Quite literally.

And it’s usually not eerie at all, contrary to what you might think. It’s just a “he was here” or “someone was HERE!” feeling, but it’s a good feeling, or neutral if I might say so.

Henry Ford I believe it was visited me early on this year in May, but for what, I have no idea.

I wasn’t dreaming anything specific (well, we dream anyway – but I didnt remember the dream).

But yet, he came, and I can still remember the feeling when I woke up.

Someone was THERE. And it was Ford, and Ford has visited me in this manner on many an occasion my friend.

And the most recent occurence was SCARY.

A “turgid” dream (turbulent) …

And at the end of it all (btw, Bozo Scofield played ah uge part in that dream, hehe) – a HAG showed up.

A vicious hag – the kind you see in “devil” movies, and your worst nightmares.

Claws out ready to pounce, hair wild, the expression of the “devil:” if I might say so.

And I ain’t religious. Hehe. Haven’t been a believer in God since the age of 4!

This dream was the catalyst though to (mysteriously) for me start doing that one other thing that worked so well for me without even knowing it in 2018 and doing it consciously.

What followed?

Was miraculous even for one that believes in the Universe, and Universal power.

Shortly thereafter glass broke at odd intervals in the evenings at home.

In theory, it was a cracked window pane.

But practically, the fact that it chose to break at that moment speaks volumes.

Out with the BAD, good with the in, and again, that one trick was missing.

Yes, even yours truly stops doing what worked for him on occasion (and by this I don’t mean money!).

Anyway – back to it – and what was it.

Those of you on this list paying attention know what it is – meditation.

The HOW is what is important. And I’ll divulge more on that later! (or if you’re a personal coaching student – well – you already know, but for the rest).

For now, just remember what I said above about power hours. It’s true – and then some!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – Pick up 0 Excuses Fitness – our flagship product – right HERE.

Why I keep my prices HIGH – and why I WILL CONTINUE to do so – and a bit on “who woulda thunk it”.

Well, well, well.

Who woulda thunk it, eh?

As 0 Excuses Fitness and my other pathbreaking books on fitness and health (as well as motivational tips in general) continue to motivate thousands (hey, from the horse’s mouth! ;)) – and continue to outsell a lot of the other rank and file “normal” books on fitness out there, a thought popped into my mind.

(and this is just the fitness side of things. If I shared my other writing over here, some of the people beneath and probably on this list too woul dhave a corollary, hehe).

Who woulda thunk it.

The guy who was famously told he was useless, had no ambition, was routinely bulled in school, trolled uip and down (and Bozo Scofield is still at it, so I should say “is”) … and more …

… is now not just a fitness expert, but a bonafide “best seller” in many regards.

And it’s about the mind my friend.

The MIND.

Two dates – and years truly changed my life around.

July – Nov 2015 was what kindled the FIRE within – which never truly STOPPED burning.

And 2017 was a landmark year in more than one regard for me.

On that note, if there is ONE book (or two) I Can recommend it is (are) the following –

Pyscho Cybernetics by Dr. Maxwell Malz

Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill.

NO, I do NOT sell these book myself. No, I get NOTHING for promoting them, but for anyone interested in success, these are two books you MUST have. And read about a bazillion times over. No, it ain’t fiction that you can devour in one sitting. It’s MORE Than that.

Every time you read the books, you’ll feel a certain something. You’ll LEARN something new. You’ll feel the words jumping off the page even more and resonating with YOU if youre truly GETTING AFTER IT!

Claude Bristol’s TNT – the Secret Power Within … and the Magic Of Believing are two other books I highly, highly recommend.

Anyway, enough on that. I’m aware most will ignore what I’m saying here, but do so at your own “peril”!

Anyway … back to PRICE.

And why I will ALWAYS keep my prices high regardless of anything else!

Take a look for instance at a recent testimonial I got for a (which is a reasonably priced book actually) for “Pushups – Reverse Pushups – the BEST darn exercise ever

(btw, check out the other site for more on reviews – I posted a lot more there!).

The exercise in this book is quite difficult to master but once you crack it, it will blow you away at how good it makes your entire body feel, I’m 63 and let me tell you, this one exercise has done more for my overall wellbeing than anything else I’ve ever done. A masterpiece, thank you.

Now, compare it to THIS review.

(this isn’t verbatim, but this was in 2017, right after I released the book – and from a “lookie lou” and “Doubting Thomas” if there ever was one).

I’ll leave his name out of here (indeed, I removed him from my list as well), but here was the sum and substance of what he said.

“I want a refund! The book only has one exercise, and the workouts are similar to 0 Excuses Fitness”.

And there was more, where he directed me to some of the more “normal” books out there.

Um.

No thank you my friend.

And the request for refund was very firmly DENIED (and I then put up the NO REFUNDS policy very clearly on the site as well – it was there before, but I made it more prominent).

The minute you lower your prices, the minute the lookie lou’s and tyre kickers come a hunting my friend.

And thats the lot you want to stay away from. Including but not limited to “Bozo Glyn Scofield like trolls”.

All they want are freebies. And worse, they’ll never do anything with free info even if it’s handed to them on a platter.

I mean, really.

Just one exercise.

Isnt’ that why I SAY THAT LOUD AND CLEAR in the name of the book, for one?

Which review would YOU rather trust?

I’d say the second!

And to reward THIS MAN – a man that truly gets it and got in touch with me about a few of my other books – I not only posted his reviews for all to see – but also gave him a 40% discount (FLAT discount) – no less.

So much for just money being important.

No it ain’t the only and main thing.

And I think you get my point here, fellas! (or ladies reading this!).

And that, my friend, is something YOU must keep in mind too, especially if your work is top notch and a grade or two above the rest.

Now, some may get their knickers in a twist here about “potential lost sales”.

True from a certain perspective. You my lose “numbers”.

But what you lose in numbers, you’ll make up in VALUE.

Ben Settle I believe it was (‘I am not sure, but I think so) who said it, and said it best about focusing on the 4 shiny QUARTERS as opposed to a 100 pennies.

And thats always been my philosophy too. Last, but not least, if there IS indeed a geuine customer who can’t “afford” the book for now – well guess what my friend.

Where there is a will, there is a way, and John Walker knows this better than anyone!

(The person who has been reviewing my stuff as of late – and so does Charles Mitchell – and Gautam – and a host of other people I’ve written about before!).

Both Gautam and John had the issue above, but guess what – they GOT in touch with me – and then well – the rest is HISTORY as they say. Hehe.

So thats the advice there. Take it or leave it, my friend but if you’re serious about success at anything – I’d take it if I were you!

Why – well – I believe I’ve explained it twice already! If not more …

And on that note, I’m out. Back soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

P S- Pushup Central has been garnering MORE rave reviews. I’ll post about them here too – stay tuned!

PS #2 – And yes, if you want a discount of sorts and are a genuine customer – I’m more than happy to work with ya. Get in touch, and we’ll see what we can do in that regard! 😉
