Enough things for ONE heading?

Hehe.

I guess so. But anyway, last night I did something I haven’t done for a while.

I started popping off none other than the almightly handstand pushup.

No idea why I did that, of course.

Mayb e because I wanted to add on to workout #2 (I’ve been doing two these days)

Maybe it was extra upper body work I wanted (and grip too, and yes, handstand pushups are one of the best, best ways to build the forearms up) …

Or maybe it was “divine” intervention.

I even saw the Lone Star shining up in the sky yesterday night as I was out there in the park. Much like the “mysterious red light” I saw around these times last year, and the “glitter” that mysteriously showed up on my clothes today.

The Universe has an unique way of talking to us.

We just need to listen, and if youc an get past the “your emails don’t contain any info” nonsense, you might just pick up some very very valuable tips not just on fitness, but on LIFE my friend.

As Charles Mitchell once said, for someone that doenst believe in religion, a lot of your emails have a very strong spiritual content!

And hes right, hehe.

Anyway.

Got into position by the wall.

“climbed” up (no, I do NOT KICK UP into a handstand for reasons I mentioned in Shoulders like Boulders, and for reasons most that have seen the exercise done the way I do NOT do will never understand until they do it the way I DO) the wall.

And did a handstand.

Held it for time.

I expected it to feel tough. I wasn’t even sure if I could do it, as I hadn’t done it for ages, and while Iwas confident I could do it after the first time, that first time was in my mind.

Insanely enough, or maybe not, I held it for time like there was nothing to it.

Droppped down.

Did it again.

Then again.

Then did sets of 2 handstand pushups (or one set) to test the waters.

Surely my muscle memory couldn’t come flooding back this quick I thought.

But believe it or not, there I was, against the wall, smooth as butter, there I was, knocking out handstand pushups in that advanced manner I teach you in Battletank Shoulders

Up and down. Up and down. And I kept going until I officially started workout #2 which was of cours epull-ups.

Bear in mind I haven’t even done pushups for a while now (although I keep doing them throughout the day sometimes, but I don’t really think of them as a workout anymore, although those pushups are enough to give the average gym goer and bodybuilder the workout of THEIR LIVES)

Thats right, brah.

Give me 10 minutes with the most determined pumper and toner and those that can supposedly curl “heavy poundages” and I’ll have you squirming on the floor in agony in a pool of sweat.

(Get your minds out of the gutter, for those that have it, hehe).

We’re talking exercise here, and pushups.

And given my muscle memory and the speed at which it returned, well, the lesson should be nigh on obvious.

And if it isn’t, I don’t care to be honest.

Some things just “are”.

And on that cryptic (not really, hehe) note, I’m out. I’ll be back soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – I mentioned Battletank Shoulders up there, but really, thats an advanced, advanced course and probably NOT what you , the reader need. And if you can’t even do a handstand, then Shoulders like Boulders is what you need to start out with. Do so now, my friend. You’ll have the gym goers looking at you in awe and astonishment once you get good at these – not to mention the raging strength (or the closes thing to it) a HUMAN GRIZZLY can have !
