Advanced Plyometrics
Advanced Bridging (although some of this will be WAY too advanced for y’all, its a great yardstick to work up to!).
At some point, you’ll see me put something out on one arm work – and probably muscle ups too.
My question to YOU though is this …
Aside from all that – what would YOU like to see?
