Strong – mentally and physically – women can be, often are INCREDIBLY feminine.

Not to be confused with weak Nazi feminist women.

Try that on for size.

So says the bodyweight exercise Guru. And is true. Always about vibe as I keep saying.

Lots has been made about women that train hard being butch and such. Doing it because there are so many weak men around. And such.

There’s more than a smidgen of truth to the weak men part – but to say that’s why women train hard? Bullshit.

I’ve gone on record saying women are often far better at one of the toughest exercises ever – pull-ups – than ego inflated “I’m big but not fat” idiot beer bellied men.

Far more willing to learn.

Same thing for isometrics, planks etc. And really speaking, other then regular pushups in high reps, I cannot think of a single bodyweight exercise females can’t do just as well, or outperform men in.

And it’s true.

And no, bigger arms doesn’t mean she is less feminine, just like being tall isn’t a bad thing for women. Hey. I get to buy a ladder to talk to her! Hehe.

Try that one on for size.

And that’s that.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee
