So I’ve been posting/emailing a LOT as of late.

Some of my updates might be coming through to you a bit late!

And as I sit here after a “hybrid” workout, I’m wondering if I should put out a book on it!

Nah. Just kidding. ALL Of the workouts I give you in all my books are hybrids!

But THIS one was different today, at least in that I have NOT done it for a long, long time.

Hindu squats, rope jumps and a barrage of other movements from Animal Kingdom Workouts!

And let me tell you, I’m FEELING it – especially in the upper body.

Not to mention I threw in other exercises I haven’t done for a while.

The BEST darn exercise, for one. Before that I did 25 reverse pushups (which took me a while to work up to, but I did it!).

And then of course I finished up with a couple of my all time favorites.

Handstands (no pushups). And pull-ups – with static holds!

And I’m BUZZING right about now, hehe.

Now, all of this might not come as news to you familiar with my books and the workouts I do/advocate, but …

… whats of interest, or should be, at least, is the initial portion.

I’ve mentioned a couple of workouts in Jump Rope Mania! Involving Hindu squats.

And let me tell you. They’re tough, tough, tough!

What I did was intersperse 300 rope jumps with 100 Hindu squats. I thought I’d make that x 10.

Ended up quite differently as I did 2000 rope jumps, and I believe ended up with 500 Hindus!

Let me tell you, that one combo is enough to leave you sore for DAYS and unable to walk.

Much like Hindu squats themselves, but curiously enough, and once you get the hang of them you can add in other leg work and that actually aids recovery.

So thats that from me.

Back soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – I did isometrics too, except not a lot of them. But I did do some . One is obvious above. The others … well, straight out of my sizzling hot – SUPER DUPER course on isometrics and stretching “all in one”. Truly nothing like this course out there! Grab it HERE – Isometric and Flexiblity Training.
