But first, a bit of a heads up – or two, in fact.

One being that a lot of you that have been ordering off the site with Amex cards – well, those cards (if you use them “directly” on the site) are getting “declined” for whatever reason – temporarily.

Apparently AMEX didnt update it’s banking “requirements” somewhere or something, but if y’all want to still use it – just choose the paypal option – Paypal allows you to pay via credit card without having an account, and Amex will work fine there.

Visa/Mastercard works fine “directly” on the site as before … (so does Discover).

And Amex should be getting their sh** sorted pretty soon from what I hear too.

Now, other fronts …

The famous – or, I PLAN on making that one famous too – book on training with implements i.e. Lumberjack Fitness is 70% done.

Theres been so much going over the past month or so that I haven’t found time to go full bore on it and the other books I’m simaltaneously writing – “Advanced Plyometrics” being one in the works, and I’ve also started pull book #3 (though it is still “nascent” as it were).

But Lumberjack Fitness will be the first one out fitness wise once the “stars align” and I know a lot of you great trainees are waiting for it – so – patience for a little while longer, and you won’t be disappointed!

And now, the mini workout.

Today’s mini workout #3 (this one) was a perfect example of how the SMALLEST things can make the BIGGEST differences.

And can make a tough exercise 3x tough.

For instance, what I teach you in handstands book #3 i.e. “Profound “70% Gorilla 30% human” handstands”!

There are subtle variations in LEG and FOOT positioning of all things that make the exercise completely different – a lot tougher – and yet a lot more relaxing in many ways!!

In “Pull-ups – from STUD to Super STUD” youll see multiple variation on pull-ups to get those “criss cross” lower abs everyone wants.

And in the book on handstands (#3) – you’ll see these variations too, except of course from a handstand perspective.

And if you thought Battletank Shoulders was tough?

Well, you got another think coming my friend!

This course is the PERFECT example of POWER packed into “concise manuals” as it were.

Literally – it packs a solid punch that will ROCK you backwards once you “do”.

More –

You won’t just get a great workout from doing these exercise.

You’ll feel light as a feather afterwards, and relaxed like nobody’s business.

Literally, thats the main benefit of the workouts – they RELAX your body like nothing else!

Especially your lower body, if you thought that possible with handstands.

Combine it with what I teach on isometrics, and you’ll be on your way to “champ” status.
