You know, the 5 videos that Cindy and I made for the 0 Excuses Fitness System – are pure gold!

So much so that the NEXT videos we were “planning on making” – were not handstand pushup workouts videos.

They were NOT pull-up workout videos (to accompany both the books).

But what I had planned?

An Advanced Hill Training workout video!

Maybe two, I dont know …

But Cindy had to then suddenly go back to Hunan because her Dad was taken ill, a few months later I was on travel, and well, it never really “materialized”.

But this morning, I got a great question from a doer – …. in FRANCE!

“What is different about this book and Animal Kingdom Workouts?”

Now, this is a great question (I’m parphrasing his email into one concise line) – and I’m surprised more of you have not asked it before!

Well, without further ado …

I guess you could think of – in SOME ways – as Advanced Hill Training being the pre-cursor to Animal kingdom workouts – but in SOME WAYS ONLY!

In some ways, it’s peerless and stands on it’s OWN.

Those hill workouts were some of the toughest I did – especially when you combine it with Battletank Shoulders workouts done before!

Believe me, in that blazing heat and humidity – at 2PM in the afternoon no less, and ending off with a 4PM (“visit the old man in China”) hill workout … daily …

It was super intense!

Explains how I got in such great shape, and how I made the claim I do on the page about losing weight PER workout, not per day.

Because, like everything else I say, it’s true. Although it sounds like a sales pitch (it is!) – but it’s TRUE!

But anyway …

I focus on four things in that book.

One, and perhaps most importantly, I teach you how to WALK properly – and work up to a sprint – flat land and hill BOTH!

This alone is worth it’s weight in gold as you see the way most people walk – not right!

Believe me, this little bit in the book is by itself worth it.

And second, I focus on three basic animal kingdom movements – but done on the hill.

Animal Kingdom Workouts, of courses, takes 3 to SIXTY EIGHT!

Quite a leap, hehe.

But still, the way I show you how to do these exercises – the big 3 of the animal kingdom as it were on the hill?

By itself, this book is gold, and will forever stand on it’s own two feet as it were.

My oh my.

I never thought of this way until today.

The subconscious truly plans years in advance if we listen to it!

So that, my friend is that.

I’d recommend you get BOTH books if you’re serious about your fitness.

Last, but not least, you dont necessarily need a hill for training the way I mention in that book.

Stairs. Slopes. Subway stairs – all work!

Improvise – adapt – and overcome!
