Friend,

I just got an email from Phil – a guy I worked with before in the UK on some of the “other books” – and the Editor Steve of course, though the email was from Phil promoting some of their “latest releases” – pun intended given the nature of the content which y’all know well enough by now, hehe.

I had to reply back!

Hey Phil!

Long time, no speak – how are things?

Cheers,

rahul

He replied –

Hi Rahul

Indeed. All good, or at least as well as can be expected. Personally, I’m getting back to fitness after a reverse shoulder replacement and although very stiff I’m now pain free so happy days.

How is it all with you?

I replied back saying – that was I doing great, better than ever, which I truly am, so much to do, so much on the plate!

And, I told him the following.

Great to know you’re getting back into fitness – that is, can, and should be a lifelong thing!! Do isometrics/stretching for the stiffness – you’ll find that with deep breathing, the joints and surrounding ligaments etc all “open up” if you do it right . . .

(amongst other things)

Good to hear things are good for you!

Sales are sh… Losing Amazon was a big blow but we are slowly creeping up via <chopped> so there is light at the end of the tunnel. Pushing it hard but social media is out of bounds, been kicked out of various attempts to promote <chopped>. Still trying hard and taking a long hard look at the keyword rankings. Cuckold seems to be the most searched term in our genre so need to blog a bit more.

Now, I wouldn’t agree on the sales part for me – on both the businesses, sales BE roaring like never before.

Economy, plague, all be damned, when its time for it to happen, it does, and is now, and its all about man’s THINKING as I’ve said so many times before.

Yet, their marketing is the reason I “parted ways with them” – but on very very amicab;e terms, they’re great guys, I’ve never shied away from telling them!

And I promote them too, though I dont really get much for it. But I wouldnt want – or wait, let me say I dont do it to “get” something, I just do it because they’re great guys!

Anyway, I can identify with the getting kicked out of social media part. Hehe.

And, I’m sure Bozo Butts Glyn Schofield in Brum would identify with the keyword he mentioned. Hehe.

Yeah, Amazon is obviously the biggest market there, Phil …

I’m doing well, yes, promotion etc all going fine on various fronts. But getting banned from leftist social media for my political comments (specifically, what China has done to us all) – now there’s an interesting one! I never use FB after they “penalized” me for a post I made responding to an attack from China, and LinkedIn permanently banned me for a lot of the political speech I made, I believe (I didnt give them my passport info as they requested so they could send it to the CCP, haha). So, not just Trump that gets banned, but I’m in pretty hallowed company in that regard? LOL.

Insta banned me too,

… the rest of the email I sent him is not applicable here.

(Insta banned me for another biz, not this one obviously).

Isometrics are truly the hidden key on many fronts – most folks ignore/diss it as being “too easy”. But remember, if pushing against a tree was the Gama’s isometric program (in one regard) and if it’s worked for several others that do way more physical activity than the average Shmoe does, why wouldn’t it work for them?

People diss it as being “too easy”, when the simple facts are as follows – 1) they can’t DO the too easy stuff, 2) when they do it, they realize it ain’t “easy” 3) it truly works 4) what I tell you in the book goes BEYOND what the Gama did regularly, if it’s beyond “simple pushes and pulls”, I’d say it’s advanced stuff that WORKS – and more!

Now, Phil ain’t no Tom Tom. And I didnt send him the part about isometrics above – but I might should / would have for others!

He’s been involved in various sports and physical activity ALL his life, so he probably knows all about this.

(then again, I dont know, but I think he does!)

(I did let him know about my program though … )

(maybe I’ll email it to him anyway)

See this link – Shoulder replacement – or lifelong shoulder HEALTH AND STRENGTH – AND POWER!? (0excusesfitness.com)

I wrote about it before, but he’s been in various sports – tennis and cricket amongst them – he’s done weight lifting – I believe he’s done a LOT of bodyweight stuff – he’s over 60, and he’s done it all!

For phock’s sake, I searched for where I wrote about that, can’t find it… But anyway, thats what he said (paraphrased) and I’m sure I’ll find the original article someplace. If you can find it on the site, holla!

I found this, hehe – “I ignored my legs because I wanted to look sexy for the girls” (0excusesfitness.com)

(Bozo Schofield upon reading this emailed me back with “his legs looking pretty” – if you can believe this, but if you’ve seen Twitter, you know what I mean!!)

Clown job Central basically.

But anyway, that for the Tom Tom’s – clown job central – and this email – who claim “its too easy and just basic stretches” and other crap when they themselves can’t do the thing.

See the points above – they truly do apply!

And, I’ll keep y’all posted on Phils recovery, seem to be going great, great guns as of now, which is great!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee
