I wont go so far as to say visualization is the be all and end all of everything, but it’s damn near, when combined with action and that action only sprints – and springs forth right when the subconscious is activated right via visualization.

And right off the bat, I’ll tell you.

If you’re doing isometrics right, it’s nigh impossible not to visualize while doing them – either consciously or not.

It’s impossible not to get inside your muscles.

It’s impossible not to FEEL IT. (obvious?)

And more.

And it’s impossible not to make superlative and in some cases, nigh immediate gains in not just pure strength, but the real strength ie combined with REPS as opposed to one time wonders/hoists “one time” (really, when in combat, how much do you just strike “once”?? Even if you’re IRon Mike?) …. when you get on my isometrics program.

It’s by far one of the most well received books I’ve ever put out – truly so.

And it goes way beyond what most isometric books or so called gurus preach i.e. “push and pull against walls or floors”.

Thats part of it, yes.

But I dont include that sort of thing AT ALL in the book, though if the Gama pushed against a tree daily, well, so can you.

But so many people bitch about “simple”.

So, my simple goes one step further i.e. ADVANCED, to me, intermediary!

You could follow this program your whole life and make great gains.

But I’ve been getting questions, friend.

Not just about T shirts that I wrote about in the last email (someone oddly wrote in about a jumpsuit. I think he meant “track suit!” – not Glyn’s orange jumpsuit, hehe, or perhaps grey in the looney tune bin!) …

But – –

Anyway, that aside. I’ve been practicing some of the stuff I’ll put out in Isometric and Flexibility Training (I was being lazy and wrote just isometrics – Volume #2, then I corrected myself!) …

Some advanced stuff.

and four of them right off the bat?

One, a variant on the dead hang which will “expand” your lats before your eyes like never before.

Nope, it ain’t doing what I tell you in Gorilla Grip, or the book on isometrics, or the advanced book on pull-ups.

It ain’t simply squeezing the way you might think.

IT’s something else altogther I have never – let me repeat this – never put out in any book till date.

Most won’t even be able to do it when they start.

#2, a Variant on the isometric handstand. No, it aint just pushing and squeezing the floor, or the triceps…

#3  – And I’m about to do this – a special variation of some of the stuff in Lumberjack Lodestone Fitness.

Which I’m about to go do.

you gotta SEE yourself the way you want first, you gotta FEEL it.

As simple as that.

And while doing so, you do the isometric – for me, that involves bat wings right now!

But remember, friend, it ain’t preening in front of the mirror.

You have to really “see” yourself there first.

Gnash your teeth.

Get the BEAST MODE ON!

GEt the BLOOD FLOWING!

The MANIA rising!

AND THAT – is what will get you results, friend. Trust me!

No it ain’t leg up in handstand – and it involves something I hardly do i.e. lying on my back.
