That work the entire body and leave you in a blubbery puddle of sweat. That I’ve been “Tom Tomming” for ages – and that now the “China” Health Organization if you get my drift just caught on last month (they call it exercise snacks).

Thats the problem with the average Tom Tommers.

Unless someone has like 3 bazillion followers, some official BS title (which means nothing) and sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo  many likes, they think it’s not worth it.

Real men and thinkers know different though.

And this applies to most of everything I say.

Life, fitness, politics.

Eventually, I’m always proven right.

So, the smart man would do well to listen to me – because I don’t make statements, either thought out or off the cuff without KNOWING what I talk about.

Anyway, example to the Tom Tommers and idiots that claim … but first, another example from a moron.

But he emailed me this in response to a question about “describe the workouts in Battletank Shoulders” – to which I redirected him to a couple of posts – and to which he liked, but didnt want to buy, apparently not because of “the price” which is what I first thought but it wasn’t that.

When morons in general will get this “Jim is required” idea out of their heads is a mystery.

Quite frankly, I’ve stopped caring and pandering to these wackos that believe weights and machines are the way to go for anything.

And the Bozos that (and this is precisely what a certain you know who did) want to “press her shoulders” after lifting pink dumbbells.

Yes, Jassy told me about that!

IDIOTIC.

Both that style of training.

I told Jassy, I’m not sure what she thinks.

And cuckolded.

I didnt tell the Bozo that, but he knows what I think, I’m sure.

Anyway …

100 Hindu squats.

20 pull-ups

20 handstand pushups.

It took me a sum total of 7 minutes with recovery …

BRUTAL!

HAMMERED!

The whole body …
