Indeed – you choose, my friend!

Anyway, I was talking to an old publisher (the other business) (which I’m currently going “solo” too right now on) ….

I was checking up on royalties etc from them – been a while since I heard from them anyway, so more than the royalties, it was checking up to see “whatsup”.

Never know in these days of COVID etc, especially with it apparently spreading yet again (Delta variant or some B.S.) in the good ole U of K where they are located.

Anyway, Phil (he’s a great, great guy as is the Editor, Steve!) got back.

“Sales are an all time low!”

Which given their numerous battles with Amazon, being kicked off there twice, and then another protracted battle with another epbulisher, I pretty much guessed.

Although he said it’s all sorted, takes time to pick up again!

But, that isn’t the point of this (although I must say – all time low? On the other business, despite spending VERY little on advertising if at all, at least the paid sort – I’m doing ROLLICKING business there!).

All about marketing!!

Hehe.

And keeping it real.

Anyway, he replied back saying he was sorry for the delay in response, and that he was “recovering from getting a new shoulder”

Shoulder replacement surgery …

Off the bat, I thought he meant shoulder pain etc, terrible one at that, so naturally, I recommended my bestselling, world famous and SOLID, SUPER results producing course on isometrics to him.

Not so much to “sell” ( I havent even ever mentioned it to him before!) – but to help out.

Those isometrics truly are the best in terms of strengthening joints, keeping them fluid as you age (he’s 70 plus) – and tensile (ligament, tendon) strength as well (the real strength in my opinion as if your connective tissues are weak, then no matter how strong your muscles are or how much weight you heft, you’re WEAK).

And then I asked him, and …

I wished you could help but it was a full reversed shoulder replacement. Feeling sorry for myself right now but should be back on top form soon.

Kind Regards
Phil

Yours truly –

Hey Phil –

Ah, a full fledged shoulder replacement! That must be painful, much like Steve’s pulled (torn) quadricep was a few years back, if I recall right . . . Not to mention, “getting life back into the arm” will be a whole different ball of wax!

Did you weight train a lot “back in the day” as in bench pressing, and so forth?

Just wondering … that sort of thing REALLY wears the joints down more than most people realize!

Steve was weightlifting too in the gym or something I assume when he had the injury? Or …

Best,

Rahul

Which was another nasty injury , of course, the Steve injury. I dont know how Phil ended up banging his joints that bad – – but I bet it’s weight training done incorrectly, perhaps.

I dont know – we’ll see what he says!

But Steve, if I’ve got it right was doing some stuff on a machine or something, the infamous leg press or some rubbish I believe, when the tear happened.

And believe me, it was painful.

He could barely sit down right to edit the books I sent him!

Which, of course, Phil ribbed him about all the time, so I’m wondering if the same is hppening now except in reverse.

Anyway, they’re both great guys!

And I’ll let you know what they say – but I’ll bet you dollars to donuts BOTH these injuries could have been avoided.

And BOTH are weight training related injuries.

I’ll keep y’all posted on that!

For now, remember the very best exercise to build Brahma Bull like Shoulders – and traps – WHILE strengthening the entire core like nothing else is THIS exercise emphasized here – Shoulders like Boulders!

And believe me, the SUPPLEMENTARY exercises section is worth it’s weight in Gold here in this book!

Then, level two – Battletank Shoulders.

And then of course, level three – Profound “70% Gorilla 30% Human” handstands.

Combine what you learn in these three – and DO – and not only will you be the envy of the gym – not only will have you brute GRIZZLY strength like never before and nothing you’ve ever known – but you’ll also never need to worry about shoulder replacements for one!

Back soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – And of course, in that regard, Animal Kingdom Workouts as well – another great, great course for the entire body!
