A video has been popping up (no pun please) a lot on one of my youtube channels.

That of former WWE star and forever legend HBK “Shawn Michaels” “current physical conditions”.

Now, I’ve mentioned how the Taker is a “shell” of his former self physically, but still a force to be reckoned with, Khali – the Great Khali – still looks a lot like he did before, ditto for Big Show etc, but Michaels?

He was always one of the smaller, spunkier guys – yet, he commanded a lot of damn respect from Vince Mc Mahon – his never say die attitude and spunk was what covered his many (self admitted, and kudos Shawn – hey – we all, myself included, and I’ve been very public about ’em) – have ’em!).

Anyway he is still lean.

Looks similar …

But as he put a lower back massager down in the video on a yoga mat, and started talking- I did not hear, but wATCHED it …

Sure enough, I knew what he was going to do.

The side splits – and one of the exercises I recently did a video on on my youtube titled “the simplest things are often the toughest” (or something like that).

Indeed, that exercise I spoke about is one of the simplest things you can do, so simple people scoff at it – and even a pushup medley is something more “complicated” in that regard, so simple is this one.

But, my friend, it’s something everyone, including the greats do.

I do it throughout the day to recover, to feel great, like a billion bucks, and trust me, stretching is that one thing I’ll be doing throughout the day.

Even sitting here at the computer, I’m stretching my lats and sides.

Thats the one thang I do all day long, everyday, my friend, and it helps immeasurably from all perspectives.
