Bulls building BULL LIKE – necks and traps!
- YES!

Before the profoundly moronic comments on “bulls” come in in a sense they’re not intended, let me say this.

Actually, they’ll come in anyway.

But what I mean is the sort of Bull I mention on the Shoulders like Boulders! page, not necessarily the sort of bull that “mounts cows”.

Chairman Mao of all things made the profoundly idiotic comment about “Russia and India” in 1960 or sometime.

Apparently the Russians were bulls mounting the Indian cow.

What the Chinese were, locusts – quite literally – at the time Mao’s great leap forward had reduced the vast majority of the populace to … eating DUST of all things was never mentioned, of course.

But anyway even locusts eat crops I’d imagine.

(the Hong Kongers had it spot on, lol)

Well anyway, it’s no surprise that I mentioned the Brahma Bull on Shoulders like BOULDERS!

And in my most recent iteration, and uber advanced (though there is more) book on handstands and handstand pushups “Profound 70% GORILLA 30% HUMAN Handstands” – there is a secret trick (IF YOU READ BETWEEN THE LINES) I teach you to working the neck and traps at a level you have never done before.

I dont care if you can bridge all day long.

I dont care if you can bridge with people sitting on you.

I dont care if you’re a master of the reverse pushup.

I dont care if you’re a pull up champ.

All of those are great to be, but this one way?

Oh – MY.

I just did a brief workout (less than a minute), and the chain I wear around my neck is fixing to pop off a short while later.

It’s one of those tight silver chains as you can see I believe on the cover of Fitness Pioneer – Volume #2 if you focus on the NECK part of it, I believe … (and not on the “hairy monster” himself, hehe)

(Though of course, some like that)

But point being, neck workouts.

I mentioned the neck and forearms in my first post today I believe …

And I’ll say it again.

The TWO body parts that scream out strength, health, VITALITY and conditioning more than even the legs?

(and it’s impossible not to have strong legs and a back if you have the above)

NECK.

And forearms!

Profound Handstands is way too advanced for most people.

Do Shoulders like Boulders! FIRST – then Battletank Shoulders – and it’s only THEN you should attempt this one.

(Its not even there in the compilation).

(and the secret trick is NOT there in Profound Handstands either, but plenty of OTHER secret tricks are there – the only reason this isn’t there is because it’s just oo tough for most people).  (But read between the lines, and you’ll find it yes).

But bridging is something every one should do, my friend – without exception in most cases.

And you’ll literally feel better than “anything else you’ve ever done”, especially if your constantly in pain or what not if you get on the best darn exercise ever.

Which also is huge on neck.

And that, my friend is that.

Back soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – The Rolls Royce has an entire video dedicated just to the bridge, I believe.

PS #2 – I forgot – I feel GREAT as the blood roars to my neck. You would be amazed to know how much tension the average Joe or Jane stores in that area!

Why I’m not necessarily a fan of “first time” experiences
- In any regard.

Herein continueth my brain dump from the last email (sort of).

I dont know why, but I thought of this … and wanted to share it – the thing about, you know, the “first time”.

The first time you got “laid”.

The first time you “did it”.

The first time you fell in love.

Your first paycheck.

The first kid.

The first marriage.

And so forth …

I guess for those that are sentimental, some of this might have an impact from a certain stand point in terms of “memories”.

To me?

I’ve always found that the “first” experience in terms of many things is a “training ground of sorts” – and the people involved have always left a sour taste in my own (and probably I way more so in theirs, hehe. Remember that thing about attack back x 100!).

For instance, “making mistakes with the first kid” or heapin undue pressure on him, and making him or her (or trying to) do what YOU want them to do as opposed to what the person wants.

Or, the first time you got in the sack with him or her, hehe. While it may sound nice from a romantic or sentimental standpoint, I’ll bet it wasn’t the “best” if you get my drift.

Experience, my friend, is the best teacher.

Marriages? First? Second? Third? None? The less said the better, but it applies there too!

(Unless you’re one of the lot that believes “once you tie the knot”, it’s done for life, and if thats you, thats fine, but one does need to be “open to all options” – at least that is my view on it)

(and my views seem to be proved by fact and what is happening)

But anyway …

The only time first time has ever mattered to me (no, it wasn’t “those first times” in China either, hehe) …

My first climb up the hill!!!

(if there is one reason other than hanky panky done both where it should be and shouldn’t be (so called) that I’ll remember Ann Lee, it is the HILL. And I WILL thank her, and Cindy for the rest of my life, because guess what – they deserve it!)

I’ll always remember how that made me feel, how it set the tone for my workouts going ahead ; in fact, I have a smile on my face writing about it NOW!

My first pull-up … my first “100 pushup workout“.

My first 500 pushup workout at one go – now that was special!

The first book I wrote – Fast and Furious Fitness, the Collector’s Edition, and while I by no means think it’s my best some seem to differ!

But anyway, we still have two of those lying around, so if you want ’em – snap ’em now.

I will not be reprinting that “classic” Collector’s Edition once they’re gone.

And other first times?

I dont know … I’ll always remember my first customers from any business!

Even those that didn’t succeed, or fail …

Anyway, enough on that front.

If you’re currently wanting to do something for the first time in your life, but need some motivation to kick your ass into high gear so that YOU TOO can go out there and achieve YOUR OWN DREAMS – then Zero to Hero!, another much trolled book is the TICKET for YOU.

YES – you do NOT have to be relegated to the left behinds.

NO – you do NOT have to be “tossed aside after training is over!”

And so forth.

Recognize you have a life, and a mind of your own you can CONTROL.

And go from there!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

The “bicep curl” pose that so many people love
- Isnt all tis cracked up to be

You see it all the time, my friend.

And especially in the Jims and online with most of these so called “health and fitness” or health and wellness coaches websites.

The picture of a person proudly showing off their arms in that pose where you hold up the lower half of your arm at right angles to the upper, and flex your “bis” as they like to call it.

Bis?

LOL.

Given the nuts prowling the internet (Schofield) that term may have a different connoation for them – but anyway, that aside, biceps.

Showing off their biceps, and often little else.

I dont know, but to me, this has always seemed facile and puerile, to be honest.

In “Over the Top“, the Sly Stallone starrer which had arm wrestling as the theme – a much derided movie in certain quarters (I liked it tho) showed Stallone in that iconic pose with a hawk and truck to the side of him, flying and driving full blast!

WHAM!

Much like “Big Daddy Cool Diesel” back in the day and his entrance music in the WWE (basically a mammoth TRUCK coming out – like the man himself, 7 footer and then some!) – it had an impact.

But to me, the Sly pose had the most impact.

It showed off massive, meaty forearms first and then the chest, biceps and anything else.

As you can probably guess, I’m not a huge fan of bicep flexing!

When I do and teach pull-ups, I do NOT teach you the chin up – I teach you the PULL-UP.

There is a huge difference.

Sure, you can do chins. They’re great, but they’re NOTHING in comparison to the supinated “fingers pointing away” (did Iget the term right? LOL I’m not huge on terms – I’m huge on the result!) pull-up . . . for reasons I’ve mentioned many times before, and in the books.

On THIS site, and the other one, you’ll see a headshot of me on the first page, and perhaps me doing a one arm reverse pushup – one of the toughest things for anyone to do.

But thats it.

No posing, preening, flexing, and the headshot was taken when I was far bigger than I am now (ie. FATTER. Hehe).

The “thick”comments that the truly “phat phocks” make about those pictures came because unlike most phat phocks, which I WAS back in the day, I still did pull-ups – which alone puts me into a rarefied breed, and contradicts my own advice on pull-ups in a way that “the heavier you are, especially around the midsection”, the tougher it is to do ’em, if at all …………..and it also puts YOU into a rareified breed if you take this advice and experience to heart, and do what I did!

(Dont get me wrong. I’m not advocating being fat, but if you’re currently still losing a few kilos around the tummy and what not, then START doing pull-ups – or TRYING – NOW).

(The ultimate result will be that much easier).

Back to poses.

The only other poses I show on my book covers as far as I know?

The famous and infamous “much trolled” cover on Shoulders like Boulders, which LOTS OF people LOVE!

“A superb book from an amazing writer/trainer!”

And even more hate (the numbers are legion and legion x 10. Hehe. So it should be!)

“This author doesn’t look like he’s ever trained!”

Well, Keith, my friend I dont know so much about that, but I sure dont pump, pose, preen and curl …

Anyway, enough on this – I dont know why I Felt compelled to share this with you?

I guess because the madness is just increasing, not going away as you’d think it would.

Anyway, pumping, posing, puffing, buffing, mirrors, chrome and fern aside.

Some of the best workouts I’ve had are with me and ….

… no dame, no training partner, no A/C, no nothing …

Just a WALL. And a FLOOR.

We all got that, I’d say.

And the two courses that I used the most – Pushup Central – and Animal Kingdom Workouts.

Jump on these now, and get started on some BRUTALLY EFFECTIVE training today.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – If you’re looking for quick and dirty outdoor workout that are blazing quick in terms of dropping fat, go here.

(edit- I kinda like the pose I struck there, heh)

Why 0 Excuses “Rolls Royce” Fitness isn’t and never will be a dating service
- The wackjobs are legion!

Check this email I got from “Shruti” the other day …

Hello sir, I m “Shruti”do you felling alone in your life, dating&chating*friendship,

(Genuine service with 100% income available).

Then there was a link in there I obviously didnt click.

My answer(which I didnt send her, obviously) – No thank you, Princess . . .

Plus, and dont you just hate it when something starts with “Hello sir”?

I know I do. I’d rather be called my NAME – or any of the other numerous names I’ve been called!

I mean, at least say “Hello Rahul” or Hi Rahul … as opposed to a canned “Sir”. Ugh.

It boggles the mind how I keep very publicly saying I’m a cavemen – that despite my numerous “jaunts around the block” when I work out I work out and nothing else, despite my various email son living A-LONE, Bozos of every ilk on EVERY SITE (other than these two) pester me up and down to find women.

Thomas, a subscriber on another site sent this in.

“I’d be happy to pay you if you can find me women to play with! But only on WeShat!”

(He said wechat obviously).

Like dude, wtf.

Obviously he got blocked and removed from that list too.

And maybe idiot #1 in the email was talking about “Only Fans” or some other inane “infuencer” app out there where thousands try their luck, one makes it – strikes it big for a while – then gets deplatformed – and then whines about “how it’s so tough”, and how they’re so depressed, and most of all they CANNOT duplicate that success no matter how hard they try – because they broke that one fundamental LAW OF BUSINESS – NEVER DEPEND UPON ONE THING ALONE!

And in life too.

But it holds doubly true for business.

Yours truly does MANY things. Multiple source of income.

Because guess what if one can get shut down, it will.

When it does, if you ain’t got backup – you’re screwed.

Hence the multiple payment options on this site for one …

And hence why piegon holing irritates the heck out of me.

Anyway Only fans was where women were posting nudes to make money I believe, or something, now they’ve made it big, so they’re trying to reach Instagram status, so they’re basically dumping those that helped them make it big.

Pathetic.

I’d NEVER run a business that way.

I make it a point to go OUT OF MY WAY to remember those that have been there since the very start!!

I wouldn’t be surprised if Only “Phocks” goes out of biz pretty soon too. Lots of businesses are these days . . .

SURVIVAL – of the FITTEST – as I wrote about in March 2020.

And it’s just beginning.

Back to the “dating” thing.

Behold this from the “Lord of the Jackass Rings” it would seem

I live in China and I be trying to get fitter than a fiddle. You a good looking guy so did you get even more womans on you trail because I need advice how to get a Orientalist wife here as I been struggling. Thanks ya, Edwin Barker

Or this …

i need to be more man. my wife thinks im too little and i dont think she wants to sex with me anymore. i need to save my family

Admittedly the last one was either the Bozo or a friend, I think. Glyn for some reason has some weird obsessions with wangs both “long and short” if you get my drift.

Dont ask – I dont know!

But still, they’re not by far the only ones …

So for ONE FINAL Time – please, folks.

0 Excuses Fitness will get you fit as a fiddle, and in the best shape of your life.

Follow my just do it philosophy and you’ll be successful beyond your wildest dreams – women, life, fitness, whatever.

But remember one thing – Mr Caveman does NOT run a dating service, and he never will be.

Brings to mind what Maria, my Jie Jie told me all those years ago in 2004.

“You like Chinese girls! Just set up a foot massage shop, be the boss, and …”

Wonder what my then boss at the job “Uncle J” would have said. Hehe.

LOL.

But really if I didnt listen to her and do it, then I’m certainly not gonna do it now!

And that, my friend is that.

Bottom line – I value PEACE (mental) and SANCTITY of my own mind more than anything else, and that ain’t gonna change – I’m getting MORE and more rabid about it these days.

Back soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – Remember, the discount code “BIGOFFER” is on it’s LAST LEGS, so if you want a product, get it NOW. No more 30% for a while.

Jumping rope with the “Oxford Bozo in Brum”
- Lots of things in this one!

Well, well, well .

I was wondering where Schofield the nutjob had disappeared, and just as I was finally going to put him into the “idiots to be forgotten” memory banks – he showed up.

Never one to disappoint is Glyn Schofield (or is that time of the month when the bi weekly welfare checks or what not run out? LOL. I wouldn’t know …)

But anyway, a curious email address “Oxford Bozo in Brum” (and something to do with “unleased”) signed up, got put into junk instantly based upon IP and it was only after digging I found it.

(I’ve no doubt Bozo will try and change his IP now, hehe. Maybe thats why we didnt hear from him for so long).

(Or maybe he’s busy posting reviews LOL).

Anyway …

I gotta confess, I had no idea what “Brum” was.

Seems to be an old TV series about an old vintage car – a kids show from what I gather, but thats all I saw from the brief Google I did.

But anyway, this reminded me of two things I’ve been meaning to write to you about!

One, these two courses – Jump Rope Mania! And Kiddie Fitness – are GREAT courses both for you – and yours kids!

And they’re both pretty popular these days, which given the inane lockdowns etc everywhere that never end, kids stuck at home one day then out the next, then back in purgatory the next … it never ends, eh.

Kids are going INSANE, which is one of the reasons (apart from the mass killing this virus did, apart from the hell the Chinese planned and unleashed (curiously the Bozo used that word in his email) on US) I keep calling the Chinese out on this one.

This pestilince China exported to the ROW – UGH.

But anyway …

Jumping rope is a great way to stay fit for ADULTS.

For whom I originally wrote that book.

And Kiddie Fitness is not just a great way to stay fit for kids.

It’s a great way for ADULTS Too, trust me, because most adults cannot do more than a few seconds of some of what is being taught in that course.

Most kids do a better job.

Back to jumping rope though – the exercise Mike Tyson, and any great through the ages has used extensively to build legs of STEEL – massive thighs – ripped calves (and muscular DIAMOND shaped calves) – and stamina like nothing else – and lose WEIGHT like nothing else?

That exercise is great for kids too!

Kiddie Fitness has a lot of great exercises, but I don’t believe I mentioned jumping rope in there. Jump Rope Mania! teaches you jumping rope from beginner – advanced (though there is more I have not put out as yet) …. but, it doesnt specifically talk about kids.

And it brought back to mind the times I taught my daughter to jump rope – fun times!

Getting the “flick” of the wrist down pat.

Getting the rope “over” the first time.

Believe me, these are all things ADULTS need to learn too!

Kids usually pick it up way faster, because they “want to do” as opposed to adults for whom it’s a chore.

And if you think you’re a “phat phock” and can’t do ’em “because you’re too big”?

After the great email I got from the unsung hero John Walker, I was thinking about the idiots that say that about pull-ups – sprints – and jumping rope.

I mean, how stupid is this – picture someone saying “my girl is slim (when she ain’t) – and I’m a “big guy” so I can’t sprint up the hill as fast as her”.

Some of the most profoundly moronic and idiotic statements ever made.

I wrote about it before …

To boil it down – ah, but that post should tell you.

And same thing for pull-ups, jumping rope etc.

Anyway, point of this – get your kids started jumping rope NOW, my friend. Few better activities for them to do other than “upside down training” as it were.

And as for you, the adult, get cranking on both the above – and a bit of Kiddie Fitness with your kids as well, hehe.

I’ll be back!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – For those of you that do digital downloads (indeed most of you prefer digital, which is great!!) – DO leave a review via the link youll get in the email sent to you with your purchase. Remember, honest is what counts – not the “stars” or what not. Thank you!

PS #2 – “Brum” had an old decrepit car I believe? I dont know, but I think it’s the same as the Bozo once ran into a wall when drunk or stoned or both, then jumped bail set by the “Magistrate” and hoofed it to China, and was shit scared they’d “get him there”. I remember many a conversation with him about how he wouldn’t last a minute in the slammer, and he wouldn’t, hehe. He’s just “their” type if you know.

But anyway, even he would do great with a bout of jumping rope – shake it – lose it (even if you’re at “elephantine” status now)

(I wonder if he’s been to the revamped Rolls Royce of Fitness page. I’ve no doubt he hasn’t. I’ve no doubt he will when he sees this bleary eyed and what not. And I’ve no doubt YOU, the serious fitness trainee should as well, my friend! – – truly the BEST from a TRUE “master of his craft, Rahul Mookerjee”!)

Why that ONE weak link in the entire chain could be your UNDOING
- And it often is ...

I’ve written often about the importance of strengthening your weak links – to the point where they become strengths, preferably – and when it come to physical training?

The grip – and the NECK are two often ignored parts of the body, and the weak links.

But you already “predicted” I’d say that, eh?

Probably given my emails of the past day or so …

But lets switch tacks a bit and rap about LIFE.

You on this list are well aware of the fact that I stay A-LONE – and when I DO live with my “wife” (if I can even call her that!) it ain’t pleasant at all.

Dont get me wrong.

I’ve tried in the past. Many a times.

But the Nazi feminism, something which I believe a lot of women move towards “unconsciously” after marriage, and even more so after having kids (which whether or not the guys actually “want” the kids or not – thats a different issue! In my case, completely unplanned, but now that my daughter is here, I love it -and she’s pretty much the only family I have).

And thats being honest.

(But it isn’t excusing the way it happened, but thats a different story).

But anyway, all that aside . . . my “one weak link in the chain” when I’m there?

Well, shared living accomodation I guess, if you can call it that (we sleep in different rooms whenever possible), but certain things in the house – well – it’s hard to break a fridge into two, for instance.

And battles break out over the smallest of things, even though one tries to avoid it.

There is no “fair” with women, which of course yours truly has never understood or accepted.

One way street, basically.

Which I’m sure you on this list can identify with.

And it’ll be in the upcoming book on Nazi feminism, and how to profit from it.

And while you read that, remember this testimonial (or it wasn’t really that – it was a conversation we were having – but it was about this, I believe) from a great customer of mine (fitness books)

….You seem to have figured out how to live on your own terms and very few men can say that, especially the married ones….

I believe a lot of you might be dealing with this sort of thing, or perhaps a “variant” – especially those of you stuck “Stateside”, not being able to travel back to where you were, etc etc . . .

The plague from china has done many things.

For one, it’s FORCED people to either accept their relationship as it is, or permanently DROP it.

Which to me is a good thing in many ways – as many things that were overdue are now being “forced” to happen. (dont get me wrong, I am NOT for one minute excusing the mass worldwide killing that this ccp spread virus did!).

But in many words, as a friend from the Marines told me last year “the world needs a cleansing”.

And in many ways, it’s long overdue – I believe I’ve written about that a LOT in the past too. Universal justice and what Emerson had to say on that for one .. (ah, I believe I wrote bout that yesterday!)

Anyway, in my case it’s always been in the past a simple matter of as a friend said “gather your breath, figure out the next move, and …”

But it was still a weak link “while I was there”.

So, training wise, remember this.

If your grip is weak, you could have the biggest biceps in the world, or the heftiest curl in the gym, but when it comes to life or death situations, like the “unsung hero” I wrote about yesterday, or Sig Klein and the burning building as written about here – – well, you’ll flop miserably.

Not to mention the neck and grip are two areas of the body that scream strength and power that nothing else can, and not to mention that it is virtually impossible to be really strong without truly strengthening these two areas!

Bull necks aren’t just something people talk about.

It’s something that is INVALUABLE in any physical sport or martial art (or combat sport, I should have said) – wrestling (the obvious), Boxing (lets see how strong you are in the ring with a weak flabby GUT or a neck that can’t take a punch) , Ji Jitsu holds, and so forth …

And even if you’re the average Joe or Jane not into any of this neck and back pain is pretty much a pandemic these days if not an “epidemic”.

(lower back).

Strengthen the neck with the bridge, my friend, you’ll strengthen the entire body.

Last, but not least, my OWN grip, and I’ve written about this so many times, and this is probably the most important reason I’m writing to you about it has been a WEAK point for MOST of my life.

Yet, I worked upon it – used the “anger” I felt when people took “advantage  of it” and they will, trust me – and I built myself up into the Gorilla Grip “kung fu” like guy in that regard.

Most people focus on strong points, and making those better, which is fine.

But if you focus on the weak, and make it a strong, or strongest – youll do even better!

And that, my friend is the wisdom of the day.

Back soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

Unsung HEROES and more …
- I am truly .... MOVED AND INSPIRED!

I truly AM moved and inspired, and not just by the real life tale of heroism (that most Bozos would run away just after READING) that John Walker from the United Kingdom just shared with me …

If you haven’t read that email?

Go HERE.

And obviously I was more than effusive in my praise of him, and what he did – why?

Simple. He deserves it!

And one reason I didnt mention?

He’s also one of the most down to earth and humble people you’ll ever “meet” – and most “heroes” and big guys I’ve met (truly big!) are!

Anyway, here is why I Want to share this (again) … his response, first.

Mate, please, I am certainly no hero, I merely reacted to the situation I didn’t have time to think.

To me a real hero would be the firefighter faced by an inferno in front of them, every fibre of their being screaming at them not to go into the blaze, to run in the opposite direction from the fire, not only does the firefighter not run in the opposite direction but they quash their fear and head into the fire all the while cognisant that “this fire could be their last” that my friend is true heroism.

Yes mate, I’ve seen Cliff hanger but I’ve never thought about the similarities between the the two until you pointed it out, it’s been such a long time since I’ve seen the movie I’d pretty much forgotten about it.

Truly, my only motive in relating this to you is to underline why I believe that grip training is survival training, you just never know when you’ll need it.

I’ll leave you with this passing thought, how many 20st (280lbs) rock climbers are there? NONE, THEY’RE ALL DEAD!!!

Warmest Regards

John.

Yours truly “moved” – –

Hi Buddy

I don’t mean “hero” as in “glorifying” you. I just mean “hero” as in unsung hero. Like the soldiers in every war that are “sent in by Generals and the moronic politicians”, they DO – yet, does EACH one of them get due credit?

Which man truly knows the privations of another person (as I’m sure you’d agree)? Which man TRULY knows the battles someone else has fought in all ways?

There is reason I ALWAYS give credit where it’s due. Maybe I go overboard sometimes, but I’ve always believed in the more is better concept when it’s deserved (perhaps part of this is all my life I got the exact opposite, so I want to DO the opposite (of what I got) with people that DESERVE IT!) . (but that is just one reason, and not the main reason)

What you did required great courage, and is a prime example of not just why real world training is so important (and why Rahul Mookerjee DOES all this i.e the biz – the main reason I started etc, or one of them) – – but another classic example of reacting under extreme duress and pressure. Such as the “do or die” situations you were referring to I believe in emails (or one of them) prior to this?

THAT is when a man finds out what he is made of – THAT is when the subconscious (for those that know how to to channel it) comes to the FORE.

Believe me, I’ve been in situations similar my whole life, so I know – but this ain’t about me – it’s about you – that was a great story!!

I agree – firefighters, cops, soldiers … even the average “Joe or Jane” sometimes.

Yes, I know and agree with “why” you shared your story – I’m very glad you did – it’s the same reason I shared Sig Klein’s real life story on the Gorilla Grip (Advanced!) page . . .

280 lb rock climbers? Hehe. The guy that complained about pull-ups and not being able to hang on to the bar despite years of trying (and he complains about my grip/pull-up stuff even when I do not mention him or talk to him about it) is about that much, or more, but I dont think he for one has a snowballs’s chance in hell of doing so, and NO, to answer directly?

If you’ll permit, I’ll quote you for once …

NONE, THEY’RE ALL DEAD!!!

(Passed on, but you get the drift!)

Cheers,
Rahul

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – And if you need any more on why I keep prattling on about grip and pull-ups, well, the above should be plenty of reason!

A truly INSPIRATION “Cliffhanger” story why grip training is damn near as important as BREATHING!
- LISTEN UP GUYS!!!!!!!!!

Man oh man, am I inspired!

I KNEW there was a reason “Gorilla Grip” was swirling around in my dreams last night, and now I KNOW!

Man!

Anyway, John (a great customer and I) were rapping back and forth about the Bozo that complain that “I make it sound like grip strength is as important as breathing“.

And I laughed, and said to John … “Maybe not AS important, but damn near”.

And the NUMERO UNO thing to train along with th elegs and back (and therefore core).

Now, this isn’t about me or my thoughts.

Lets hear what John had to say (he told me “grip strength to him is as important as breathing”), and then the story.

By the way, have y’all seen the Stallone movie Cliffhanger?

If you’re scared of heights – don’t see it.

In that movie … ah, but why me.

Lets share John’s story – this truly moved me, and it’ll move YOU, and he’s a hero to me at least!

Hello Rahul

Oh yes, I get the picture, it’s the same stupid logic the idiots use when they tell you they’re using lifting straps because their backs are so much stronger than their grip, well done geniuses, you’re now lifting something with your “inbuilt” safety mechanism overridden (you shouldn’t be able to lift what you can’t hold on to) and you’re only making the disparity between the two even greater, now that sounds like a devastating spinal injury waiting to happen to me.

An example of why grip training is as important as breathing (to me anyway) is because it can save not only your own life but also someone else’s.

I was climbing a 100ft cliff without any safety equipment because I know the cliff well I’ve climbed it many times before and I know the safe route up the cliff, however my teenaged nephew had never climbed the cliff before so I warned him not to try and follow me as it was too dangerous, nearing the top of the cliff I’d thought he’d listened until he was suddenly beside me with a huge grin on his face but that grin did not last long because as he passed me he grabbed hold of a large chunk of rock which immediately dislodged and he was hurtling down the cliff, in the split second that it took for him fall I managed to grab his left wrist with my right hand, so I had his whole bodyweight in my right hand whilst I was holding on for dear life with my left, I managed to stabilise myself by pressing my body flat against the cliff face, with every ounce of strength I could muster I curled my nephew with my right arm which allowed him to reach for the top of the cliff with his right hand, once he’d established a firm enough grip with his right hand I was able to let go of his left wrist so he could grab a hold of the top of the cliff with both hands, now that he was holding on with both hands I was able to place my right hand under his butt and I was able to push him up to the top of the cliff where he managed to scramble to safety and I (at last) was able continue up to safety as well.

I tell you this not to make myself look like some kind of hero (I’m not) but to illustrate why I believe grip training is so important, if my grip had not been “rock solid” that day (no pun intended) I believe the sudden jolt of my nephew’s bodyweight hitting my right hand grip, would have been too much for me to hold on to, I also believe it would have also jerked my left hand grip away from the cliff face and we both would have gone hurtling down the cliff to the rocks below.

People who neglect their grip are not only risking their own survival but also of those that they love and care for.

Buying the cart before you buy the horse would be one way of looking at the problem, another way of looking at it would be, if you’ve put the “cart before the horse” i.e. in front of the horse you’ve got things back-to-front, “horses pull not push” so neither the cart or the horse are going anywhere with that setup if you catch my drift.

Warmest Regards

John.

Your truly – –

Hi John

I gotta say, this is truly, truly inspirational!!

I dont know if you’ve seen the Stallone movie “The Cliff Hanger” ?Well, what you’re describing – the situation is EXACTLY what happened to Stallone in the movie – an inexperienced climber insisted on going with him on a very dangerous cliff climb, all hell broke loose (the story isn’t that important, but it did), and Stallone was stuck on a safety rope light years from “ground” (dizzying heights – I got dizzy just WATCHING THE MOVIE – so much for the idiots that claim “imagination isn’t everything” – Henry Kaiser and others knew better for one!) . . . And while he was making his way “on all fours” across the rope, and reached safely with a few jokes?

The girl followed.

her equipment snapped.

STallone was back on the line!

And he was stuck HOLDING the girl with one hand, and think about it – suspended in mid air with his LEGS alone, with backpacks etc, miles and miles above ground, dizzying heights – – – and the girl’s glove slipped and she went hurtling to her “demise” as it were, and her boyfriend never forgave Stallone (they were best friends) – – and well, the story after that isn’t important.

Again, I dont know if you have seen the movie, but it’s not important. (though I just described the opening scenes to you).

You say you’re not saying this to sound like a hero – maybe you’re not – but listen UP, John!

You ARE a hero!

Much like the story of Sig Klein who saved the day (mentioned in Gorilla Grip (Advanced)) and countless other UNSUNG heroes – you – ARE a hero!

Mucho kudos!

Yes, as for the Bozos that claim “we’re big and not fat” and all that, well, enough said – I’ve said plenty in that regard, and so have you.

I gotta share this with the fellas NOW – this is truly, truly inspirational!

And keep training hard – this story means YET ANOTHER Discount is waiting for YOU – – I’m truly MOVED – – email me, and we’ll “get her done!”

Mucho KUDOS,

Rahul

… John – you’re truly one of those real life heroes!

And HE IS!!

I KNEW THERE IS A REASON I KEEP MENTIONING him!

One of the greats, to me at least.

An unsung HERO.

And so are many of YOU, my friends – so DO write back and share YOUR stories too with me so I can share ’em with the world!

I mean every word when I said an additional discount is waiting for him – if anyone deserves it, he does!

I know he says “he doesnt deserve it, and I do (because of my books etc)” – well … I dont know what to say!

But John – you’re the best!

Keep training hard – bro!

And last, but not least, the cart before the horse thingy?

Well, lots of idiots despite what I mention on the SALES PAGE for Gorilla Grip VERY CLEARLY … that these exercises are to be done WITH, NOT IN PLACE OF 0 Excuses Fitness (Rolls Royce), lots of people still do exactly the opposite of what I say.

And therefore what John said.

Why on earth would anyone purchase Gorilla Grip without purchasing 0-Excuses Fitness first/at the same time (as I did) yes, Gorilla Grip is a great book and training your grip is as important as breathing but without 0-Excuses it is like putting the cart before the horse.

I wish I could answer that …

And yeah, despite me mentioning clearly on the sales page that “these exercises need to be done WITH, not in place of, 0 Excuses Fitness”, I dont know, people still buy the “cart” first and then the horse. What can I say, hehe.

Amen!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – Write back and let me know (us) what you think of this unsung hero, and I’ll share it with the world – this sort of thing is what makes it all worth it!

Words from the Sage of Concord
- Listen up, fella!

Here is my favorite part of Emerson’s Laws of Compensation  –

The same guards which protect us from disaster, defect and enmity, defend us, if we will, from selfishness and fraud. Bolts and bars are not the best of our institutions, nor is shrewdness in trade a mark of wisdom.

Men suffer all their life long under the foolish superstition that they can be cheated. But it is as impossible for a man to be cheated by any one but himself, as for a thing to be and not to be at the same time.

There is a third silent party to all our bargains. The nature and soul of things takes on itself the guaranty of the fulfillment of every contract, so that honest service cannot come to loss. If you serve an ungrateful master, serve him the more.

Put God in your debt. Every stroke shall be repaid. The longer the payment is withholden, the better for you; for compound interest on compound interest is the rate and usage of this exchequer.

The history of persecution is a history of endeavors to cheat nature, to make water run up hill, to twist a rope of sand. It makes no difference whether the actors be many or one, a tyrant or a mob. A mob is a society of bodies voluntarily bereaving themselves of reason and traversing its work.

The mob is man voluntarily descending to the nature of the beast. Its fit hour of activity is night. Its actions are insane, like its whole constitution. It persecutes a principle; it would whip a right; it would tar and feather justice, by inflicting fire and outrage upon the houses and persons of those who have these. It resembles the prank of boys, who run with fire-engines to put out the ruddy aurora streaming to the stars. The inviolate spirit turns their spite against the wrongdoers. The martyr cannot be dishonored.

Every lash inflicted is a tongue of fame; every prison a more illustrious abode; every burned book or house enlightens the world; every suppressed or expunged word reverberates through the earth from side to side. The minds of men are at last aroused; reason looks out and justifies her own and malice finds all her work in vain. It is the whipper who is whipped and the tyrant who is undone.

Thus do all things preach the indifferency of circumstances. The man is all. Every thing has two sides, a good and an evil. Every advantage has its tax. I learn to be content. But the doctrine of compensation is not the doctrine of indifferency.

The thoughtless say, on hearing these representations,—What boots it to do well? there is one event to good and evil; if I gain any good I must pay for it; if I lose any good I gain some other; all actions are indifferent………………

Why did I feel compelled to share this?

Well, first, because Emersons Laws of Compensation are a CLASSIC, my friend.

They’ve been shared for centuries, and I’ve never shied away from giving credit where it’s due.

No, I get nothing from mentioning him here!

And I dont want anything either.

His Laws of Compensation are the most inspirational thing ever, and indeed, much like the Sage of Concord first “visited me” in 2019 – and then in 2020 – and then again last night in a dream, I gotta say this to you.

Last, but not least, remember one thing, friend.

Nazi feminists, SJW’s, shirt lifting faggots, effeminate men, bozo’s of every ilk and vegan’s are all put on this earth to drive us crazy and they usually do a bloody good job at it.

So said a great, great guy, and a great customer!

(We were discussing something unrelated, by the way – this just sort of “came up” as it sometimes does).

He’s right – for the most part.

They TRY to do a bloody fine job at it.

They TRY to maintain control.

And they usually get away with it if you “let ’em” in some way, shape or form.

(or if the cucks that support ’em let ’em and “empower ’em”)

Which of course many men (not the guy above) do … (the guy above is one of the smartest people in that regard – he “does what he have to have a quiet and peaceful life”, which I can understand).

But he doesnt SUPPORT the mess above, which is what makes ALL The difference.

Anyway, now that I brought this up, you know (probably) why I’m mentioning this to you!

But fear not, the upcoming book on Nazi feminism will have it all. Patience, grasshopper –

(one person asked me this last night)

“please hurry for that one!”

I can’t hurry, my friend.

With me, its all about the spirit, connecting to it, and doing it “when the time’s right”.

So patience, grasshopper, in that regard.

Lots of folks have asked for training courses as well – they all “come out” in random order, and usually not in the order they were intended or asked in.

So be it …

Anyway, what I wanted to say was this before I got side tracked – from Emerson to Ben Franklin to US Presidents of yore (I dont mean Biden running on a treadmill!) …

They’ve ALL advocated great fitness routines – training the core and grip – the LEGS and back hard – and the virtues of WRESTLING and other physical activity.

You can only develop the mental fully once the PHYSICAL is.

The two go together, not “without” …

And that, my friend, is that.

Back soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – The same customer once told me this –

….You seem to have figured out how to live on your own terms and very few men can say that, especially the married ones….

He’s right, but for those that want to (this is obviously directed at MEN – real men) YOU can too. And all in the book – coming soon!

(and losing battles, and winning the BIG war is part of it, but not the only thing by far)

Why drama Queens and Nazi feminists aren’t exactly “winners” in the game of life – or fitness
- Life doesn't recognize drama, my friend.

Life doesn’t recognize drama, my friend (well, not unless it’s Oprah or some rot of that nature).

Or Sin and the City (sex and the city or what not) and assorted lunacy, Bold the Beautiful or what not, but the folks that made those shows are anything but stupid actually.

They’re pandering to the stupid lot out there – tons of them, “legion” as someone recently told me. Hehe.

He’s right.

And Nazi feminists are probably even more legion, along with the drama queens (well, all of the same ilk).

Behold what the “caveman” just saw …

I wanted to pull myself out of bed today but I couldn’t.

There’s some drama happened and the negative emotions suck me dry.

I know perfectly well what I need to be doing but I’m not doing it. This gives me a lot of bad stress.

I also know I don’t deserve a break just yet, but I’ve also learned not to give myself a hard time for underperforming.

Idk where I’m going with this post but let’s just say, I’ll bring my A game back tomorrow, you guys can check in on me✌️

No prizes for guessing who this is.

I’ll give you a guess – this woman had a “billionaire by 2025” tag on her social media profiles, while it’s now (today) changed to “millionaire by 2025”.

Apparently changes by the day.

Schofield would have a hey day, him with his billionaire (not) status. LOL.

But anyway, the only part of her post that makes any sense to me is the first.

Back in 2015, for a brief period, I DID feel that way.

I DID Feel like the sun wasn’t going to rise the next day.

But rise it did, and so did i, though it wasn’t pleasant.

I talked to some people about it, and none really supported me – all preferring to “not hear the tough stuff” as it were, and focus on inanities.

Fair enough, I suppose, given how shallow most people are.

But end of the day, I had enough.

And I channeled my rage, or anger, or sadness, or whatever you call the emotion I dont know – into my fitness routine “without even knowing it” which I ramped up very quickly to insanely “crazy” levels as some people called it.

Anyway, back to what Miss “CL” is saying …

If I had to give her advice?

I wanted to pull myself out of bed today but I couldn’t.

RM – Cry me a river, CL. Then pull yourself out of bed anyway. Just do it! The world won’t stop revolving. I did it, so can you.

There’s some drama happened and the negative emotions suck me dry.

RM – Well, negative emotions can be countered with the positive if you WANT them in your life.

I know perfectly well what I need to be doing but I’m not doing it.

RM – Well ,then you got YOURSELF and yourself alone to blame, so whining about it on social media accomplishes … what? Squat?

Come to think of that, you posted something your fitness routine not being where it should be as well …

This gives me a lot of bad stress.

RM – Sometimes, we get exactly we deserve…

I also know I don’t deserve a break just yet, but I’ve also learned not to give myself a hard time for underperforming.

RM – So, where do we stand? No kudos for underperforming, thats for sure, and no brickbats either. Btw, we don’t get breaks out of thin air. We MAKE our own breaks, those of us that are DOERS …

Idk where I’m going with this post but let’s just say, I’ll bring my A game back tomorrow, you guys can check in on me✌️

RM – …. A game? Complaining about why “women are better to talk to than men”, about how male managers suck and female managers rock (without proof), about how “bosses need to be more caring and considerate”, and in general the entire world against the “Chloe brand of soap operas…”

Now, I’m sure some may be thinking “what an A – hole he is”.

Perhaps I sound like one.

But not even the most critical of critiquers can tell me I’m wrong in what I say.

I mean, this whole rant she posted sounds like she’s looking for sympathy, tears, the whole she bang of “boo hoo”, “woe betide me”, “Poor Chloe”, “I understand”, other inanity …  and then … it accomplishes (to borrow a Schofield term he copied from book he borrowed (but never fully read)) F -all.

I mean, life’s tough.

Get over it already is my point.

Not to mention don’t mention your goals to the world, and inanenly change your goal upon the spurt of the moment, and then brand youself as someone that gives “actionable self help and improvement tips” (which is probably why it showed up in my feed anyway).

Neither are Nazi feminist “whiny” rants actionable nor are they “self improvement”.

Exactly the opposite, and I’m sure if you took her rant to ANY doer, they’d say much the same thing.

Anyway, my book on going from Zero to Hero! has 25 very actionable self help tips.

But they’re real world tips that don’t hand hold or pussy foot around the issue that YOU need to be a DOER and implement or apply what is taught in order to achieve success.

Social media doesnt make it on ONE SINGLE PAGE of either that book, or Gumption Galore, or any of my others.

Whining and moaning doesn’t either.

Blaming doesnt either.

And caving into the negative don’t either.

All for a good reason.

Now that I’ve said all that, well, THIS will be (in some way, shape or form) in the book on Nazi feminists. I’m halfway through that at the time of speaking (writing).

Lots of you will LOVE that book, though theres no drama in it. Just real life examples, and how to WIN and profit from the Nazi feminist plague as it were.

And fitness wise, same damn thing.

You hear people complaining about their lats hurting from too much lat pulldown, or “my feet are sore after my instructor asked me to run two laps! How dare he!” or … I lifted a lot yesterday, so I need a two week break!

Or what not.

All equal idiocy.

You do, and you do daily – much like you breathe daily.

Animals in the wild don’t muck around on “split day schedules” my friends.

The tiger doesnt pause for weeks to rest its hoofs, giraffes don’t their long necks, pandas don’t their mouths, and the deer certainly not it’s legs.

(and monkeys certainly dont complain about sore lats either)

(yet, I’ve seen plenty of human monkeys do and cry up a storm about ’em!).

Ah well …

On that note, remember to pick up Animal Kingdom Workouts – I did the “Noah’s Ark” workout in in today – an ass kicker.

I’m sore, tired, exhausted, and I’m loving it.

I’ll be back for more too!

YES!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee
