As the world plunges into doom and gloom yet again for this blasted plague from China, I’m hit with a sense of … what?

Back when this madness started in 2020, I TOLD everyone this was part of China’s grand 2018 -23 FIVE year plan.

Believe me, these things can be felt!

A few people listened thoughtfully, and asked questions.

the vast majority – Bozos included, just criticized me.

Now?

(which is typical, of course. I’ve heard it all my life, I say something, Bozos claim I’m wrong, then I’m not, and then of course, like Charles the former friend said…)

I still remember Charles babbling about “China is the best country in the world, China can’t help itself (when asked about its territorial incursions everywhere!”

Everyone does it, according to him.

Tom Tomming, my friend, there is a limit to it.

I wonder what he has to say now this year with China being intermittently locked down everywhere damn near, anal swabs up people’s asses everywhere – people HAVING to get tested whether they like it or not, of course masks or not is still so called optional.

As is the China panixine, optional – IF you get my drift!

Hint – it ain’t optional in practical terms.

But anyway …

Anyone ever notice a cycle?

I’ve been telling people, my customers, friends, this.

Three month cycles.

This Covid nonsense is spread every three months – graphs go higher than the last time, all the bla bla about hospitals overloaded and doom and gloom which likely for the most part is media sensationilism  (dont get me wrong, I know people have died, but far more die of natural and other causes than this idiocy!) … and then, it “tapers off”.

Anyone even notice how India’s gigantic COVID numbers “suddenly” all of a sudden went down?

Now that the three month phase is finishing, they’re goin gup again, as they have been in the U.S. for a while.

So they say.

I dont believe half of the nonsense.

You shouldn’t either, friend.

This blasted thing was spread by the Chinese, we all know that.

And it’s going to be around forever it seems like, at least for a few years more, and NOT panicking is the best way to combat it.

By all means panixine – and what not – all your personal choice.

But PANIC, my friend, that is something I advise EVERYONE not to do.

Of course, the more I advise, the more people panic …

Incomprehensible, to me at least.

What do I know, eh.

I’m just the guy whose fitter at the age of 40 plus and in the pink of health as opposed to the exact opposite when I was in my so called prime…

Anyway, get on the 0 Excuses Fitness System, friend – if there ever was a panixine or anti panic measure – it is deep breathing combined with this.

Trust me on this one!

What the magazine “Target” taught me about aiming at targets – life – and fitness
- YES!

I ain’t even referring to the shooting range here.

Boy, the recoil, hehe.

But anyway, that happened when I had no idea of how to HOLD a gun, let alone load it – or fire it.

Either way, guns aside, when I was young (and obviously growing up where I was, guns were looked upon as “evil” and something “for those people” – how dare I even mention ’em, eh) … there was this magazine Target I read.

It had lots of interesting activities for kids.

One of them was to – well, simply – OBSERVE.

Do nothing, but observe (like a chameleon, it has roots i.e. my being that and called that!) quietly – and MENTION what you saw.

Life, around you, everything.

And I’ll never forget the way, inexplicably, my father yelled at me for mentioning something about “dad’s got pimples” – thats ALL i said.

I observed it, so I said it.

Much like my wife complained the other day about “boils on her butt” or something – not that thats something unusual for her.

But thats all I said.

“My Target told me to, I began.

Does your Target teach you this” he thundered (he’s great at “thundering” when it suits him, hehe).

Not so much when …

But anyway, yes it did.

And funnily enough, is that offensive?

I dont think so!

My daughter mentions things like that about me all the time.

ALL The time.

Never once have I found it offensive.

I Dont know why, but with my family -its sad in a way, but a lot of YOU can relate.

ANYTHING I say is offensive to them.

But they have full freedom and rights to castigate me, often publicly, until this date.

Inexplicable to me, hehe.

I’m still the four year old to paddle – except NOT in a good way.

Bozo Schofield is the same sort i.e. he can do it, I can’t!

Fuck that, friend.

And unfortunately for the Bozo, or anyone else, if anyone dares to even TRY to take my freedom of speech away now, they’ll get not just one, or two, but MANY broken front teeth, that I damn well guarantee.

But anyway that magazine taught me a lot.

It taught me to focus on a target – laser sharp.

True, they didnt cover the mental part in terms of visualizing etc.

But it was a great lesson in learning many things.

“You’re extremely observant, Rahul!” My buddy from the Marines made this comment FIRST thing upon meeting me. 

And I am.

Borne through years of struggle, forged through instinct – which was always there, yours truly chameleon can turn into a black Mamba at a minute’s notice…

Anyway, where am I going with all this.

Well, nothing really, except to say that my study of th eMIND – which is just beginning (though thats way more than most do in their lifetimes) – and physical has only increased them powers, my friend.

I can truly see things and predict in a way others cannot.

(they can, if they try, but they’re doubting Janes and Thomases).

Hey, Nazi feminists, I even mentioned Jane first, now what ya gonna do, hehe.

- Ugh, and ugh, and ... well, amen!

Know what I hate the most about living “with my wife”, friend?

When I do, if I do, which as you know, I live A-LONE – and plan on doing so for the rest of my life as well.

This applies to family to a degree too.

For some reason, goose and gander, of course, has never applied here, and the Nazi feminism makes it worse.

It’s not so much the negative energy these sorts spread, it’s when they pester you about it.

I have an energetic field around me nigh no-one can penetrate, yet, when people are so glued to their fucking beds in their Granny pajamas to their fuckin retarded crap soap operas with idiots from Korea or what not rambling about utterly useless and inane crap, they can’t be bothered to either answer the door – or even get up to CALL the other person face to face.

(the Granny Pajama thing, trust me, I’ve heard it from men galore. General Michael, for one.

“She wears clothes to bed, how sexy is that!”

And he ain’t the only one either)

Its a problem in India, this subconscious thinking many people have of “servants”.

Bozo Schofield would LOVE it. HEhe.

And it’s one (more) reason I don’t live there.

So what would have happened?

Well, thats sage – and true – and obvious.

Or, it should be.

I truly feel sad – much like I do seeing the state in Afghanistan for one, women tossing newborns over the barbed wire for a better life…

Truly, truly sad on BOTH FRONTS!

Well, my friend, I dont know your thoughts on the Nazi feminist, or rude phockers, or low energy mofos or the rest of it.

I know one thing, I’m always bubbling with energy – way more than when I was young. And in the prime of my life.

Remember Gorilla Girl Sophia?

Well, other than “you’re thick and strong like a Gorilla” comments – and other than the “How can I increase the size of my breasts” question …

One time, her legs – literally – shook.

More than once, hehe, and the brief massage I did on her calves worked, but there were people around, and Madam was shy, and therefore…

But anyway, it was a HOT Sunday “early afternoon”.

She called me out of the blue, and asked me if I coul dmeet up.

I was done with an hour of dancing monkey in the morning – got paid handsomely, and was ready to spend the money.

(2019, I believe).

And so I met her. It was the first time I met her in person, I believe…

And of course, the “dating” or what not – or whatever you call “meeting married women” – ended up with, well, I dont know – I had no idea then, I just met her!

Never thought about what if, what would happen, etc.

We ended up on, of  course, the mountain

Nothing if not a fitness fanatic I am … LOL.

And of course, nary 10% of the climb was done before she sat down.

Exhausted.

Her legs were literally shaking, she said.

She didnt have to say it. I could see her thighs and calves QUIVERING. 

It was better than “Sandra”, another girl I once knew who complained “you climb too fast I want to enjoy the flowers!”

That I do, hehe.

Ann Lee never did, but anyway, that trinity aside…

That aside, I’ll always remember what Marc the African Silverback Gorilla once told me after we did a 14 floor (more like 20) jaunt up the floors of his apartment complex (1 elevator out of order, I didnt feel like waiting for the other) ….

“I could barely hear you BREATHE!” 

“You’re in excellent shape, man!”

The next day, he told me about how his legs quivered – going DOWN them stairs.

It’s more common than you’d think.

Jim, an old boss, ex Air Force often said the only exercise HE got was .. going downstairs. Hehe.

I can just imagine him on the HILL!

But back to Marc – that time we were working out?

He was trying to do dips, and I remember his upper arms quivering like  amaple leaf in a Toronto STORM, hehe.

(in the TOP position of the dip!)

“You should do ’em like th eRock!” he said, after observing me bang ’em out. “With dipping belts around your waist!”

Dips are what I recommend to many people – girls included – Jassy too – they build PLENTY OF STRENGTH AND POWER!

Real strength.

She’s building some doing weighted lunges, but I dread to think how she must be pulling muscles and tendons without knowing it.

Anyway, can’t get her away from the ole JIm, hehe, and selfies with perfect make up on, so I just enjoy the sight. She’s gorgeous, a damn sight so!

Gorillas love gorgeous things. Hehe.

On that note, another guy who plays the “top” in BDSM scenes onanother site referred to his back once as “silverback…”

I laughed.

“Bro, we best not go there!”

LOL.

As he said, one of those things you can’t really … ah, but Bozo Boozo Schofield knows all about gorillas, and “I build grip wanking” (he said that in a FB group once. Hehe).

But anyway … limbs shaking happens often.

Not so much in the sack-er-ooney … (nah, nothng to do with a certain Roney, hehe, he’s a great chap, I love him!) – but when doing physical activity for a lot ofyou the next day.

Hindu squats will do it!

My initial hill climbs did it!

And if you’re climbing stairs after a break, then the next day your legs feel like pulp – well, it’s time to do something about it, friend.

Upper body wise, for people like this I recommend Shoulders Like Boulders!.

But even if you don’t get the course above the following two will DO it – they’ll truly hit the spot.

And, will CURE legs shaking syndrome too…

What has ALWAYS saved me during my darkest, toughest, most turbulent times.
- And there have been many!

You guys on this list have heard about many, hehe.

And with good reason – there have been!

My life is pretty storied my friend. Extreme ups, extreme downs – downs that would have kept me DOWN AND OUT a long damn time ago, if I had …

… given up.

I never did.

Never giving up is part of the key, of course, to “what saved me during my dark times”.

But it goes deeper than that, way deeper.

The WILL – or the faith that caused that will to sprout came from something I’ve been unconsciously doing all my life.

Something we all do.

Visualize yes, but it’s not the whole story.

Repetition of the same chant, the same affirmation, the same incantations leads to belief. Once that belief becomes a deep conviction, things begin to happen!

Its that belief that led to the FAITH, my friend – which resulted me in never giving up – on anything i.e. any goal I set for myself.

We ALL repeat things to ourselves during the day, whether we’re aware of it or not.

Most all, including yours truly at a certain point repeat way too much -ve and what we DON’T Want in our lives – and guess what materializes.

What we dont want.

The subconscious mind does not distinguish, my friend, between right and wrong, what we want and what we dont.

Those are conscious decisions.

The subconscious mind simply goes to work to make what we decide a REALITY in our lives.

It is that belief, despite going through some of the toughest times you could imagine – that always kept me going – and ultimately I pulled what many, including I thought was a “Houdini”.

It was not, my friend. It wasn’t magic either. It was simply the nature of the subconscious mind – something we all have – something most dont believe in and pooh pooh at.

Which is great, if thats you … But RESULTS my friend speak, and those results – well, you tell me – are the barometer of whether “what you’re doing now” works for you or whether “brute logic and will power” trumps all.

It does, but only when backed up by the right forces.

When I really started to get into the best shape of my life, events unfolded before that in a catastrophic manner that I won’t detail here, but it was simultaneously one of the best – and most stressful periods of my life!

There truly was magic happening in them few months – in all regards.

It got “normal” after that – as did my fitness regimen.

I just did it, my friend.

When I was angry, when I was … down, depressed, whatever it is – I had the belief I “would” – and then I did – without thinking.

Fitness wise, we all know what it led to.

Life wise, it’s the same thing for you, me, and everyone.

Believe you will, my friend, and thats half the – or more than – battle won!

I can hear the Tom Tom’s shrieking about “cheap motivational talk” while “in ass” and living on their wives and girlfriends, and licking (in some cases) Communist bollocks.

Which is great, again if thats … well, the person reading this!

And it’s even better if you, the person reading this takes a minute to absorb what I am saying – and apply to YOUR OWN life.

Fitness wise, again.

Believe – and you will.

And the right tools are nigh essential.

Dear Reader

“If he’s saying it, he’ll ultimately do it!”

So said a furious Rueben, when I was being threatened once by some idiot who had something against “ragheads” apparently (not that my rag was untied, hehe, it was in a pony tail – he’s the one that lost his rag apparently, or was on it) …

He said something about “I’ll kill you, you fucking…”

For nothing at all except the fact I looked him directly in the eye as he passed, in a very non confrontational manner after he had been sizing me up from afar for a while (he was on his way to the almighty Jim, hehe).

I was heading on to NY the next day.

So while the cops told me I could file some sort of a “report” against him (charges) – I decided not to for obvious reasons i.e. I’d have to go to court etc, and it wasn’t worth wasting the opportunity for some real MOOLAH up in NY for this Bozo.

Cop went in, spoke to him in the Jim.

I’m sure he tore him a new one!

Now, Rueben was right.

If someone makes threats against you, there’s a reason most likely, and there’s plenty of mad hatters out there.

In a lot of cases, it’s best to assume the worst.

Especially with guns flying around, and earlier – a few months earlier – some damn truck almost ran me off the road walking back to class on a Fri afternoon on a deserted country road – now THAT made me think, especially with it being 9/11 week,  believe at the time.

Aaron, a friend of mine wasn’t so sure when I told him “dude might have been just drunk”.

“You dont know that, Rahul!”

He was probably right too.

But sometimes, the reverse applies.

Por ejempelo, my “wife” and myself – that situation.

Despite all the friction, arguments etc, I still “pay”.

And she still does the bare minimum, to her credit.

Now, I could write a tome on whose right and whose wrong, but there’s no point. No-one ultimately ever IS in these situations, if you think about it.

So despite me angrily saying “I wont give you anything!” – I calm down – and then I do anyway. Haha.

This may sound overly simplistic?

Maybe it is, I dont know.

But fitness wise, same damn thing.

You look at what the person ultimately does.

For years, I’d be watching Rocky every night while getting drunk.

As soon as Rocky started his run, I’d say to myself “THAT is going to be ME tomorrow!”

Unfortunately, when the alarm rang at 530, I’d just turn it back off the next day.

When I DID go out for a run, I could barely do it, and gave up shortly thereafter – at an age I was supposed to be in my prime.

People tell me “we’ll do pushups from tomorrow!”

Look at what they do, they never do.

All the intentions – good or bad in the world are fine, friend, but what counts and where the rubber really meets the road is DOING – and doing regularly and repeatedly!

And that is one huge area most people today are failing.

Get on the 0 Excuses Fitness System now, my friend.

And dont just GET the product.

“Do”.

And do a lot!

And that, ultimately will turn you into the fitness phenom that lurks within and you’ve always wanted to be!

Why a house divided can never ever stand.
- in any regard.

My friend,

Let’s break this down into the most simplistic of examples -my own.

You on this list are well aware of “my case” in that regard, and utter dysfunction I’ve written about – discussed with all of YOU – and faced, and continue to do so every time I’m remotely anywhere in a “family” setting.

Remotely, because other than my daughter, there is no family I have as far as I’m concerned, just people who “tolerate each other” “because they have to” (this holds true for a LOT of families).

It would be easy to loo kthe other way and say “mine isn’t that way”.

Great, if it truly isn’t. Not all families are like that – even today.

But I’ll tell you one thing – it isn’t just the spiraling divorce rates globally – I used to say that third and fourth marriages are usually far more successful than the first/second with people having a very clear idea of what both of them are getting into that makesc me say this – it’s the tales I hear from people – most specifically on my list.

Trust me, the environment I had growing up – many had it that way – it’s just not everyone that TALKS about it.

Domineering Mom’s, Dad’s that “never say a word against anything Mom says” – Nazi feminism from all standpoints and angles – it aint just me.

It happens a lot to a lot of people.

And if you look at “the end result” in all such situations, what do you see?

Ultimately, chaos and disaster in all aspects.

A house mentally or otherwise divided, my friend, just cannot stand.

The subconscious influences of everyone fighting against everyone is a recipe for disaster, and thats what happens.

You might think it’s those that “can get the upper hand” that “win”.

Maybe on the outside.

What happens on the inside is a whole another ballgame, my friend.

And kids, of course, bear the brunt of it in many ways.

But why just houses?

Look at countries -politics.

Has the U.S., for instance, been more deeply divided than it is NOW?

Or the U.K. – or even china, behind the scenes?

I dont think so my friend.

And while lots love to paint the plague from China out to be the “devil that ruined it all” , truth is this – things were simmering for a long time.

Their development and release of the plague was like a spark on a tinderbox.

I’ve been saying this forever – perhaps people are finally seeing the TRUISM of it now.

Why do I mention it here though – you might ask?

Well, fact is this, my friend – FITNESS wise, same thing.

If you’re in two minds about things, i.e. “it won’t work” rings out in your mind and you think the girls, and fancy machines at the Jim while knocking out your pushups – or squats – or whatever – then guess what – it ain’t gonna work.

You gotta be committed – in it for the long haul.

You gotta understand results won’t come “tomorrow”.

You gotta know, understand accept that some days will be bad days – some awesome – some in the middle.

Just like life itself – and on that note you’ll get what you put into it, friend.

Simple fact of life – and fitness.

If you want it to work, you have to believe it will work first.

You have to see yourself there first, as I keep saying, see yourself at “Hero” instead of Zero!.

And that, my friend is the ultimate truth.

Give it your all – and then some – make it work for you – and it damn well will!

Which I highly recommend, because (and as you’ll see in the book) if you really want something, you can never outrun it – it will chase you even if you dont “consciously want it!” .

Why doing, and doing a LOT OF IT – is ultimately what makes things – MOVE.
- In the right direction!

In Pyscho Cybernetics, the world famous book – Dr Maltz in the closing Chapter speaks of a guy who wanted a fancy office in a high rise in NY (city, I believe?).

He visualized – did all the right things.

He “felt it” – so he thought.

He saw himself there.

He did it regularly, and religiously without fail.

At the end of a few years, Maltz checked back with him.

You’d think the dude would have succeeded in a big way, right? After all, he did all the right things visualization wise, started off right …

“Nothing happened”, he complained. 

But what did the man DO?

Upon asking, Maltz discovered – all he did was visualize!

He DID NOTHING beyond that.

Now, dont get me wrong – visualization is indeed step #1.

Without it, nothing will START TO MOVE – and if it does, it’ll go South most likely.

But once you do it, and do it right – then what?

If you’re doing things right, you shouldn’t feel like most modern day self help idiot gurus tell you i.e. “I’m there”.

If you want a lot of money, and business success, after visualizing, you shouldn’t be basking in a warm glow of “I’ve done it! I’m there!”

Despite what the wackos tell you about “you’ve already done it” feelings – if you do it right?

You snap out of the visualization energized.

And you – GET TO WORK!

(in most cases without even trying ifyou’re doing it right).

THAT work is what gets the Universe to do it’s bit.

You can put your thoughts out to the Universe yes.

But remember, give and take.

You have to give first.

And you gotta give – consistently.

Think about this – if I had stopped at one hill climb – or 100 regular pull-ups – I’d still be in good shape, right?

But I went above and beyond – without even trying.

That NEGATIVE energy building up from your internal feeling of your subconscious mind knowing youre not yet there – will not just cancel the positive – but have the OPPOSITE EFFECT.

In other words, visualization MUST be followed by doing something the right way.

I cannot emphasize just how important that part is, friend.

Ever notice how you’re “wishing things would move ” – then you do – and miraculously, once you SPEND all that pent up energy and “bursting out when will it come” feelings – things start to HAPPEN?

There is a reason behind that, which I just told you HERE.

A sage indeed lesson, if you’re so inclined to follow it, of course!
