Not that I’ll shed any tears or down any beers – either way, the UK elections dont really matter to me, though ole Boris – Brexit was the best damn thing he ever did – with all his gaffes I’ll always give him that.

I suspect it’s one of those things where people will look back in history and say “well done, even though we didnt think it at the time”.

Long term vision, and all that, kinda hard to see for a lot in the UK (and globally).

Anyway, my man for the UK top dog job was always Rishi Sunak – not because he’s Indian.

Just, his policies, dude seems NORMAL – dude has a certain vibe about him – its hard to explain, not that I have anything against Liz Truss either, I dont know much about her policies either except she’s always at odds with Rishi it seems, but thats politics.

To me, I’d have thought Rishi would be a shoo in but the votes – apparently – say otherwise, and thats all good, how it should be in a democracy.

Last minute surprises?

Stranger things have happened, but I doubt it …

Anyway, to me, Ole Boris – I’d probably back him if he was running. Hehe.

Would be a close call between him and Sunak, but with all his gaffes, all his silly statements, ole Boris to me is a rather likeable, jolly sort (just dont let his pals pinch your backside, hehe) …

And someone who again, much like Trump – is RELATABLE.

You dont look at Boris and think “he’s one of those sitting in the gilded towers”.

He doesnt look like he just showed up off a fancy golden escalator either, especially not his wild hair do, sort of like mine on some days. Hehe.

To me, a leader should be RELATABLE above all, speak the language of the common man …

Same thing for these here emails, and why even in this economy, I’m pulling in sales while others – some apparently far more “experienced” flounder and close shop – literally.

Long term vision plays into this again, I’ve been planning for all this for years.

Much like they say “the Russians dont take a dump without planning it” – or at least they said that in the movie “The Hunt for Red October” – Sean Connery, RIP, excellent as always!

Neither do the chinese, and neither should YOU, my friend, not to that extreme, but while living in the flow is how it should be done the value of thinking things through should not be under estimated either. (with gut in mind).

It’s amazing, the answers that pop out when you ask yourself some questions!

A guy I admire for his style, his work (I’m not going to mention him here), but he’s a “fellow cowboy” pretty much the way I see it, another long ranger like yours truly – mentioned something about Freak book this morning.

About how the platform is designed to be a time suck, a bottomless pit of endless dopamine withdrawals and highs, about how it makes you depressed rather than happy – rewires – and DESTROYS thy brain – your cognitive abilities and such – and all within this space of a regular 40 minutes or so usage per day.

He did not mention the time frame, I am …

I always knew there was a reason I thought social media was fake, and I despised it pretty much.

And every time I ever used Facebook, my results in other areas of my life – DROPPED – so dramatically you’d think I’d notice, but no, even yours truly didnt make the connection (but I noticed it pretty quickly compared to the vast majority of people stuck on their dumbphones WITH no clue of what it’s doing to their lives, brains and such).

You know the point he made which really stuck out – I doubt even he noticed it.

When you point all this out to people, they claim “we’re adults and can handle it”.

“Isnt that what all addicts say”?

So true!

Social media is WORSE than the drugs Glyn Bozo and company use on a regular basis. And people are too dumb to see they are the PRODUCT there, not customers, and the supposedly free platforms make millions from ads sold to these very customers …

Anyway, hey, I advertise myself too – not and never on FB though. I did try Instagram, but it was equally annoying, and I never did it after the first trial.

Anyway, point isn’t my well known hatred of social media in general and how I love getting banned by Bozos on social media.

Point is, what guy made above “isnt that what all addicts say”?

These days, people have a whole new answer to it.

“We dont care” they’ll go defiantly before explaining to you “everything is going to shit anyways, so who cares”.

Yeah.

Right.

If you dont care, you make it worse, not caring is what BROUGHT us here, and fact is you DO care, or you wouldn’t say you didnt. Hehe. Fact also is, these same people would say those things about the “world going to hell” even when things weren’t. And I know people like that myself personally, more than I should really …

But even that isn’t my entire point.

My point is this.

When he asked that question, I got to thinking – especially with all the fools that have called me an “addict” over the years.

I struggled to find something I’ve been truly addicted to.

Cigarettes?

At one point in my life I smoked upwards of two packs a day, all “red Marlboros” …

I quit thrice, third time in china being the successful try.

Other than a few mild headaches and itchy fingers (itching to light one up) – I had NO withdrawal symptoms.

Bruce, a friend of mine claimed “I didnt really inhale”.

But I did. Hehe.

In fact, the day I quit I was standing right there at work on the 14th floor of the Winnerway Hotel in China with Clement a fellow workers from Hong Kong, and an even greater chain smoker than I was at the time.

He smoked, I declined his offer of a cigarette.

And that was that.

So much for all the “he’s addictttttttttttttttttted” crap I heard.

Beer? Liqor?

Everyone knows how much beer I drink. Hehe.

Yet, when I DON’T drink any form of liqor, beer included, and I’ve gone years without it (not by design, choice, just “happened”) … again?

Fact is this – its like it was never even there in my life.

Wifi? Another thing most people are so addicted to …

I dont have it at this point in time, by CHOICE.

I didnt in 2020 either – by CHOICE. (for a brief period of a few months which would seem like a lifetime to most people).

Most people will read this and say “so what”.

But lets see THEM do it.

Maybe I’m exceptional in that (I know, so humble as always!) all these things dont affect me as they would the average person, or I just know how to control my BRAIN better – or I should say, I understand the brain controls all ..

But whatever it is, I doubt I’ll fit into addict category for any of the above, or most of the things people are so addicted to (food being another huge example).

(The Tee Vee and cable, news etc – ugh. Haven’t had it for like YEARS now, 10 plus and going, and wont ever either).

But I’m human.

What I really, really miss when I dont have it – either by chance or choice?

Something you’d think would never be addictive in the first place.

something so healthy that you’d think I’m nuts to say it’s addictive. Hehe.

No, not coffee either …

Believe me, when I run out of green tea – THAT is when I’m a cranky motherfucker. Hehe.

If you want to bring the inner bear out in me and a cranky one at that, take my TEA away. Hehe.

It’s just hot water and tea leaves, but damn, I love that shit!

Second thing?

My HILL – and if thats not there, my exercise routine.

I’m literally addicted to squats and pull-ups for one, can’t live without them!

In China, there is a reason they dont allow prisoners to exercise. Hehe.

If you gave me a choice right now between never drinking a cold one and never working out again – I would NOT hesitate to say I’ll choose numero uno.

Never being able to workout again, THAT is something I couldn’t do without!

Anyway …… other than this?

I dont know, I’ve racked the ole brain, I can’t seem to find anything at all that I’m addicted to, or ever was. Pot included, I remember my friends in college all going “hazy” with the bong hits, yours truly inhaled, inhaled, inhaled, nothing ever seemed to change in front of me. Hehe.

Anyway ………..

Point of me writing this isn’t to tell you to give your favorite privatations in life up.

I have not. Hehe.

I drink me cold beer anytime I want some.

But it’s very comforting to know – liberating, I should say – you dont “need” it – or anything – or something.

Most people will never ever experience that feeling in their entire lives, they’re too scared to experiment, keep an open mind and do the thing …

Same thing for fitness, my friend.

Most people will never really know what it means to be TRULY pain free, TRULY fit, to truly have a carved midsection that is as strong as it looks, to truly have a strong grip, to truly have veins snaking out all over your forearms, legs that wont quit, and so forth , the list goes on and on and on …

Its a pity, because most people CAN have all that.

They just believe they can’t …

Anyway …

Its always best to be “addicted” to the good things, the NATURAL things – things that make you a better YOU my friend.

And bodyweight exercise routines fit that bill perfectly.

You WILL be ADDICTED – I repeat – ADDICTED to the 0 Excuses Fitness System (and my products in general) once you get on ’em.

Trust me, people have said it makes them feel so good, better than anything else they’ve EVER done makes them feel, and I agree, it’s true.

So if that scares you, dont get the product.

But if you’re brave enough to want, cherish and GET the good life – fitness included – you’ve always wanted – then start right here.

Now, disclaimer – before people start jumping on me with foolish responses again – this isn’t aimed at EVERYONE on the list.

A sizeable proportion of the list does not fall into that exact category.

A sizeable proportion of fence sitters and do nothings though (unfortunately) do – and if you’re part of either “gang” – you know already. I dont need to call you out by NAME!

So this ain’t aimed at EVERYONE on the list, but ..a LOT Of you need to hear it.

And without any BS about how I should be “understanding and sympathetic towards people in these tough times” (some clown got back to me with that so called advice) (he never did tell me how the business should make moola though, hehe) ….

Look, fitness wise, if you’re someone that “never has the time to exercise” – or “gets bored easily with a 100 squats” – or “its just pushups” – or anything related then not only should you not be on the list, but you’re not really a fitness enthusiast.

Especially if you keep bringing the “I have no time to workout” BS excuse up which so many people keep doing.

Yeah.

They have all the time in the world to sit and watch Bozo flix all day, shove popcorn and other junk down their throats (a lot of phat phocks, guys included prefer tubs of ice cream apparently) – they’ve got all the time in the world to haunt me here, they’ve got all the time in the world to whine and moan, but ask them to do 5 minutes of squats, for one, and hear the excuses come out.

Or, the lies i.e. I did it – when your body shows you didnt. (look, if you’re fat, you can wiggle around the point all you like, but that fat and your clothes size will wiggle as you do too ….)

Any phat phock that claims “I do 500 squats” and has a belly hanging over their pants so big they can barely see, if at all,their wang doodle in the shower is a liar, plain and simple.

(I wont even get into “fat man have small penis” Chinese sayings. Hehe. Or what Confucious said about it…)

Procrastination, getting back to it – is something that irritates me no end – if there is something to be done, I do it NOW.

The time is NOW, when inspiration strikes!

Any delay, as Napoleon Hill so SAGELY states in Think and Grow Rich could possibly be and probably WILL BE fatal to your success.

You may retort “I’m not looking to succeed”.

But aren’t we all, friend?

It would be unnatural NOT to want to be super fit, everyone wants it, precious few value themselves enough to buckle down to brass tacks and do the thing – not to mention value themselves, their lives, health and fitness highly enough to INVEST in the products that MATTER! (fitness wise).

This holds true for other areas as well.

If you’re part of the fence sitter group on this list that mourns and groans about money all the time, and specifically, “never has any money” – then youre just a loser my friend, I’m sorry to say it.

Or, you’re lazy and need a job (and my products are probably not for you if you’ve been in the state for years, and unable to snap out of it).

That may sound exceedingly cut throat, but coming from someone (me) who was born with the exact, polar and precise reverse of a silver spoon in his mouth in ALL regards, both literally and figuratively, youd be an idiot to just discard what said person (me) is saying.

Sure, you could discard it … but you know it has the ring of truth to it … but back to it – this constant whining about “no money” some people get back with (I’m not naming and shaming, I couldn’t be bothered to even copy and paste their names here!) …

… It’s just more BS that I dont want to be around. And its BS, period, there is no way someone can “never have any money”. (especially when they whine about Netflix going up “yet again” – did it by the way? I’ve never had Netflix, never WILL either) …

If these people are the sort that prefer to live their lives on “minimum” and pretend that works for them and they want nothing else, goodie.

But again, they shouldn’t be on this list.

They should probably be meditating on one leg in the Himalayas.

Hehe.

Sweating like a FAT man at a FREE dance
- And more!

As I sit here, ready for a shower “in my towel” (TMI, I know, hehe) – I gotta say two things.

One, this ain’t about THAT exercise – which surprisingly few men are really good at – is it any surprise that as I mention on the animal kingdom workouts page, it’s men that are FIT naturally i.e. in a natural manner, with lean and mean bodies that do what “animals” do in the best way possible, hehe.

I know, I know, ladies, men are such animals aint they.

But so are women, anyone that says otherwise is a barefaced liar (and so it should be, I’ve never quite preferred “cold fish” if you get my drift).

Anyway – that bit aside …

I’m huffing and puffing, heart pounding like NEVER before – well, not in the past couple of days. Hehe.

And without further ado, as you already know – workouts that make you do that are the BEST damn workouts ever- especially if you feel it deep in your MUSCLES too!

If you ain’t huffing and puffing, if you ain’t breathing such that I can hear you consciously do it with each rep – if you’re holding your breath like most people do (related secret in the 0 Excuses Fitness videos for the doers that notice) then you aint doing it RIGHT, period.

Without further ado, exercises that make you huff and puff like never before?

Are also full body leg and back workouts – and CORE.

I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again.

The bench press dont count, neither does the lat pulldown.

Sorry to say it, but it’s true …

SPRINTS – the Mecca and Medina of leg training as I keep saying in Fast and Furious Fitness – or SQUATS – THOSE COUNT!

High rep pushups – YES! (due to all the chest and full body activity).

LUMBERJACK work as I just got done doing will make that heart of yours thump, even you “fit people” with weights you wouldn’t think fit to sneeze at (trust me, there is a reason I tell people to go EASY on the weight in that regard, especially when you first start, and long afterwards too).

Those are three off the top of my head, now lest you think it’s only “movement based” workouts that do it?

There’s plenty of isometrics that’ll do it, especially the ones in Advanced Isometric and Flexibility Training, as well as the initial book – including, but not limited to –

The patented Rahul Mookerjee squat

The “JCVD” stretch …(even getting into it and sitting upright)

Some of the “standing hamstring stretches” I show you in the book.

All of these exercises, my friends, make you huff and puff, get you in the best shape possible, and do so very quickly indeed.

And if you haven’t yet partaken of any of the above, you’re a fool, if just because how much I’ve told you about how GOOD they make you feel, how AWESOME of shape they get you in, and so forth.

Either that or you’re not really into fitness- which is fine, but you shouldn’t be on the list in that case…

Why (at the risk of repeating myself YET fuckin again) – I’d rather BUYERS stay on the list…
- Yes a repeat. But..

I’m repeating myself again, I didnt want to write about this, honestly, I didnt, I’ve covered it so damn many times that anyone who doesnt get it is a grade A Bozo that will never get anything, so there’s no point explaining.

But after yet another whiny reply from some idiot whining about inflation, and how he can’t buy now (he hasn’t for years either) – and God only knows what other BS he’s talking about, I deleted his email after the first few whines in terms of “how it’s sooooooooooooooooooooooo tough for him” ….

… I mean really.

People WHINE too goddamned much, pally.

If it ain’t getting up on the wrong side of the bed, it’s the wife whose put them in a bad mood, if it ain’t her, it’s the traffic, if it ain’t that, its inflation, bla bla bla or “the world is crazy” (was it not always??) – I mean, theres two things which people seem to love more than anything else – whining, attention, and pity parties.

Like, if you want off the list, dude, just reply back saying UNSUBSCRIBE, it’ll be done, it’s that simple?

No need for drama, of course, when people want something but they’re too goddamned CHEAP to get it, then they have to justify it to themselves and drama is one way.

Dont get me wrong, things may or may not be tough, but it affects everyone.

And to those whining about products here and costs, well, everything has gone up, if you have noticed, its my products that have NOT gone up in cost since 2020 – some since 2017, to be honest.

Of course people wont notice that in their whine parties

so be it, but bottom line – to these people – look, running a business costs money, dude.

Of course, to idiots who will never run a business in their whole life and be content to “watch the doers on TV” or whatever Trump said (rightly so) in the Art of the Deal, that is so much water off a duck’s back, and again, so be it – I can guide the horse to water, but I cannot make it drink.

All I ask is two things, I’ve asked before.

One please dont WHINE and moan at me. We all have our cross to bear, some more so than others, but whining, pissing and moaning doesnt resolve anything.

The real deal, says the tagline for this one – but I dont mean I’m going to talk about me – just as yet, at least. Hehe. Or not just as yet, whichever way you look at it!

But anyway, an impromptu as always 100 squat session in the middle of my (just) second pot of tea this afternoon, and I was thinking  – of some of the stuff thats been hammering the ole Inbox as of yet.

Looking at some of those emails I can well understand why the Republicans are having a tough time raising funds.

Trump doing them was one thing, but the mish mash of emails that land in my Inbox with various names – sometimes “Ron Johnson” – sometimes “Elina someone” – with various colors, photos, hues and grays and what not – it’s just hilarious.

Top of the list was ole Ron asking for money with the “just a cup of coffee” tagline and himself drinking a mugga as the picture. Hehe.

Who is Ron Johnson anyway?? I’ve no clue!

Other than Herschel Walker, and it seems he writes those emails himself – the tone gives it away – and Trump himself, none of it seems in the least bit genuine.

I think I once signed up for Trump’s list, but not these others, some that come up with names called “32 missed calls!”.

LOL.

Like I answer the damned phone anyway, or care whose calling or not!

But anyway, I’m not the average Joe – coffee or not – pun intended. Hehe.

The only one I’d ever donate to, and I havent because I refuse to donate to politics or politicians, period – is Mike Pompeo, and unfortunately, they’re using his name for crap emails either with or without his knowledge (I’m not sure, I suspect with?) … those emails are so NOT Mike.

For a man that erudite, logical and down to earth business person he is, those emails simply cannot be from him.

His Twitter feed is one of the very very few I follow indeed, and with good reason.

And again, people dont listen when I say things, but I get proven right time and time again over and over again – much like the “exercise throughout the day” concept I’ve been promoting for years, and that which people are just starting to pick up on NOW – mainstream included, and politics wise, dont be surprised if ole Mike ends up (not me, hehe, Pompeo) contending and winning the election.

True dark horse, the only one I’d punt on or even care to at this stage, not just because he makes awesome Italian food apparently. Hehe.

But he’s the real deal as far as I’m concerned is Pompeo – and that brings me back to me – I’ve been told that fitness wise “I’m the real deal” more times than I care to count.

Maybe I should damn well count, because those words are true, and therefore they mean a lot to me.

I’ll be the one – like Pompeo in politics pointing out the RIGHT from wrong – both in terms of life and fitness, and the path least trodden, usually the one to follow.

Amidst all the fitness bullshit you see out there, MY products will be the realistic, gritty ones that produce LASTING results, my friend, the type that dont go away soon and last for a lifetime if you do the thing, and the sort you get from old school style old time strongman style training – not the modern day idiotic crap gyms.

I’ll be the one, I’ll continue to be the one that will point out the RIGHT way to do pushups, keep carping on form, keep saying it’s not necessarily rep counts that matter, its quality over quantity anyday – and so forth.

And inflation or not, I’ll be the one that keeps not just telling you, but POUNDING this into your noggin that its mens thoughts that create Depressions, period.

Universal Justice and what not, I dont know if anyone remembers, its been working up to this for a long time now, but things werent half as bad in 2020, and that was the year of the scam-demic …

Ole Trump might not be everyone’s kettle of fish, but he did a lot of things right – Ill give him that much, always have.

Why I toss my trash “with care” in Asia.
- Lots of stories here, hehe.

Nah, this isn’t the story of Glyn Bozo on the 11th floor tossing beer bottles down from his dorm room in China while buried in some nasty hooker’s rear end (his nose, not the bottles) – and then getting letters from management about “tossing beer bottling out of window no allowed” . . .

I believe the moron got fired from that school, the same one he was so drunk at he once pulled his pants down and took a crap right there in class. Just UGH this guy, anyway, it isnt about him .

Neither is it about yours truly tossing beer bottles where they belonged, IN the trash, well and truly IN it, and some of them breaking, and my Taiwanese neighbor waking up in the middle of the  night filing a complaint with management and me getting a letter saying “you create mess for cleaning lady, we call police”.

It was a three page notice. Hehe.

To which I never responded, but if they had asked, or the cops in China had (as Carol said, the cops have better things to do!) – I would have said well officer, I’m tossing them in the goddamned trash, what more do you want?

Not like China has the system of seperating recyclables from non recyclables in all apartment complexes, at least mine didnt.

I’ll never though forget the site of the ladies that picked up the trash diligently twice a day fishing through used tea leaves and such, and wringing out cargo shorts – perfectly good ones that no longer fit me that I once threw in the trash.

She wrung it out, left it by the trash.

It was then I realized why my wife often doesn’t throw items directly in the trash in Asia.

I also remembered a scene in the Middle East with people literally picking through garbage – foreign workers looking for … God knows what? Something to wear? Eat? No idea! But in a rich country like that … just goes to show you.

Back to China – rich though it might have become now, there is still a substantial class of people who will sift through trash looking for valuables, empties (beer bottles) still get “sold” hehe (I remember Michael once telling me I struck a HARD deal for them with the “sau mai lo” aka recycle guy who showed up on a push cart) (harder than his wife, hehe) …

… And so from then on if I threw clothes or anything half way wearable or useable away, I just put it by the trash.

Not on TOP Of the damn bin which a lot of people do in Asia, which irritates the shit out of me, I mean why do I need to lift someone else’s trash up to put my own in?

But by the side.

In the US, I wouldn’t think twice about this sort of thing – much like one night we got drunk and I microwaved a CD or something, watched the sparks fly with much interest, then had a workout lugging the heavy ass 1970’s microwave to the dumpster, then motored onto WalMart to get a new one. The memories. Hehe.

And back to the topic, when in India?

I dont know, same thing.

I could probably get something from selling old laptops and such off, I could probably get a discount on the new one but I never have.

For some odd reason, my last Toshiba, again perfectly functional – I gave it away to a school.

My old clothes – the guy who comes on a push cart to cart the trash away. Same thing for old dumbphones etc, I just ask him if he wants it, he always takes it, and that is that.

I feel sorry for him – nasty ass system “antiquated” they have in India where the concept of “dumpsters” is alien (I “dare not”as a certain Sophia once said mention it to anyone lest I get castigated “This is India” hehe. ) . . .

I have no clue why.

I have no clue why buying a beer is such a huge issue in India or the subcontinent in general either or why you need a liqor permit in the Middle East or why they have dry counties back Stateside.

Given a choice I’ll choose #3 and make the short drive over as I often did when living in a dry county. Hehe.

Anyway ……………..

No fanfare and all that about charity etc, I’m just saying, giving stuff away feels good especially when people can use it, when it’ll be used for a good cause, I guess some would sell it and make the extra dough, and thats perfectly fine by me.

To me, it’s my way of giving back, so I do …

And thats the entire point of writing this I suppose, not so much giving back, but “telling you” how I do it, so can you, so SHOULD you.

Give before you receive is indeed a truism that holds true – even today.

Do so and you may be surprised at the changes that take place in your life almost instantly, not to mention “letting go” of stuff you no longer need.

Why I’m not so much on onboard with Sleepy Joe’s speech last night . . .
- Or whenever that happens

A friend sent it to me, though I rarely watch videos, let alone anything Biden related -I gotta tell you, the old man sometimes evokes sympathy in me.

True case of heckling an old, almost senile man with Grandmother Pelosi and Hyena Harris (to me those two are the REAL evils) always “shepherding him” no matter where is (or the White House press secretary apparently from what it seems).

I said before the election dude was probably an alright guy, Grandfather, I still sort of stick to that view (although I do also see where a lot of people on this list are coming from when they email me privately to tell me that is an image the media has created for him).

True.

It well could be.

From reporting bullshit on the war in Ukraine about how Russia is losing, losing, losing, when on the ground the polar opposite is happening (I mean, can anyone with any common sense SAY it? LOL) – to creating fake images of people and stuff, the Leftist media is at it, has been at it for ages.

Not saying the right is entirely blame free there either, of course, I’m not onboard with some of the crazier stuff going on there either.

Anyway, Sleepy Joe rambled on about how Trump and his “acolytes” (Joe, I dont know if you know it, but you’re marketing Trump even better than he himself does, hehe) are a huge threat to American democracy, to taking the US back to a time where there was no freedom of choice to “marry who you love” – or freedom to choose contraception and other rambling BS that Joe is famous for.

Look, dude.

YOU are the one that created the border problems – one of the biggest problems in the country today.

YOUR policies are at the end of the day what caused rampant inflation – although yes it was building up to that, anyone ever notice how it was not half as bad under Trump?

There is something to be said for running the country like a damn business . . . results speaketh?

Personally, I dont even think the chain of events that led up to the war in Ukraine would have happened if the Trumpinator was still in office, look at what he did in the Middle East for one.

And all this rot coming from someone who didnt get elected in my view entirely “legally” – I mean has anyone heard the tales of dead people casting ballots for one?? And so forth … And everything else Sleepy Joe is doing, or being badgered into doing – well, coming from him, I call utter BS.

Not saying Trump is entirely blameless either, appropriating top secret federal docs and then refusing to return them ain’t exactly conduct becoming of a former Pres. . .

. . . You don’t do that period.

(and you certainly dont claim you “forgot” – thats just hilarious for one, much like the Trump reelection emails that keep landing in my Inbox, hehe, downright damned hilarious if nothing else – at least to me)

But that was probably trump just being Trump as usual, I really don’t – I repeat, I really dont think he took them to “harm American interests” as is being made out – if anything, Trump is a patriot – I dont think even his most ardent detractors would argue there.

But, a lot of the stuff going on these days – some claim the raid was politically motivated and such – well, it just … reinforces my belief that politics is best kept OUT of – and I stayed out of it until the Trump election (mostly because I like Trump) – and I still do, unless its the lovely Malika Sherawat dancing to those melodious tunes in the Bollywood flick “Dirty Politics”.

Which that movie is a classic case of a woman wronged, never forgetting, and then using her wily sexy wiles to bring powerful men down.

Interestingly enough she is from the same state in India my wife is. Hehe.

Anyway ………………..

I dont know where I’m going with all this.

People will reply with the usual staid “the politics these days is just crazy!”

Except it aint just politics, it’s affecting YOU, and its just begun.

No-ones talking about it, but as I’ve been saying all along, I really hope Mike Pompeo runs for Prez, HE is the one man I have true faith in – and I hold fast to that belief.

Ron De Santis being a close contender.

There isn’t one, except – stick to worrying or thinking or ruminating, as I often use the term about things you CAN CONTROL!

Do I need to workout LESS?
- LOL

Back in the day, even when I wrote Fast and Furious Fitness – I used to work out for HOURS a day.

This was me doing 1000 rope jumps, upwards of 100 pushups a day, and a lot more in the park – yet, the weight didnt quite FLY Off.

This was 10 years ago, when I was 31 odd, I believe, maybe even younger.

I kept getting told I was too fat.

That I gorged too much on “Bhabhi’s” (what other men call your wife i.e. “sister” in some ways) cooking, admittedly just too delicious.

And of course chugging beer after beer, which that is the one that hasn’t much changed until now.

Other than that, and my … well, there was something else that has changed.

John Walker, if he is reading this KNOWS what.

He read Fast and Furious Fitness, and mentioned something about happier times, and if you’ve read what I say about being MARRIED makes it much harder for men to retain the primal EDGE – no matter who you are – happily married that is – if you’ve read or seen what Rocky was told by Mickey in Rocky III about losing the EDGE and the eye of the tiger because he got civilized, then you KNOW what I mean . . .

Thats one secret out of the bag!

anyway, I hope John does NOT read this. Hehe.

A few months ago, he gave me a well deserved kick up the wazoo for looking “out of shape”.

“As a matter of fact, you look fat”, was what he said on one of my videos.

Best feedback I could have ever gotten, and I mentioned this to my list immediately!

Today, about 8 or so months in, he hasn’t seen me.

But I’m routintely told by EVERYONE – I’m “too thin”.

I feel great

Best I’ve ever felt in my whole damn life, but I begin to understand now just how used to people are to being FAT – and low energy – and so forth.

These same people that say “dont lift up heavy weights because I’m too thin and will hurt my back” would be amazed to know I can do 100 pull-ups per workout if I so choose, much like back in the day when they said I was 13 years old (I was 37, hehe).

They’d flip out if they saw me doing my 20 kg in each hand lumberjack workouts . . . or if they gripped my hand (they often do when that happens).

Or if they knew I routinely pound out sets of 50 ASS TO GRASS squats while my daughter ties her shoelaces, dwadling away. I keep telling her to giddy up, she’s 9 now (almost) – not 90!!!!!!!

(kids these days, hehe, you guys know how it BE) But I keep trying to pound in the early bird gets the worm thing, about not missing a single exercise routine, and so forth.

These same people would be amazed to know my dieting and eating habits – and SECRETS – which aren’t secrets if you break it down.

Most of all, and if the basketball instructor who when he saw me doing squats cautioned me to “take it easy” and “workout less” (he first asked me the secret behind my weight loss) KNEW the real secret and how much I worked out, he’d be nigh flabbergasted.

Man, I’ve been watching movies all day long on Youtube!

All I did was 20 minutes of pull-ups and squats, and I’ll stretch later.

Thats all I normally do.

Except those 20 minutes are fuckin INTENSE, my friend – and I BREATHE right.

In a nutshell, thats the secret – most wont get this though.

If you’re really into fitness though, real fitness, you will.

Anyway, John once told me “oh no, dont tell me you’ve gone to the other extreme and become too skinny now, I dont want that on my conscience”.

Hey, man.

That was the best feedback I could have gotten – I said it now, I’ll say it AGAIN!

And from one man to the other, thank you.

John is currently not on the “main list” – he needs a bit of a break from my incessant emailing, hehe, I dont quite blame him, especially after he got repeated emails to buy a product which he already had. Hehe again. That happens occasionally – my bad! (moving providers and so forth, so I had a legit excuse, but still – he’s right!).

But anyway ………..

Got me thinking about how people really dont understand what real fitness is all about, and why my work is so damn important – for the chosen few who DO get it – and do what I say – and get in the best damn shape of their lives!

So, question begets.

Do I need to workout LESS now?

Well, Dad told me when I was phat (he was way worse) that I needed to workout less, despite having “a tummy hanging over”.

And Mom tells me now to workout less.

Hehe.

The mere mortals of the world wont understand the PASSION behind it all.

And thats fine.

Thats how it should be, passion BE the name of the GAME.

And he’s right.

PPS #1 – I was told “to take it easy after 40”.

I done aint taking nutting easy, I’m going HARD – and the next time I see a hill, I’m going up that sucker SEVEN times in a row.

The Brigadier would understand, he’s the only one that hasn’t commented on the weight loss, hehe.

The pair of expensive jeans with one leg multi colored that I so wanted, fought for – and promptly discarded
- And never wore, hehe

It probably sounds strange!

Blue jeans, expensive brand, in “M block market”, a so called for me – and NOT so called for those who even now think it’s one of the “poshest” markets in New Delhi – and one multi colored.

You’d never think someone would want something like that.

But I did.

Fought with Mom to get it. Hehe. She didnt want to, but finally did, and then I never wore it, and I still remember her complaining to Dad about it.

He said nothing, I believe.

Except the usual censorious stare, but not that censorious this time for some reason.

Hey, it didnt look good. It obviously wouldnt, you say … so why did I want this oddity?

Well, the why isn’t why I’m writing to you – that idea popped up while I was doing something I rarely do, which is opening Amazon Prime and watching a Bollywood flick from the 90’s …

I dont rarely open Amazon Prime, of course.

Or ACCESS it. Hehe. Flashback to India, Flashback to “Indian English” … matter of fact  I’ve got not one, but two Prime memberships. Hehe. One in India, and one of course Stateside.

Why for that is a different story, but the movie I was watching – which I rarely, if ever watch Bollywood, and especially not masala flicks like this one which I loved when I was 13 – not so much the actor but I liked him in his anti hero role (movie was one which made him a superstar along with the next few he did).

About a young boy who swears revenge on a double crossing SOB who ruins his father after being helped by the same guy – twice – once after he was double crossed, and then forgave him (hint – like Glyn, a scorpion NEVER changes it’s colors, sure enough, the “filmi” (movie) version of scorpion didnt change it’s either!) – a movie which is corny, yet works – cheesy, yet does the suspense right in an old fashioned manner (it could compete with some movies TODAY) – where the humor is so slapstick you might be forgiven for laughing out loud till your stomach hurts and cry too (“Oh my God, how the hell can something be SO stupid” – but it was true comedy that worked, like PG wodehouse, except in India) – a movie which launched another (to be) superstar heroine – two of them actually along with the hero …

… a movie in which the lead is an pyscho – cum – lover boy and his RAGE is ultimately what leads him to rise from the ashes, seize it all – fulfil his  life’s objective, yet he LOSES it all too – because of his rage.

In fact, if he had kept his rage under control at certain points in the movie, he’d NEVER have gotten caught – but then again, then a superhit Bollywood flick wouldn’t have been released. Hehe.

Anyway ………

As the songs ring out in my head – I was singing them along – I remember each and every line (“he has a good voice” my Uncle once said, curiously enough he also laughed at the final scene of the movie where the hero who “died” – truly in a comical manner if you analyze it – “looked like he was laughing when crying” according to Uncle, hehe) ….

… Hey.

He had a sense of humor!

The only one who along with a couple of others understood a young Rahul, that he had HUGE dreams, aspirations and desires all along – and of course, the apeing movie stars (I do everything to an extreme as yall know) came from that. Hehe.

So in the movie one of the superhit songs, star is dancing wear jeans with something hanging off them, and hence my jeans purchase I never wore.

Hence my trying to get the exact same hairstyle as a certain Akshay Kumar – martial artist – who I dont even like these days, but thats not the point, hehe – and neither is any of this the real point.

Point isn’t even the visualization aspect that movie’s anti hero gets spot on, right down from his life’s goal staring him in the face all the time.

There isn’t a minute he doesn’t think about it, even when he truly falls in love, his subconscious reminds him love isn’t his goal, the other guy’s failure is!

Its to tell you this, my friend that OLD school is what matters.

And these old school movies which I remember most of anyway are perhaps escapism, for me though they’re that for a couple of hours, but also time to visualize on OTHER things, and today it was just remembering my life, how I was at 13, how “normal” things were back then (truly the 90’s – the WWE era and so forth – it was REAL!!!!!!) …

And that was the entire point of telling you all this, I believe – something y’all already know.

Can’t hurt to say it again.

Old school is where it is, I’ll ALWAYS be that way.

and though I rarely take two hours or so out to do what I did today – old school is always with me, right from when I wake up and visualize, and shortly after – or soon, or during the day WORKOUT.

My workouts are as old school as they get, and quick as well.

And they get solid results, my friend.

Workouts that the old time strongman used, workouts that REAL ironmen use, workouts that the Gama used, workouts that boxers and wrestlers have been doing for millenia – workouts that are quick, efficient, require nothing but your own bodyweight – and are old school above all.

To some that last bit might be icing on the proverbial cake – much like the 0 Excuses Fitness VIDEOS were (in a good way) for a certain customer John Walker who left this review for them –

Just thought I’d give you my perspective on your 0 Excuses Fitness Videos.

Now as you know I think the 0 Excuses Fitness Book is the best bodyweight book out there, there is nothing else that comes close but having the videos detailing exactly how each exercise should be performed well, lets just say that
it is the icing on the cake my friend, yes, you can have the “cake” without the icing but in my humble opinion that would be short changing yourself, it would be like going out for a burger when you’ve got steak indoors.

I highly recommend the videos to anyone who wants to know exactly how it’s done, exceptional work, just brilliant.
