Confessions of a troll and more …
- Some insights from yours truly.

I was reading something online – an interesting piece in the Sydney Morning Herald – about an “infamous” or famous, depending upon – hehe – troll “Jamie Cochran” I believe.

Now this is a lady and a somewhat attractive one at that. Hehe – but there are men going around by that name too, all “infamous trolls” apparently, some no longer “with us on the physical plane”.

Beyond the usual Bozo Schofield comparisons (aww, they’re really sweet little kids deep down inside, the trolling is just FUN!) and other nonsense, what I really found interesting was something I know already – and use to great financial benefit for myself – the IMPACT it has on most people.

Most people get angry, emotional, and go to extremes to counter this – in some cases, committing suicide, even.

NOT even kidding you – Glyn’s victims are a perfect example of this.

What I found interesting and had a chuckle at though?

It all seems so juvenile, infantile and childish.

I dont just “not fear” trolls.

I dont just welcome them.

I lay out the welcome MAT for them, yes, Freddie, the “hui gwai” in China, hehe – those girls welcoming us to the massage parlors! 😉 (my pinyin is WAY off there).

People get offended about the slightest little things these days, and of course, the trolls take advantage of this – big time. Even when it wasn’t this sensitive and politically “correct”, trolling existed – either online or offline. It’s human nature, there’s idiots and morons out there everywhere, yet, the REAL idiots and morons are those who let themselves be AFFECTED by it. Hehe.

There’s a line between pointing out facts and trolling.

If you call a fat phock a fat phock, and nothing else, you’re being brutal about pointing things out, but thats it.

If you however keep trying to “incite” the person (which I’m pretty good at admittedly if the person deserves it, hehe) – with related barbs, under the table insults and so forth – then it crosses the line into trolling.

And if you take it off the field, then the troll is, in my opinon, a fair target to be hammered with anything you so choose.

Lady in question doesn’t believe in taking it off the field. Some idiots like Glyn do. But key thing is, my friend, this …

I’ve been attacked so brutally in all regards since early childhood that the “winner in me” had a choice.

Either WIN – or SURVIVE until you do – or do both.

I’ve lived my entire life this way.

And in order to do that, you have to figure out how to LIKE what it is you cannot currently battle against upfront – if you can’t.

From Nazi feminist women to trolls, yours truly found a way to LIKE it – and then profit from it – and benefit at the very highest levels possible.

Sometimes, the indirect methods work the Best.

And this my friend can be applied to fitness too.

Figure out how to LIKE doing 100 pushups a day when 10 is a chore, and once you do – you’re off to the races.

Thats but one example …

Anyway – thats that. I look forward to some trolling, by the way, on the price of the books which will stay AS IS – and I also look forward to some more great reviews, as you know – we have been literally DROWNING in positive reviews (as we should) as of late, and thats just GREAT!

So says poet Mookerjee, indeed a writer and a fighter as the lovely Cindy said.

Back soon!

Best

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – You’ll want to check out the videos the lovely cindy did for 0 Excuses Fitness. I didnt film myself massaging her post filming though.

Relax, tho – NO hanky pankey there.

IN her own words “we’re pure friends!”.

Are we ever, Madam?

Hehehe…. ????

Mountainous traps, power hitters, and MORE!
- There's more to this than most people think ...

While watching Mitch Marsh smack it around like the best against India the other day – I gotta say something I’ve often said – again.

In Battletank Shoulders, and many of my other courses, I give you the IDEAL physique – a true Greek  God like physique, and I am NOT talking “me” either by that.

The X shape is not just the one that is most attractive to women (sorry guys, those bulging chests ain’t gonna cut it with a massive belly) – it is by far the strongest  – leanest, and most functionally fit and STRONG – which most guys want deep down inside.

Whatever they say about “we’re big but not fat” – EVERYONE wants that X shape my friend, thats a fact Jack can’t deny. Hehe.

And that shape is literally an X shape, the upper body and lower making an X, and in the case of the upper body, something you see with ALL truly strong and fit men?

TRAPS!

And the STRENGTH.

Now, this is NOT about bulk that a lot of the fatsos and gym goers Tom Tom.

No

It’s lean TRAPS – with LENGTH that extends like MOUNTAINS – sinews up till the EAR, almost it seems like!

It’s NOT a bulky chest – its a chest PACKED with muscle like I’ve been told I have (I do – so can you)

The overemphasis on bulk (in most cases to hide a rampant belly and FAT on the frame) that most guys lay – is where you get found out – and what leads to your downfall, friend.

It’s about slim – corrugated – and STRONG AS HECK.

And watching powerhitters hit in cricket is just one example.

In cricket, you can either TIME the ball perfectly to send it soaring miles into the sky – former India captain, as diminutive as any, and not the fittest by any means is a perfect example of this.

Then, you have POWER hitters like Mitch Marsh, Chris Gayle etc.

Then you have those like  Kevin Pietersen who truly COMBINE the two – in a manner very few folks can.

Look at all of these guys – except the first.

All tall, lean as heck, striated massive forearms and traps, packed chest without it even being visible – and a lean, mean, corrugated core – sort of exactly like a person who is called the “bodyweight exercise Guru” has.

YOU too, my friend, can get it – if you DO the thing, and stop whining bout price, “quality of photos” and everything under the sun (true, there’s plenty of doers that DONT whine about it – but there’s some reading this that will, this is directed at THEM). . .

Follow what I do, my friend.

Follow what I say.

And DO IT without making excuses, do it regularly, and you cannot go wrong, you literally CANNOT put a foot wrong.

And thats that.

Back soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – Lean and mean will ALWAYS outshine bulk ultimately. Fact, Jack…

And to get traps that extend into the air, almost, and all the above characteristics, getting good at pull-ups done RIGHT is key.

Literally the golden key, no pun intended.

Most people learn how to do ’em wrong, if they can ever do pull-ups for reps at all, big mistake.

Learn from the bodyweight exercises guru right here.

Once you learn the basics, progress via the course HERE.

And of course, never ignore pushups.

As the recent review said. (Pushup Central)

Great book and audiobook manual for pushups and fitness in general

Creatively written and assembled resource for learning how to do pushups PROPERLY, and also many diverse variations of a classic exercise. I appreciate the author’s style of inserting his personality and experience into the exercises and recommended workouts. This could be a go-to guide for many fitness trainers, such as cross fit coaches, high school or college athletics, martial art studios, and the like. I highly recommend picking up a copy of the book and/or audiobook. Note to prospective readers, there are many DIFFICULT exercises, but plenty of beginner-friendly exercises as well. Highly recommend for all audiences and levels of athletes and trainees.

Sage – learn how to do it right, or not at all, you’re wasting your time if you dont learn from this book to be honest and frank with you, and that, my friend is THAT. Back soon!

- And so it is, David. So it is!

Here is a great review for Pushup Central (which by the way I’ve gone hoarse saying – EVERYONE into fitness must have this book, if you’re on this list, if you’re still dillying and dallying about picking up what is by far the best and most definitive course on pushups done RIGHT out there – there is NOTHING like this out there, trust me – then you ain’t into fitness, simple, might as well “admit it”) – from David Quiros, who if those on this list recall is a Squat 101 (first, and he’s right – thats the order it should be done in!) fanatic too – a marathon runner who recently switched to this form of intense training, and he can FEEL the results already!

Indeed, my friend, indeed!

I’ve always said a book is nigh worthless without the right VIBE behind it – so is life itself, and all my writings have ME embedded deep into them – my spirit – my never say die attitude – my “black mamba” mentality – my “do it or “die” trying” spirit – and everything I write about, and this book takes BRUTAL to another level altogether, my friend – and the results are nigh evident (see youtube for more).

There is NO exercise that delivers results like pushups do my friend, despite the whining and  moaning about “high reps being boring or what not”, or “we’re big so we cannot do bodyweight exercises” (tosh – you’re FAT – not Big) – or  “they’re easy” – and other nonsense, they just flat out work.

There is a damn good reason I call pushups the BIG dog of fitness in the 0 Excuses Fitness System.

And you simply must grab BOTH of these world class manuals NOW, my friend.

Remember, digital downloads, videos and a lot more as well to be got!

Do it NOW.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – YES – these exercises and – importantly – in the style yours truly teaches which NOT everyone else does (very few, if any at all do) – are done in the military – by martial artists – boxers and wrestlers – the old time strongmen used ’em – and so forth.

I still remember Charles Mitchell, a pushup fanatic talking about how the fingertip pushups in the book were WAY harder than the knuckle pushups his karate instructor had ’em do, and its TRUE. hehe.

“An incredible fitness audio book that truly exceeded my expectations”
- Well, that it is Floyd - that - it - IS!!!!!!!!!!!

My oh my, the reviews keep pouring in thick and fast – and now the AUDIOBOOKS are getting some superb reviews too!

Which doesn’t surprise me, given I’ve chosen narrators that have the right vibe and passion for the subject ie fitness – nothing more annoying than a “bland” narration. I thought about, and indeed toyed with the idea of doing it all myself, but end of the day, you only rise to success by taking other (like minded) folks WITH you – no-one goes it alone – and plus, I wanted to give the books a variety of different voices for various reasons – and hence, well, all the great audiobooks now out!

Almost ALL our products are currently on Audible, those that aren’t will be on there very soon.

Lets start with the best review first – for the greatest, very BEST – and MOST results producing “behemoth of a” bodyweight fitness book ever – 0 Excuses Fitness!

5.0 out of 5 stars The motivation I gained from this book was great

I would be happy to provide you with a 5-star book review for “Zero Excuses Fitness” audio book.

“Zero Excuses Fitness” is an incredible fitness audio book that truly exceeded my expectations. The author’s no-nonsense approach to fitness and healthy living is refreshing, motivating and inspiring. The author clearly understands the obstacles that individuals face when attempting to get in shape, and offers practical solutions to overcome them.

The audio book is filled with actionable tips and strategies that are easy to implement, even for beginners. The author’s expertise in fitness and health is evident in every chapter, as they provide a wealth of information on everything from, exercise and lifestyle changes. I particularly appreciated the focus on creating healthy habits that are sustainable for the long-term.

The audio book is well-narrated and engaging, making it easy to stay focused and motivated throughout. I found myself eagerly listening to every chapter, and even taking notes to ensure I didn’t miss any important information.

Overall, “Zero Excuses Fitness” is a must-read (or rather, must-listen) for anyone looking to improve their fitness and overall health. I highly recommend this audio book to anyone looking for practical advice, motivation and inspiration on their fitness journey. It truly deserves a 5-star rating!

Floyd R. Simmons, USA

Now that was truly a well thought out, LOGICAL 5 star review!

And thank you, Floyd – for pointing out the facts in the review, because those are what count. Practical advice, motivation and inspiration – and they come best when dispensed by the bodyweight exercises Guru yours truly – someone who has been called, and rightly so, a “master at his craft” – and someone that can get YOU the same results if you just DO the thing.

Some lazy asses whine about me calling them out for being fat, unfit, lazy etc – these same folks might be interested to read what Floyd said about “the author is aware of the issues folks face when trying to get in shape”.

Sure am Floyd, sure am – I just dont suffer fools, cheapskates, and most of all those that don’t “do” the thing and shy away from hard FACTS … that sort of person ain’t my cup of tea to be honest.

The long term approach, habits, this book is truly a must read even if you’re not interested in fitness, but just getting ahead in life – the 10 Commandments of Physical Success can be applied to ANY area of life….

Anyway . . .

Another one for the 10 Commandments of Successful Sales!

For the nutters that claim – well, some of them – that the books have a lot of extra “talk” …
- Or the videos...

I keep hearing comments about how my videos have so much talk in them, how the books have “extra” stuff – and so forth – oddly enough – this from the trollish sort whose never bought the book, cannot do the exercises in the videos and so forth … (or is pretty poor at talking on video themselves, for me, although I never did it prior to last year, I’m a natural at it already! Hehe) and is basically looking for a reason to “gripe” about the price (funnily enough people that cannot do a single pull-up or handstand pushup currently – usually because they’re too out of shape and fat write back with this nonsense, hehe).

All fodder for my upcoming book Profit Troll which will be released on Audible too, in the meantime?

Here’s a superlative review of Battletank Shoulders – like my shoulder courses, all of them being SHORT, sweet – and BRUTAL like nothing else you’ve ever from Kevin Liberty back “Stateside” …

A lot of exercise books sprinkle their story and why you should listen to them inside the workouts, like a Pinterest recipe. Rahul adopts a no-nonsense guide, and the workout chapter is just about the workouts.

There are some serious workouts contained in this book. My back and shoulders were sore just reading it…

Thats a great review, Kevin!

A quick, enjoyable read that covers not only the what exercises to do and how to do them, but why they’re so important for improving your pull-ups. I’m looking forward to adopting a lot of these exercises into my routine!

I’ll try and find the review for the last book as well, for now, I gotta rush – but just more proof in terms of why if you’re looking to get fit – in the best damn shape of your life – with NO frills and fancies other than the bare minimum – well – you gotta invest in these products NOW, my friend.

“You do 500 pushups a day and yet…”
- Hehe.

Man, this goddamned move – never ending move apparently.

I’ve moved between countries, I’ve moved between timezones, I’v moved between cities, I’ve done it zillions of times in the past, driven U hauls up and down the damn country “learning on the fly” – in China I even apparently did it without … (ah, but thats another story for another time I’ve shared elsewhere) – but this move?

Reminds me of why I prefer my nomadic lifestyle and NEVER living in India – or with “family” – whatever that might (to me, other than daughter, its always been non existent for the most part).

I’ve never understood this inclination a lot of women have to buy useless junk – then store it for donkey’s years to gather dust, and then move it back and forth years later. Dopamine drip I get it, but to someone who has instinctively packed with economy of space his entire life – I just, ah, dont GET it …

Wife keeps complaining “thats how family life is”.

It is if you MAKE it that way, living in roach infested apartments since birth, attracting the same damned thing to yourself at age 70 plus … right down to the crows cawing.

Dont get me wrong, to me these are all signs from the Universe, but if you look at it practically…

Anyway – no sense talking to the uninitiated that dont want it, so I dont, but point being this – even the movers during the move, these dudes move heavy stuff all dang day long – were asking me if I was into strength training, did I hit the heavy bag and so forth.

I offered to help them lift stuff, and did.

I’m STILL moving boxes with all the junk Mom’s got lying around. Ugh

And I remember the days – to come soon again – when it was me and a suitcase, only moving I did was all the empties on the bedstand, hehe.

Anyway – while moving the heavy bag, which the wife wanted me to do yet again, I asked her why she didnt simply ask the movers to do it.

Of course, that did not get a logical response “you do 500 pushups a day, and yet!”

Well, the daughter picked it up and literally pushed it where it was supposed to be. “No help” she kept yelling…

And as for me, I’ve neither done 500 pushups nor have I done 500 squats over the past week, and I’m kinda RARING to get back to it – big time!

But it’s interesting, the effects of that sort of training don’t go away that easily, everyone with half a brain can “see it” – even men four times my size (literally).

(please, get your mind out of the gutter in that regard, hehe).

Anyway ..

I HIGHLY recommend you do 500 pushup and squat workouts AT LEAST once a week, if not more.

They will build strength, conditioning and health in a manner in you nothing else will or can.

And you’ve already read all the rave reviews of how these courses have literally CHANGED lives, and continue to.

The long awaited review for Squat 101 – yet another superlative, glowing FIVE STAR review – is HERE!

Great guide for at-home bodyweight exercises to get strong!

Great resource for bodyweight exercises you can do at home to get strong and fit. Being an endurance athlete, I tend to skimp out on the weight training. Rahul’s guide and approach to keep things energetic and on-point is a great resource for any novice to premier fitness trainee alike. Definitely worth its weight in gold multiple times over!

That one came in from David Quiros in the USA – who is an endurance runner – or used to be, so it was ideal he got this book and did what it recommended!

yours truly –

Hey David,

The review just showed up – thank you – some great words those! Indeed, while having a goal of doing endurance training (or competitions such as marathons) is a great one – and I would never dissuade anyone with a goal like that – the reality is it wreaks havoc on your body in the long term, so it must be balanced out with some “jaguar” like speed – cum – strength work – squats are the #1 exercise that fit the bill PERFECTLY!

Keep going hard!

The Sheer Power of Jump Rope!
- Starting the day well!

Much like I Often jump rope to start the day, I thought I’d start the day today by emailing you a brief, crisp 5 star review for the VERY BEST course out there on jumping rope (another one the trolls love to troll, like Pushup Central – hehe) … much like the exercise itself, crisp, brief, power packed …

From Anthony Izzi in the US ..

The Sheer Power of Jump Rope!

From beginner to hardcore, this book shows you the ropes (not sorry) in building muscle, stamina, and confidence; all with a single jump rope.

And thats so true!

Muscle and stamina are one thing – we all know about that.

But the confidence part, my friend, much like when you can do 500 squats without stopping – in one set, at one go -you’ll be able to achieve ANY goal you set for yourself – focus like a laser – once you get good, damn good at jumping ROPE!

Anthony was so enthused by the exercises that he didnt even wait to FINISH reading the book – and digesting the contents fully (which  like all my books cannot be done in a day or two) –  before starting the workouts – he did them right there, during the weekend as he was reading. Thats my man!

TRIPLE TURTLE FIST BUMP BACK AT YA, Anthony!

There’s another great review on the way, by the way for 0 Excuses Fitness which goes naturally with it – stay tuned for that one!

A bit of a “spoiler” if I may –

After reading the book you’ve actually motivated me to get on the ball and use some of the info!

So true, Floyd – people that buy the book, and then it gathers dust on their shelves – no point to that! Anyway, wait for the full review, you’ll love it! (like with all my books).

In the meantime, here’s Prajataka Telele (originally from India, now in FL) with her review of Dish Delicious

Yummy Recipes!!

This is a short recipe book filled with delicious and simple recipes. Bonus that they are healthy. We do not need any kind of fancy ingredients, by which I mean ingredients that you need to buy for just a recipe or two. These recipes are made with all the regular ingredients we generally have in our homes. I love the cabbage salad and my husband is a fan of goat biryani! The dips are super easy to prepare as well. Love it!

And she’s so spot on – this, like a lot of my “shoulders” – in fact all, actually – courses is a SHORT and POWER PACKED Recipe book with plenty of good stuff – you’ll want to check it out NOW if you’re a foodie of any nature.

People have been clamoring for Volume Two on it.

All in good time, my friend, all in good time, for now, thats it while I’m off to review audio books – so many of them are out already – do check ’em out NOW!

And thats that.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – For those that have asked, I finally took the plunge – long overdue, and bought a new dumbphone, replete with all forms of 5G, hence the somewhat better video quality etc on “live” streams. We’ll see how it goes, the 5G signal is spotty at best, but we’ll see!

The ONE exercise you’re truly a Master, Mistress at … (or both, hehe) – as far as POSSIBLE.
- Read on!

Years ago, I read the great Brooks Kubik’s Dinosaur Bodyweight Training – a book which I really enjoyed, and which has remained with me ever since.  (like my conversations with Brooks since 2003).

In it, one of the gems goes as thus “true Mastery of an exercise can be defined in this manner – if you can do an exercise for superlatively high reps that very few, or any people can – or perform it in a manner few, if any others can – or do them super slow like very few can – and so forth”.

I’m paraphrasing, but you get my drift.

The great Bruce Lee in my opinion – if you take him, and the ONE exercise he truly “mastered” – or came close to – the fingertip pushup.

I’ve seen NO-ONE do them like he does!

Truly takes it to another level like my book 0 Excuses Fitness does, which takes bodyweight training to a hitherto UNHEARD of level – as my loyal fans, customers, and even the multitude of haters (deep down inside) KNOW for a FACT.

Now, in that book I take what Brooks said, and much  like my own bodyweight workouts, I take it to another level by saying, and this is TRUE – spot on – that you’re never really a master at anything, and someone like a Bruce Lee would be the first to tell you that too.

You keep learning, its that simple.

Ask any true Guru, they’ll tell you that too.

But you can come damn CLOSE to mastery – and for me, that one exercise?

It isn’t pull-ups, it isn’t a pure grip exercise , it isn’t fingertip pushups …

Let me give you TWO.

OR, both that vie for the same spot.

One, the finesse, speed and agility – and STRENGTH – and repetition – with which I do monkey bar work.

I’ve seen no-one do them like that – and my results in that regard show, plain and simple.

Second, the “arms out” pushup, or the Jack La Lanne or floor humper, hehe – pushup.

I’ve seen NO-ONE except perhaps the great La Lanne do ’em like I do.

If La Lanne was here, he’d tell you the same thing too.

And that isn’t me tom tomming – its me stating a fact.

The benefits for me – well, I’ve spoken about them, you can see ’em, but for now, question to YOU my friend.

What about YOU?

What is that one exercise, that one workout you’ve gotten to a level very few people can match even if they tried their damndest?

Well, I take that back – very few people can BETTER is what I should say.

If you truly try, anything is possible for anyone!

And on that note, I’ll end.

Write back – let me know – and if the answer is none, you’re either not training hard enough, or haven’t for long enough seriously, its that simple.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

P.S. – Pushup Central is REALLY making waves now – if you haven’t yet pushed on to GET this course, what the PHOCK are you waiting for, hehe.

Get it NOW.

Great exercises inspired by the best kiddie ever!
- My kid! Hehe.

In comes a great review of Kiddie Fitness from Prajakta Telele, mom of two, currently in FL (originally from India) …

(Author’s note – I am EXHAUSTED after the madhouse here – this place I’m at truly puts the N in nightmare, and with the move etc, man! Been hellatious, so much to catch upon and its been only two days. Let me keep this brief!)

GREAT EXERCISES!

(and a 5 star rating – YES!)

If you are like me and prefer to workout at home without equipment, this book is for you. The exercises mentioned here are not too complicated and hence suitable for kids and are good enough for us grownups too. The author has divided the exercises into different sections, like stretching, animal movements and cardio. My little one has a lot of fun doing the animal moves and the older one who is obsessed with increasing her flexibility finds the stretching exercises helpful. I love that there are 10 sample workouts mentioned in the book, so that’s 2 weeks’ worth of workouts right there. And of course we have an option of mixing and matching the exercises as per our needs or liking! I would definitely recommend this book.

More “beat over thy own head” fodder for the Bozos who whine about book prices, not enough details in the book and everything else under the sun that trolls, losers and price wankers whine about, if a mom of two OK’s this book – then you know its a good one!

And, the best gift you can give your little one – the gift of ever and long lasting health, strength and FITNESS.

enjoy – back soon.

Best
