Drop and give me… 20!
- An age old test of fitness, strength ...

I’ve no idea where that number came from in terms of the Marines, and it being used extensively in terms of the number of reps per set a Marine should be able to do – repeatedly, over and over again – out there in the hot sun (or cold waves if you’re a Seal) – with weight on – sometimes without – when you’re exhausted and haven’t slept/eaten for days – and so forth.

Like the pull-up done RIGHT, a basic test of fitness – even in the Army I suspect.

Today’s workout was mostly – for me – sets of 20 x 6 “Marine style” – or boxer pushups – which I detail how to do those in Pushup Central. one of the most brutally effective pushup styles out there, they make you breathe hard and heavy, and SWEAT – especially if you’re out there in the SUN – and they are likely the ones Iron Mike used to do in set of 40-50, I believe – not the “Tyson pushup” that is commonly attributed to him.

Nothing beats the regular pushup, Ive often said that – lots of people place great emphasis on table pushups, reverse pushups – so you should.

Those, especially the latter, are prime tests of fitness and how long you can go without stopping.

(and fat or lack thereof around the midsection).

But you never ignore the basics, the regular pushups, never ever …

And 20?

While you could drop and possibly give me 50 in perfect form the first time (not most people, but those that can) – the next sets won’t be that easy ultimately. Between 20-25 in perfect form is what you’ll find you can crank out mostly – and while you could do more maybe, that number for some reason, like “500” in terms of overall rep counts is GOLDEN.

I said in Fast and Furious Fitness that EVERY man should be able to do slow and steady perfect form 25 pushups, regrettably very few can. And thats just the basic pushup..a.

Anyway, I got in 201 pushups all in all, this was after filming the pull-up videos, and 20x 6 + I believe … 15x 5 plus a few odds and ends here and there, and there it was.

And thats how to do it.

Day in and day out, hard and heavy – keep hitting it!

And, never lose focus on form and breathing – as you can see in the video tutorials on the pull-ups, breathing is PARAMOUNT. That exhale truly does rocket you up when combined with the mind muscle connection done right.

All for now.

See y’all soon!

Oh, if you’ve STILL not gotten Pushup Central (like some people on this list have not), just what the heck are you waiting for?? Quit being someone whose content to stay on the sidelines or someone content to be a cheapass and let the world pass him or her by, or whatever the reason is, this is truly a book every serious fitness trainee must have on their bookshelf. Get it NOW!

Where’s Jane?

One of them is still in China, I believe, no longer as rail skinny as she was when I first met her doing yoga like a champ in 2016.

I next saw her in 2019. I knew there was something familiar about the place but I could not place it, neither could she place mine – or so I thought. When I later spoke to her on wechat, she told me “she gained weight so was shy to talk when she saw me”.

Hey, the weight suited her – she was way too skinny before, but she didnt believe me!

Hehe

Anyway – that memory aside, the question posed in this email has nothing to do with that jane, or maybe it does …

Video explains all, and its one of the very best exercises you can do for the upper body – monkey style – and develop crushing grip and shoulder (and upper body in general) strength to boot while getting a lean and flat abdomen in the process too.

Notice how I swing in perfect form across the bars.

This is an exercise even kids these days are hard pressed to do, and adults – forget about it!

those that CAN do it mangle it horrible, and flail wildly on the bars before dropping down.

You CAN get good at this with practice though, and this exercise is one of the keys to developing that rock solid corsucating “kung fu” like grip men more than 3x my size have told me repeately I have.

“You PULL people towards you!”

“You have the GRIP, once you get him down on the ground he’s yours!”

Anyway – here’s the video –

Enjoy – and remember to pick up Gorilla Grip, Gorilla Grip (Advanced!) – and Gorilla Grip (TIPS!) now (if you’re indeed serious about building a rock solid, world class grip – indeed, grip training is AS important as breathing, my friend – just as important!).

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – If you want animal like strength, conditioning, endurance and “lasting power” if you get my drift, then you have to TRAIN like the wild does. You have to make this training a part of your daily life – the way it’s done in the wild. Animal Kingdom Workouts shows you how – get this book NOW if the above interests you in any which way, shape or form. One of the most comprehensive manuals EVER written on the topic, and I doubt I’ll ever have such a comprehensive product out again even on this site. Get it NOW.

100 and counting …
- And way more to go!

It’s day one… yet … always!

They say the journey of a 1000 miles starts with a single step.

Boy, for a guy who for years had like 11 subscribers on his Youtube channel, steadfastly swore off any and all videos except the paid ones – and even there there were not a hell of a lot as opposed to NOW – things sure have changed, and quick.

Things can change on a dime my friend. People dont get it. It’s that one thought that when followed through upon counts, that one glance which really penetrates deep – a few words, or even the vibe which really gets things going.

This afternoon, I got a notification from Youtube about something I knew already – we’ve reached a 100 subscribers already within a couple of short months on the channel.

And the email was like “time to shout from the rooftops!”

Not like Mookerjee needs an excuse to do that? He does it all the time?

Hehe.

But it just capped off a great morning replete with plenty of emails and club swings, started a great afternoon off too!

We Instagrammed Live – we Youtube’d too – and though I was going to do Twitch as well “some things must wait”.

Plus, some shameless buffoon was staring holes through me as usual.

I spoke a tome about this yesterday, I spoke another today while doing my splits.

How fuckin shameless can some people get? First thing you know, being in a public area does not , I repeat, NOT give you the right to get in people’s faces, follow them like dogs all over the place (the dog does it, I get it, but humans???) – and stare away while the other person is minding his own business trying to do something – when called out, they dont respond, crowning stamp of buffoonery, shamelessness, and idiocy – I was calling him out on livestream with folks on the chat listening and the guy wouldn’t stop staring.

What an ass!

With people this shameless, there are two options.

a) 9 mm if you get my drift.

And b) move away. Which I did, but the fucker followed me over the place for a while before finally bailing. Ugh!

Other than this – lots of fun both on our Instagram and Youtube channels, so check ’em out NOW.

And here’s to a lot more fun down the road!

Came home to the wife demanding me take the daughter out for chocolate or something, daughter spent a little more than she was supposed to be – like less than a quarter more???? – and the wife started tripping …

such is life.

And thats that.

Pushup Central contains info central to what you saw on the livestreams today – along with Squat 101 and 0 Excuses Fitness, must have’s on any serious fitness enthusiast’s bookshelf.

And thats that!

Back soon.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

P.S. (Edit) – Same thing (being shameless) about the copy artists, trolls etc who can’t stay away from me despite being booted, blocked, called out and more. Hehe. But hey. I love you all. Gratitude was the tone of the day today and is everyday – and being YOU help me make $$$ too – hey. By all means, keep at it! 😉

Some people, sick as it might sound, love and get off on the punishment.. so be it.

When going DOWNSTAIRS is a chore. Hehe.
- And it is for some people!

So many memories on this one – starting with “Uncle J” (as I called him, hehe) – an old boss of mine, the “first”, almost – who used to be in the Air Force (interesting how I hang out with these types – I remember “General Michael” – him of the sit at home and making 4x what I was in the office, which wasn’t bad at all either – telling me about (when I first met him) “I’ll be the guy that looks like a bum off the street sitting on the corner swigging a beer”) …

Hehe – I can identify – I’m the same way! Its all about function for me, of course, the girls might have a different opinion but thats … well, hey. Girls love us bad boys!

Ayway – Uncle J?

So one fine evening we got off work, elevator was packed as usual, or not working – China back in the day wasn’t that bad though – that was a good hotel we worked in! (and I took a certain Ann Lee there half drunk too, lol) – and Uncle J took the stairs.

one thing led to the other, we spoke, and he laughed.

“You can tell I get very little exercise when going DOWNSTAIRS is a chore!”

Uncle J and his cigars. Hehe. And my “China Camels” at the time. All great memories, I still remember complaining about the (to me) “Extra small” helpings the Chinese meals seemed like (which wan’t true – I just didnt know how to order more!) – and Uncle telling me sagely “neither one of us looks like we need to eat more!”

Heheheh…

Or, Marc the African Silverback Gorilla, us carrying beer (well I was) up like 18 flights of stairs.

Elevator was out – one of them.

So rather than wait I nudged the Gorilla, those massive arms that can deliver a huge punch – “let’s just take the stairs!”

That we did.

Going downstairs was a chore for HIM after that – I remember his voice telling me the next day “man, I feel wobbly just WALKING!”.

Hehe.

“You’re in excellent shape, man, I could barely hear you breathing!”

All of that has been chronicled here, of course.

Anyway – I’ve been thinking nothing but HILLS as of late.

Its been a while since I did my long ass hill climb routines, my hikes, and I dearly miss them.

You can do all the pushups in the world, all the squats – but much like nothing replaces those and pull-ups, leg raises etc – NOTHING replaces hills, period.

The sheer BURST of energy you get when climbing steep hills, those endless stairs you see at the very start of 0 Excuses FItness, those endless slopes (but stairs, mostly) – nothing compares.

Not climbing stairs, not subway stair sprints, not step-ups, NOTHING – NOTHING comes close to the real deal, let me tell you that (though they’re all fantastic alternatives that I use all the time) – and for a guy who used to hike for hours a day non stop – well, I know a little something or two about it.

A guy who Brooks Kubik back in the day wondered if I was in the army, such was the ferocity of my routines – if you were on his list, you saw the email he wrote on that!

Us old timers stick together. Hehe.

Brooks was – and is still HUGE on hill climbing – ask him, you’ll see. He used to do it all the time in Louisville KY back then – these days from what I can tell it’s more rugged beach workouts – which aren’t bad – I did them in Oman all the time, but I’d rather hills.

The Indian Himalayas are by far my favorite place in the world to visit – and be. I’ve said that so many times, and as you guys on the Ship know, our other Youtube Channels which aren’t really public knowledge as of now will soon be that – and will have more on all my travels (indeed a very extensive package).

For now, just follow us here – https://youtube.com/@0excusesfitness

And other than that, back to hills – NOTHING replaces or beats them. If you have a hill around, drop what you’re doing RIGHT NOW and go climb that sucker – or walk it – or simply get out in the fresh air and BREATHE deeply.

It’s so worth it, all of it, I’ll tell you that.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

P.S. – My world famous course (apparently even the picture on the book cover is a cause for curiosity – hey, look, man, – it was CNY 2018 at the time, I can’t help the crowds. I dont like ’em, but it is what it is, and the security guard that helped out – xie xie!) (I still remember him shaking his head at the crazy foreign devil doing what I show you in the book. Hehe) Advanced Hill Training contains information on the techniques and methods I implemented “being in the trenches, literally” in China – to get myself in TOP shape. You’ll want to check this out now, and you’ll want this book sitting on your bookshelf. This is yet another one of those ones for which even the paperbacks are flying off the shelf (no hardcover as yet though – but thats in the works!).

(And yes, I’ll be on a hill soon again. Watch this space for more!)

Want a workout from hell? Lets moooooooooooooove!
- So many memories there too!

As of late, I’ve been doing some moving and packing- for the wife.

I packed the daughter’s toys into boxes securely in preparation for an impending move – which is supposed to happen in March, middle of March apparently, so I think all involved are jumping the gun  (indeed, my Mom started packing weeks ago – but then again, she’s got YEARS of junk to sort through hehe) …

Last night, I was carrying tons of cutlery up and down stairs, going downstairs with it was more interesting – not because of the weight (wife said it was heavy – I asked “this? Heavy? Whatever!” – to which she replied “you’re a wrestler, thats different!” lol) – but so the damned things, whatever they are, vases and all kinda shit- did not BREAK.

Heavy and fragile is a good way to put it, I suppose!

It’s been reminding me of the all the times I’ve moved in my life – more than I can recall, more than I can count …

In the dorms back in college, I’d have to move every time semester was out – since I didnt have an apartment or home to go to at the time.

I still remember shacking up at Motel 6, calling an Uncle from a phone booth on the highway – him calling me a wolf with my lifestyle, which I sorta was. Hehe.

Then when I finally moved into an apartment, a year later it was the move to NY.

Then the move back.

Then two moves to two different apartments, then a move to India. Six months late,r a move to China. 1.5 yeas later, back to INdia, and …

well, you get the drift.

Moving – carrying heavy suitcases up and down flights of stairs – boxes – packing – I’m no stranger to any of that.

I dont particularly enjoy it but it is what it is.

The one memory I’ll always have of moving though – my ex, and her Dad. – her Dad, actually.

Good ole Dr Lamar, even at the ripe old age of nearly 75 I believe he’d be at it, jumping up and down with enthusiasm “at getting the job done”.

Lets move, move, move……..!

Lol.

Emily used to joke about that all the time “Dad’s like this always!”

Well, with a nutty wife and quite a temperemental daughter (that once kicked him square in the nads too) – he had no choice.

Percie was a great guy though- big hearted, always did his best to help me, and for that I’ll always respect him. I was young and wild back then (not that I ain’t now) – and had even less sense than I do now, hehe – but he put up with it. Kudos, Sir – I know you’re reading this from “above”.

Lupus took the ex in 2020 and covid Percie that same year…

Anyway, the moving.

Percie and moving will always be synomous in my mind, he moved a hell of a lot too!

And driving Uhauls or learning to “on the job” as it were (I Still remember the first time taking that big ass truck out on the highway – I had this habit, and stil do, of looking back to reverse the car – like Percie did, hehe – old fashioned, but hey, I prefer that to the gizmos and gadgets in cars these days that tell you how to do it electronically – but with a  massive truck, not quite an 18 wheeler, but truck nonetheless, you gotta use mirrors. Hehe). . .

Anyway ……….

Moving’s a SOLID workout my friend.

If you did nothing all your life but carried heavy, unwieldy stuff up hard to maneouver flights of stairs – you’d be in great overall shape!

I still remember when I was paid to do it by a gentleman at Bond Hall, I got $50 for an hour and half of effort (moving stuff up 4 flights of stairs or maybe a bit more- but he had a dolly, it was easy).

Given I used to make like … what was it? $4.something in the computer labs (min wage), that was good money for me back then. Hehe.

I still remember tucking into the Albertsons’s chicken (is that brand even around now? I suspect not) heartily that evening , telling my parents about “I earned me some money” and so forth …

Anyway, that went down pretty well with them, telling them about the time I wanted to donate blood to make money apparently didnt … HEhe.

Where am I even going with all this?

I could write a tome on the moving memories, the amount of times I’ve done it, and I’m pretty sure a lot more awaits with my nomadic lifestyle.

But for now … fitness memories.

16 Inspirational FItness Recollections has some of the best, most moving, and most poignant ones ever. Even if you’re just into reading what I write and enjoying the writing from the Cave, hehe – you’ll want to get this NOW.

And other than that, the 0 Excuses Fitness System, which keeps you in the sort of shape you need to be in to move all of a sudden. Believe me, weekend warriors get found out pretty quick there!

I still remember ole Percie strapping on a massive fridge to his back while moving, since there were no other guys around to help… (I remember the story my ex told me, I should say).

My, the days …

Those were the days!

And more await. Hehe.

BEst,

Rahul Mookerjee

Deep breathing done RIGHT.
- Youll want to see- and HEAR THIS.

Ive said it once, I’ll say it again.

If you’re not breathing DEEPLY – the right way, like a baby does, from its midsection while working out – you’re not really reaping all the benefits you can get from your workout, period.

So many folks hold their breath during tough movements, which is a bad mistake (but one that happens when you start).

Loosen thy breath, become more flexible, improve, the world flows to you – and as Martin Farmer Burns famously once said (and he’s right) – deep breathing alone made many a sick man well, many a weak man strong.

“Baba” Ramdev in India was railing in 2020 against all the BS Covid restrictions, and the need for oxygen everywhere – he was like, and rightly so – “God gave you all the oxygen tanks you need!” while thumping his chest.

True dat, yoga guru. Which he is. Hehe

Deep breathing is all you need, and you have all the tools to do it right – everyone does.

And one of the hallmarks of doing it right is your breathing should be so heavy one can hear it if you’re standing even a few feet away from the person.

And rather than “say it”, I figured I’d do it – yet again – for y’all – on a Twitch livestream (where we’re really picking up some solid steam along with our Youtube channels!).

Enjoy –

And remember, if you ain’t squatting?

YOU AINT TRAINING!

And thats the bottom line, circa ole Steve Austin.

Hellatious workouts await ! (got that from Ole JR , hehe. True blue Southern boy, loves his BBQ sauce like I do!).

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – Get Squat 101 NOW for more such inventive hellatious workouts that will have you breathing like a house on fire and shed fat QUICK. Along with that, be sure to pack the 0 Excuses Fitness System – and Pushup CEntral too!

The fine line between a competitive streak -and a MEAN streak (being a true ass)
- It's something that needs ADDRESSING.

Growing up, I’ve seen plenty of cases of this – yours truly never was the aggressor, but being on the “bullied” side all the time, I’ve seen it a LOT.

Probably thats one reason I keep talking about class divides in India, the disparity between haves and have nots, why I treat everyone as the SAME (which is not what happens in the Indian subcontinent for one if you get my drift) and it’s something Ive thought deeply about it since childhood.

Picture this.

Guy you do Taekwondo with knows you’re terrible at the splits.

Partner assisted splits.

So he pries the legs open a little more – beyond what he SHOULD do.

And it hurts – to the point of tears – and he gets away with it because the instructor (who was NOT – I repeat, NOT trying to be an ass) was talking bout “toughening me up” (in a figurative manner).

There is a line between pushing someone, and injuring someone.

Unfortunately, kids dont get it sometimes.

Unfortunately, kids can be the cruelest of people sometimes, and they learn from us adults.

This same guy, I remember the mean expression on his face when I got a brand new bicycle when young, and rode by his house.

I said hi.

He might as well have spat on my face.

I was never the sort – uber aggressive back – that I am NOW to these people.

That was a skill I learned along the way – eat, or be eaten – law of the jungle.

But … unfortunately, although I’ve brought my daughter up to be uber aggressive, and not take any shit like I used to growing up, somewhere along the line, she’s crossed the line – sometimes.

Without knowing it.

With all the Nazi feminism rampant around her (the most awful mental disease one can be afflicted with “ie. putting others down for no reason”) – its bound to have an impact.

We were cleaning her desk last night.

I helped her – which I often do – Papa does the lion’s share of the work. Hehe. Thats OK, my little girl, my Princess!

End of it though, something happened that pissed me off big time, but I did not show it at all.

She mockingly spilled something on a clean area of the desk.

“Now, you have to clean it AGAIN!”

It’s a clear example of a power struggle gone wrong – a child’s mind NOT being steered in the right direction in some regards, or CONFLICTS in the childs mind.

I can relate. I had plenty of it growing up, except I was never allowed to express it. Beatings at home if I did, and all the mental put downs meant the same thing at school if I did it there (although there were times I “lost it” completely and went berserk, but thats a different tale altogether).

Anyway – this isn’t about me, it’s about my daughter.

I realize this requires tackling, but I dont want to tackle it in the usual heavy handed manner, I want to tackle it like I do all the other things I do with her – quietly, mentally.

She does this with her Mom all the time …

She ain’t a bad girl.

The best ever.

The most adorable ever.

but, there is a line that cannot be crossed.

And this applies to everyone out there.

Adults too.

In the movie “Milka Singh” you see athletes he’s competing against gang up on him and do all but break his legs in the shower before a huge run.

True stories my friend – and Milka ran – with those legs being littel more than stumps.

what was the reason behind this?

To me, that sort of thing – like cheating in boxing – or something of that nature – is abhorrent, DEPLORABLE.

Nothing wrong with a fair battle, and certainly not with a hard fought one, with words being said.

But what happens on the field, stays on the field.

I dont know if I’m explaining it correctly. I believe I am though!

Anyway – I’ll figure out the right way to get rid of this one habit with my daughter (it isn’t her fault in that a certain Nazi feminist is constantly getting in her brain …)

But fair and square, my friend.

Never cross the line.

THere are limits.

Be aware of those.

Respect those.

Else, I have no use for you as a person …

And no, “stating facts” isn’t being an ass if you do it with the right intentions – and in the right vein. As I recently said in a recent video, I point out facts about folks fitness for a far “higher” reason than sales alone (granted they make me sales, but all them sales are nigh useless if they dont benefit the end user, my friend.).

I’d rather EACH customer benefit from what they buy as opposed to selling millions and most not even reading it.

Point of fact, that is how a successful business is run.

And I call people out because it fires up their EMOTIONS – which are required to achieve anything of note (subconscious mind).

And if YOU get pissed at me for calling you out on fitness – hey. By all means do so.

I’d prefer though you CHANNEL that emotion constructively, and USE it – like I did in the past – to BETTER yourself.

And once you get to a point you can kick my ass in a certain exercise – well – hey – thats my entire goal with all this!

I’ll gladly doff my hat, do a Tony Greig “grovel” for you too. Hehe

Because thats the point!

The results sure do justify the means in this case.

But remember – I’ll be training hard too, improving daily, so kicking my ass workout wise might take some doing! HEhe…. As it should be! ????

Alright, folks. Had to get that off my chest. Now I have!

The 0 Excuses Fitness System awaits you – get in the best shape of your life starting NOW.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

Write them words in the beach – and let the water WASH them away!
- Sage, sage, sage!

Jeff Bezos is one of the very few living men today I admire more than anything else – and would “kill” to have a chat with – or coffee – or beer – or whatever.

I Cannot honestly say this about many other people, but if we were look at “all time”?

Definitely Henry Ford, despite his so called anti semitism or what not – guy was a genius – revolutionary – and a TRUE pioneer in all regards. Interesting I say this as my book Fitness Pioneer – which a reader greatly enjoyed – is currently being translated into Spanish!

Ford, – and then of course Napoleon Hill – if there was ever Napoleon Hill “reborn” in terms of life, life events , even fitness (his daily 10 mile walks up hill) – it’s me – to a T.

And Emerson, of course!

But Hill is the one I can relate the most closely to, and from Bezos to Hill, and myself – Emerson’s words, his writings, his Laws of Compensation – well, what can I say other than “some things are just PRICELESS”.

In the Laws of Success, Napoleon Hill writes about how to handle yourself when angry – enraged – pissed off – and so forth.

Sometimes, the direct way may be good – confrontation – but in the vast majority of cases, its best to to do indirectly.

Which as Hill so sagely says “get it all out”.

Either write those negative feelings, the anger etc on a sheet of paper – once you’re DONE – crumple the damn thing up, throw it in the trash. Or, write the words by the seaside if you so choose!

Now, what do I mean?

Well, in Hill’s case he was working late once, and the black janitor turned off the lights without informing him.

Hill was nigh furious, went down and gave the man a piece of his mind.

Guy just stood there, listened to him calmly – and Hill enraged was something, believe me (much like yours truly “mercurial”).

And at the end of it, he apologized to Hill though he didnt really have to.

Hill left, deflated – and thought about how the man got the better of him – despite their obvious difference in position – remember, this was the 1930’s …

And the next day, he went down there and apologized to the man too!

Pretty much said he made a fool of himself, and the guy laughed in the friendliest manner possible, basically said “dont worry, happens to the best of us!”

And it does!

Now, what would have happened if Hill simply wrote “the piece of his mind he gave black dude” down – and then threw the sheet of paper away?

Well, we’ll never know but customer service – or lack of it – you know, the sort where they barely READ what you’re saying (so it seems) – or they completely ignore what you’re saying – so it seems – or they … well, postpone the response till the last minute – so it seems – like Bezos would agree, FEW OTHER THINGS piss me off more.

We’re HUGE on customer focus and service around here. Yes, we’re super choosy about which customers we sell to, but those few customers are like GOLD to us.

And so it should be.

Anyway – I’ve been dealing with an insanely annoying customer care issue for the past week or so, last night I emailed them again, and pretty much expected a crap response which I got at 7 am in the morn, which seemed like – as I said above – rep didnt even bother to read what I wrote.

I gave her 10% of my mind.

Now, this company is one I’ve done biz with before, continue to do biz with – and a certain Racine provides SUPERB customer service there – so I deal with her mostly, but she wasn’t available, so I had to deal with the other guys.

And their service, I dont know if it’s outsourced or what – well, let me just say at the best of times it’s “passable” – and not quite up to the mark – I’m being polite.

And I was thinking of writing the company a long email about all this since I’m considering doing more business with them – and finally gave in, and started to write it.

90% through it, right before “sending it” – the girl wrote back.

With a solution to the issue.

When I LEAST expected it, on a Saturday of all things…

Solution wasn’t forthcoming – I had to coax it out of her, it wasn’t entirely satisfactory but it got the job done. Point being, she got back to me and actually seemed to read what I said for a change.

Now, I dont know if they’re busy, or its just general shoddy customer service everywhere – and busy is never an excuse, but I am wondering now – what if I had NOT written those words out?

Writing is cathartic for me, much like working out is. GET IT ALL OUT!

What if  I had SENT that email to the powers that be at the company?

Would I have gotten the same result?

We’ll never know, will we?

But that above bit is a sage lesson for all of us – yours truly included.

And thats what I Wanted to share for now!

If you’re not the writing sort, hard workouts can get it out too. Big time!

And other things can too, but I’ll reserve those for the other site if you get my drift. Indeed, women… Hehe.

????

BAck soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – The very best way to relieve any and all frustration during your day, no matter where you’re at – some of the quick, dirty, brutal and intense workouts from the 0 Excuses Fitness System. Get on this NOW.

PS #2 – I aint saying I was wrong in feeling the way I was. Those feelings were justified – I shouldnt have to explain the most basic of things to customer service – most of which seems to be outsourced or whatever – but sometimes, just sometimes, I think we all, myself included, needs to consider the other person’s “thoughts” too. Anyway – thats what I think – the world would be a much better place with more patience (which I’m yet to learn on many issues, hehe. ).

The monkeys monkeying around on the monkey bar…
- Ugh

I probably should have videoed it – like I did another interesting distraction yesterday.

It was an interesting day yesterday – in all regards. Workout wise, I showed up to the park after creating that video on affiliates – which really all potential affiliates DO need to watch. Matter of fact, I have to edit that page now as well – let me do it …

… After that, I showed up ready to do pull-ups – lo, what do I see? It was almost China in India – I saw a bunch of sheepish looking (Asian looking) dudes “dancing on command” to the tune of some girls that were flicking their fingers and giggling away in the afternoon sun, comfortably sitting as the guys “danced” – some weird sort of dance that was so hilarious I videoed it – yet, its what old ladies do in China, similar. Hehe.

I found out later they were from the North Eastern part of India, which makes sense, despite all the border tensions – there is a LOT these people have in common with China. I’d love to live there someday!

Let’s see if I will. If it’s meant to happen – it will! – and it SHALL if you put your mind to it, anyway ……….

… it was a perfect setting for my other business (ideas) so I took a video, unfortuantely the dumbphone did not record it right, so no dice, or I would have uploaded it.

They were all college students, I found out later from a nervous girl who came up to me to chat – as I was squatting watching some idiots monkey around on the monkey bar.

Monkey bars are a HIGHLY effective, and even more underrated tool available almost anywhere that you can use to blast your upper body strength and gains – especially GRIP gains – THROUGH THE ROOF – if done right!

Thing is, most dont do it right

Thing is, most get scared of the calluses these build in record time, and Im telling you this now, if you’re into serious grip work – then you better get prepared to accept bleeding calluses, my friend – at least if you’re a guy – a real man, if you dont – you’re simply NOT.

Gloves do NOT cut it.

Real grip work means you grow calluses, there are no two ways around it, and I’ve spoken tomes about my own grip work, how people “ooh and aah” as I casually, perfect form like a “Da Xing Xing” (Gorilla in Chinese) swing myself across the bars.

It’s an art- monkeys and apes in the wild do it naturally all the time, take a look at their grip strength – even the “young uns” that grow up gripping literally – to their mother’s stomachs when they’re babies.

It’s something I mention often in Gorilla Grip, and Gorilla Grip (Advanced) – and Gorilla Grip (TIPS!).

And it’s a MUST if you want to develop that ROCK SOLID kung fu like grip I’ve been told I have – and DO HAVE.

That unnatural pullin strength I have, despite my size, I can easily pull people thrice my size towards me – like when I first met my great friend from the Marines Vincent.

He made that comment, so have tons of others (Alan – I still remember the expresion on your face and the limp wrist – LOL!)

Anyway – this also drives idiots to make fools of themselves on it.

MOST – 99.99% of adults, and 80% of kids out there today cannot exercise on the monkey bars, period.

Pity, especially when it comes to kids. They’re just too weak these days it seems!

Too tough, everyone says, and as I saw some priests from a nearby temple decked out in their priestly garb make idiots of themselves, I should have really videod that too.

Trouble is, dumbphone was not co-operating, so I squatted, watched them with a smile, and talked to the chick from Arunachal Pradesh.

Maybe I’ll see her again today – I’ve got a feeling I will. I’ll keep you updated on that!

most people take monkey bars and thick bar work lightly.

BIg mistake.

It’s one of the BEST ways to develop ferocious APE like grip strength and POWER like never before though your upper body if done right, also a pre-requisite to getting better at the mighty pull-up and all other upper body work you do!

Get cranking TODAY.

Back soon!

Why i keep carping on results above ALL!!
- And it's the right way. The only way!

I’m seeing first hand (as I reinstalled Winblows yet again on the damn system) more proof – as if more was needed – in terms of why I carp on results above all.

RESULTS.

As of late, actually for the past few months, the “lovely” significant other is doing …two things.

One, some sort of relationship counseling based upon hocus pocus, tarot cards and all sorts of astro nonsense (which is great if you belive in it), but really, it’s all a sorry excuse when you pull out the “it’s not meant for you because you were born in so and so year and because Saturn is in retrograde” and so forth .

Its utter tripe, yet this is what people are buying into these days. More and more, actually.

I’ve often spoken about the lunacy of self help gurus offering advice when their own lives are at a point where they can’t afford $2 for half a cup of coffee. Not even kidding ya ..

People of course look at the pretty You Tube backgrounds and buy into it.

Yesterday, the wife was bitching about some guy that claimed she was scamming people with her BS advice.

Now, the wifes advice is free for now so in that in regard no, But when I heard that, I kept my mouth shut, But…given all the BS i hear all day long that passes for “advice” … I have to agree.

And if you look at her life, it wouldn’t be that different from a lot of the trolls I speak of,never has any money, always dependent on someone for something… Always pulling out the excuses, blaming someone for the “evils” in her life..

Yet, she’s not by far the only one doing it. This is exactly the problem I have with social media, YouTube etc – people that haven’t done the thing or don’t do it professing to be experts in what is essentially BS (i.e according to these jokers your lifes destiny is “predetermined based upon stars, constellations etc”) (and if you look at any achiever of note, you’ll see, that (yours truly included) their life paths, nunbers etc – if you went purely by all that – they were anything BUT conducive to achievement of any nature).

I wouldn’t really give a shit, but she’s on the damn phone all day about this horseshit, like a customer once told me “you must have the patience of a saint”. Ughhhh… Like when will people learn that there are things like headphones, typing etc??

Here she sits, spouting Nazi feminist bullshit about how men are responsible for the world’s evils and women should sit and do nothing. Ugh. What a pain.

Anyway.

Fitness wise

This is why I carp on RESULTS above all and of course, with these self help idiots, the idiots that go to them will never ask them for their own RESULTS, how their own lives are…. Hehe.

Would you take advice from a bald man (not Benni, lol) on growing hair??

I think not.

Sex advice from an eunuch? I think not…

Same way, with the proliferation of trolls and fools out there that do nothing, claim to know it all, and are fat, slovenly and out of shape- with idiots that sell you the promise of get fit quick with X supplements and so forth… And so forth, my point is this (I’m on the phone so pardon the typos -not, hehe, plus this idiot is gabbling away on the phone about a load of shit she knows nothing at all about) – results.

Again, would you take advice from fat boys – that are obese no less claiming they are experts on conditioning? Or advice on pull-ups from someone that cannot do evenone properly?

You’d be an utter idiot if you answered yes to that (those) above question(s) my friend. And there are plenty out there ..

I didn’t sell books on pull-ups before becoming a stud at pull-ups myself .

I did not start teaching people how to do pushups and get fit before I became a fitness expert myself.

And so forth.

My results are out there for all to see.

And that, ultimately is why I outsell most of the other bozos out there – despite my prices and everything else, which will stay reserved for an exclusive bunch of people willing to pay for knowledge as a customer recently said.

And the proof is there in the pudding.

Alright, enough of this . More when I get the computer back up online.

For now, if you’re interested in learning about real fitness in the trenches from a real guy that’s been there, put in the hard yards, been on both sides of the spectrum and thus forth….then, the 0 Excuses fitness system is for YOU.
