Drop and give me …. TWENTY!!!!!!!!!!!!
- DO IT - soldier!

Drop and give me TWENTY – aint that the TRUTH, brother!

I can hear my buddy from the Marines nodding, and saying (when he was somewhat unfit – I didnt categorize him as so, HE did) – “but I can still do 10 pull-ups”.

That is real fitness, strength and conditioning – THAT IS THE MINDSET!!

Marines pride themselves on their ability to crank out pull-ups willy nilly, on command, in their sleep – nigh effortlessly, like I do, so they should – so I should too -well deserved!

I still remember an idiot who goes by the name “Evangelist” claiming I “linked my workout with that of the Marines”.

Well, fuck.

Hell yes I did – and a few Marines – my buddy included – did too!

I still remember the conversations we had over BEER.

One about a guy “about my size” (which I told him I was SMALL – David compared to his Goliath) (and he replied with “Rahul, you’re NOT a small specimen you can tell you work out!!) – who did 150 “elbows in pushups” (boxer pushups as I call them in Pushup Central) in ONE SET.

“Thats damn good, did he do them without resting, in one set”, i asked incredulously.

Yes, but – here’s the kicker!

“HE did them in one set” replied my friend from the Marines.

“But he didnt rest”, I pressed.

Oh yes, he did, my friend replied. “in the downward dog position” he told me, showing me the position.

Now dont get me wrong – thats still impressive numbers given all else the guy no doubt did that day.

BUT – that brings me to me, and today – and our style of training we promote around here at 0 Excuses Fitness.

Or, Fast and Furious Fitness where it all started – one of those products that is even more for EVERYONE (although all my products are that!) – than 0 Excuses Fitness.

It doesnt have a workout video – or it didnt – now it does!

This afternoon I was doing pull-ups, wondering which video to take – and then it happened!

41 pull-ups in (I planned on 50 initially) I abruptly dropped down, cranked out 20 pull-ups – and then … posted it on my channel.

It’ll be there for now for a couple of reasons. (though I will remove it soon, since it’s also in the paid download section) …

One, you’d be surprised at the number of posers, preeners, and wannabe fitness fools (and trolls of course) – and fat fools claiming “they’re big but not fat” that cannot do ONE pushup in proper form, let alone 5 – or 15 or 20.

Two, in Fast and Furious Fitness, I take it a step beyond what drill instructors at the Marines do.

I state very categorically and I’m dead right on this one – ANYONE should be able to do 25 pushups in proper form if they’re serious about their training, or claim to be!

Much like if you ain’t squatting you ain’t training, period (fact, sorry) – and the fat rule, i.e if you’re fat you’re fat, period – you’re NOT fit or an athlete or ANY nature – THIS should be, along with “pushups are the big dog of fitness” – ANOTHER cardinal rule of training, serious training that is.

Actually I take that back.

IT IS!

Not “should be”.

And so, I figured I’d put this out, and show you how to REST between reps.

Not the way most do it.

The way you SHOULD do it, WITHOUT taking ANY of the pressure off the arms and shoulders!

You’ll want to see this NOW, my friend.

THAT is how you progress to real high reps – done right!

Marines, now they train for other things other than simply conditioning so they might be forgiven TO AN EXTENT (to an extent! not completely) for poor form or sometimes slouching etc during reps.

You the fitness trainee will NOT.

Should not either.

I remember a conversation with my friend from the Marines when he was saying “yes, your way is the by far the best and right way to do pull-ups” – but then he interspresed by saying their goals were different, which I Agree, they do it to escape from a variety of situations, or to save their life, quite literally.

YOU should train for that purpose too!

Who knows, you may find yourself in a position like Sig Klein (old time strongman, what a GRIP!) was – where he had to literally propel himself down a drainpipe to escape a house on fire, literally – maiden in one hand.

Or, like the great JOhn Walker who had to literally save his nephew on the cliff from plunging to a horrible death, life or death situation!

You may not.

But it’s great to have that strength and conditioning in reserve if you need it!

Id forgive the average fitness enthusiast for not being able to pop off 10 perfect shots with a handgun, not a Marine. Hehe.

Similarly, Marines – that dude still gets kudos

But for you?

So do you.

But you can do it the way it should be done, and skyrocket yourself to even further gains in strength, health and FITNESS!

So it aint about me – my friend. I could easily bang out 100 if I want to, but this is about YOU, showing YOU how to get to advanced level or some of the steps, anyway – from a “near zero level”.

Without further ado – here it is –

And final word –

All the trolls that will no doubt ape me and put out their own version of this – please do not do it without prior training which most of you do not have.

I can think of at least 7 right off the bat, if I included “Keith James”, “Evangelist”, and the Bozo Glyn – that’s 10.

Fat Benny “Blue Light Special” or Blue Balls special since apparently he’s almost 40, never got laid goes the grapevine, couldn’t if he tried, what a fool and moron – is #11.

There are probably 111 more, some of whom even take the time to write lengthy indecipherable rubbish about what I say.

All good, but I dont want any of this posse, Glyn excluded to injure themselves, therefore. Hey. I’m kind too sometimes!

Hehe.

And thats that – back soon!

Best

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – I still remember a certain Brooks Kubik saying “thats great!” (upon listening to the “Rahul’s hill walking workout from China” (later to be his email, hehe) and then  asking me “Are you in the military” ?

I replied in the negative, my Mom later said “what you do is so tough ,no wonder he asked!”

And that, coming from a man like Brooks. Highest praise and HONOR EVER!

The type of pushups Olympic sprinters do to build EXPLOSIVENESS like no other!
- The real deal!

Shredded bodies, upper body development that would put the bodybuilding Tom tom’s to shame within a nano second – rippling throughbred legs and more – carved abs – hard bodies – oozing testosterone and attracting members of the opposite sex without even trying – all of this describes a sprinter’s bodily development “in very brief”

Truly specimens they are, and not just the males – even the “water fairies”, as an ogling dude called a swimming champ once – in a movie – the women too!

Movies, ah.

As I said in the video today I was watching a movie last night.

Modeled on the great Indian sprinter Milka Singh, this movie was nothing great – tosh in many regards I’d say.

I have not finished it as yet.

But much like Rocky Balboa, which I thought was a great ending to the series, no need for “Creed” – you watch it for … well, the training montages and sequences.

And Farhan Akhtar, the star I believe does a pretty good job of training the way sprinters do!

You see him run up hills – do hill sprints – when he gets better – he’s told to do it with tyres around his back – when that gets easy, he jumps rope with ankle weights.

He pumps out pushups and pull-ups by the dozen, and does sit ups on the dipping bars in pouring rain.

He loses sight of glory for a woman once, the second time around he remembers and does not make the same mistake again!

Anyway – all of this should give you a pretty good idea of the “masala” flick it is – nothing great, I’m not even sure if it truly depicts the Flying Sikh’s life as it was, though many details are spot on.

Movies, they can never come close to either a well written book or real life.

Anyway, one style of pushup he was doing – I could identify!

It was plyometric, explosive, and great.

And I cover it in my most recent video –

Damn, I’m getting so good at these videos – this for a guy who “hated” videos, truly – when Rahul Mookerjee the bodyweight exercise Guru decides to really go the whole humpty on something – there is NO-ONE that can or does it better. Like I keep getting told “do it! You’re the real deal!”

That I am, my friend. Everyone knows it. Hehe.

And pardon the Tom Tomming, I’m just in such a blissful mood after a nice warm empty park, and plenty of sales rolling down the barrel while I’m doing pushups, relaxing – that … well, my mood!

Anyway – Advanced Plyometric Training has 55 such movements – as of now, the number might increase – that you will want to see even if you aren’t specifically interested in plyometrics.

Taught in a NEVER – EVER – seen manner before, these will truly take your body to the next level – and your conditioning levels to “Mount Olympus” if you get my drift.

And don’t worry about what idiots say when they see you doing these.

As they told Milkha, if you want to fly, dont focus on the low hanging fruit. Hehe.

I never have!

Never will – it’s just as easy to shoot at a fruit x3 or more that height, anyway – point of this – place that pre-order for Advanced Plyometric Training NOW, as believe me, the price – especially with some of the stuff I’ll teach you in this book (and the workout video) – has NEVER been seen before – period (much like some of the movements in “Pull-ups – from STUD to SUPER STUD – within WEEKS!).

Lots of people have written back to tell me how they love the youtube channel, how it’s growing exponentially by the day – and the sheer manner in which I do things.

And I dont blame them – I do too!

If you’re part of that group – THANK YOU!

But, you’ll want (as you know) get all my paid videos as well, as (as you know again) – what I share in the free youtube channels is but the tip of the iceberg in terms of my overall knowledge and skill set.

Truly, as a customer said about 0 Excuses Fitness “why go out for a burger if you’ve got steak at home”.

Unless you’re Penny “one cheesy burger too many” man (or woman, these sorts canot seem to decide their gender, even) who sits at home – wanks all day – does NO work – depends on his wife for even the most basic of his financial needs – and is a copycat “el incarnate” to top it all off.

Ugh.

Poor wife (his).

I’m firmly RED PILLED (and in that movie, I couldn’t agree more when Milka was told to forget a girl who deserted him for another man – women in general have a tendency to either hinder or downright ruin any sort of chance at real achievement – boy I should know from past experience!!)  – but I do feel for the girl, stuck with, as Taylor, a girl from Japan said “really, pathetic!” – said about this dude. (she ain’t the only one, of course). She noticed how he literally hangs on every word I say and eagerly tongue out copies to the letter what I do, then shakes his head mournfully when he can’t make a single sale.

Abuse can come in many forms, direct or indirect… I’m sure she’s with him for some “reason” though.  No girl in her right mind would want to be with a mooch like that and no girl’s into being treated that way too – even the lovely (not) wife once told me that. (and you know if we agree on something, the sun rose in the West. Hehe).

I do find the hypocrisy of this liberal sort interesting though, swangin from one end of the pendulum to the other, if they make even a cent off anything they’ll promote it no matter what, if they’re too much of a loser to do so even with the most basic of stuff, they’ll do a U turn and claim “its shit” when they’ve never even seen the product on offer. Total Biden like lunacy – hehe.

Just, as Taylor rightly told me about that sort “LOSER”. And she’s right – guys like that, just utter trash, even the liberal women they so want would tell them that in a heartbeat or less…

Anyway – that reminds me – if you’re a cheapskate or price wanker, might as well stay away from this product (and the rest of my products in general).

Same thing for weepy sorts and do gooders “oh, Golly, how dare he price his products high!” sorts … do stay away (i know you won’t which is the fun of it all hehe) (laughing all the way to the bank).

If you’re a doer though and interested in “shoulder sizzlers of workouts” – no, not my term – a customer recently wrote about the Squat 101 workout video “leg sizzler” (which it is!) – then by all means, click through HERE and place that pre-order now.

And thats that!

Back soon.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – If YOU would like to have a lifestyle where you’re laughing all the way to the bank while at bliss, peace with the world, and doing pushups in the warm sun outdoors or whatever your little heart desires, learn to live in the flow. Go from – truly – ZERO – to TRULY again – HERO! – with my course on it – Zero to HERO!

Puts what most of these idiotic so called self help gurus have to say so far in the shade it ain’t even funny, and I’m just getting started!

More on why implements can NEVER replace bodyweight exercises (done right).
- I forgot to put this in the video, it seems.

We have been doing some great stuff as of late – some on our Youtube Channel, some paid downloads only (exhaustive workouts – which kicked even MY can – that jump rope workout I did on the spur of the moment on Sunday – the paid download – MAN! – I’m STILL feeling it, hehe – but after not jumping rope a while, I wasn’t even sure I could get up to high reps, so I sorta overdid it – you’ll see in the video. Hehe). . .

And one of these is on training with a tool a LOT of people have had questions about, have been sold on late night TV about – and so forth.

The Ab wheel – power wheel.

I showed you yesterday how to do beginner level planks and a few other things with this great tool, and gave you some tips etc on it – I’ll be showing you more great stuff with it as we go along – more on that later.

(and with kettlebells too).

But for now, as the greatest book ever on training with implements takes its “final shape” – Lumberjack “Lodestone” Fitness, there are two things I gotta say – one again, one HERE.

First, place that pre-order now before the price goes. It already has for Squat 101 and Pushup Central if you get the workout video too, and sales have shot through the roof as well on the former …

Trust me, squats kick your ASS in a manner NO other exercise or workout can. Plenty of other good ways to train legs and cardio, but nothing comes close to squats overall – nothing – and if you’ve done them you’ll know (and its obvious, look at what the numero uno exercises for most strongmen and old timers down the ages was – wrestlers, boxers, you get my drift!).

(till this day).

But – the second thing is this – implements NEVER replace bodyweight workouts, my friend.

Nothing ever does, nothing comes even close to replacing bodyweight exercises the way I teach you – which is “done right”.

NOTHING taxes you from all angles, directions, and forces you to use your body as an UNIT more than bodyweight exercises do.

Animals in the wild don’t train with weights – or “good weights” (such as the hard to grip stuff, like beer kegs etc which will give you a superlative workout if done right).

I’ve never seen a chimp do ab rollouts with the wheel, put him on it, I’m sure he could crank out reps willy nilly and break the damn thing in half too if he so chose. Hehe.

Best answer, probably what I gave my friend (this guy below) – the other day.

After the video he went on and on about the gym and how he “still” couldn’t do pull-ups, despite the record number of times I told him “if I can do it, so can YOU!” – despite all the tips I give him – well, he simply wont practice the right way, and if you wont put in the blood sweat and tears, it wont happen.

Even the pushups, I showed him right form in the video, but he doesn’t practice them that way when HE does them on his own.

So, it wont go anywhere – if YOU don’t do it on your lonesome – then all the books and products, even the greatest ones on the planet – will not do a damn thing for you, because it has to come from within you.

The FIRE, the desire to do more – do right – has to come from YOU, I can take a horse to water, but I cannot make it drink, nobody can.

Which is fine, of course, for him it’s more of a “pastime” sort of thing I suppose.

To each his own.

But as he went on about “gyms build real, true strength!” (the machines), I asked him ONE question – which given by the expression on his face he KNEW the answer to (and a prime reason I don’t generally discuss training with people that are not really into it, mostly a waste of time)

“Lets assume you gave up on the pull-ups, went to the gym, did the machines – as you have for a couple of years” (which he has ).

“You come back, can you do pull-ups?”

He grinned wryly.

Enough said eh.

Then I asked him, what if you get damn good at pull-ups – THEN see what you can crank out on the machines?

He hasn’t done this, of course, but the vociferous manner in which he agreed with my drift seemed to indicate the initial question itself was a waste of time , and he knew it. Hehe.

Now, machines in the gym are mostly utterly useless, and dangerous (lat pulldown – ugh!).

The bench press too – though thats at least somewhat productive if you do it RIGHT (most don’t).

Not all implements are useless though, especially not the ones I will show you in Lumberjack “Lodestone” Fitness.

In a manner only I can …

Reminds of me of what someone once said about “it can be improved”.

In other words, nothing replaces bodyweight, however, certain implements can be used – IF you so choose – along with your training – to benefit you further.

Thats all there is to it.

Like I said in the video, do you NEED them?

No.

Do you NEED to do pushups, squats, and pull-ups?

Hell yes, if you’re in any way serious about your fitness (real fitness). (if you’re not it will show, plain and simple).

If you say “I did this on the machines, no need for pull-ups” – sorry but you’re fooling yourself pal.

Perhaps the best answer comes from John Walker’s review of Animal KIngdom Workouts – truly one of the best books around here, and that is saying a lot.

Rahul

This is one of your best books to date, clearly you understand what it takes to create the perfect beast.

Mastery of one’s own bodyweight is so much more important than some random goal of adding 10kg to your bench press.

Moving your bodyweight with strength, grace and power is how the human animal was built to move.

People, do yourself a favour and buy this book and learn the lessons in it so you too can join the ranks of the superhumans. Yet another masterpiece Rahul.

Glyn Schofield, you’re a clown and quite clearly you’ve never worked out in you pathetic little life, because if you had you’d know what’s important in a “training book” which is the training information it supplies not whether it has typographical errors, “I mean come on man training books are about training not writing style”.

Warmest Regards

John Walker.

And that says it all doesnt it?

Forget the Glyn part or so the called typos he was complaining about or whatever it was, there werent any typos anyway in the book – anyway, I dont want to bring that fool into it. Ugggh.

Focus on the bolded parts, what he says.

There is NOTHING that replaces, or even comes close to – either in terms of benefit or intensity – or fat loss – or ligament building – or whatever benefit you think of – bodyweight exercises done right.

And the hordes of idiots running around wacking off on the lat pulldowns, the hordes of fat guys claiming they’re “big” and throwing weights around in an awful manner but couldn’t do a proper pull-up to save their life and so forth … well, all of this just proves it (the pull-up is but one example of what I’m saying, replace with handstand pushups,  dips, any sort of bodyweight exercise you can think of, even the regular pushup – how many people can truly do 50 at one shot in proper form?)

This one, truly a HARDCORE book along with Battletank Shoulders, both make for great and REAL Christmas gifts by the way, if you’re truly interested in gifts that “keep giving” as opposed to the B.S. most people want.

And that, friend is that.

Back soon.

Best

PS – A shout out, and huge thank you to all our great customers buying our books and products from other third party websites we work with. But remember – to get the videos, you must get them from here!

“Just use the thumb. You’ll see” ! (and why my voice always sounds so “keen edged”) …
- Can't believe I had to explain this - or THAT! Hehe. But I had to.

Can’t believe I had to explain this – or THAT! Hehe. But I had to.

Sophia, that lovely Gorilla Girl is complaining as usual – this time about the husband losing his job.

I sighed.

It was the first time in months I spoke to her, and of course, pat come … the complaints!

Christ, Sophia, I started to tell her.

But then I stopped, no use.

“Dont worry. he’ll find another”.

“As for you? You can always find another man to dominate and take his money”, I quipped since she seems to be into that as well.

Usual talk with Gorilla Girl, no matter Glyn wets his panties every time I speak of her.

ANyway.

She then asked me the “keen edged” question before saying “what the hell”.

And I was like – Same ole same ole.

Sorry for messaging you, Sophia, I had to tell her.

I asked her what she meant by keen edged, although I knew. Serious, accusatory even …

“Serious, you mean”, I asked her.

Getting her to give a straight fuckin answer to anything, of course, women. Ugh!

“Yeah I guess” she went.

OK …

Then I gave it to her straight like I always do.

“Coz I’m exercising, cos training is serious business”, I went.

“Because most people worry way the fuck too much about things they should never worry about in the first place, if you’re dumb enough to depend upon a job, third party or one single source of income in this day and age, you deserve whats coming to you”.

I swear, she’s asked me the “but what do I do with my life” question so many times.

Damn if I know, Sophia. Figure it out!

People – ugh. Just buffoons in general most people act like

Before this, I was doing monkey bar work, really crossing the legs, getting into it.

Guy from yesterday shows up with a bazillion questions.

Now I’m the friendliest and most polite guy ever, but not during a set or workout, so I did not answer,he kept at it.

“What does this tax”

“What part of the body does this isolate” (despite me telling him NOT to focus on isolation the other day”

“How many times you do this” he said, getting impatient when I didnt answer

(I was on swing number 6 – ultra slow)

“Tell me, my friend!”

THIS is why I’m usually cranky as hell when training, and complain all the time about these people coming up to me when I’m exercising or taking videos. UGH!

Anyway.

He’s a nice guy, so I told him.

“Do it, and you’ll see”.

HE asked again.

“Do it, and you’ll see”.

And this went on for four times.

Finally he clambered up and said “I think I can do it one rung at a time”.

He did a few.

“Now, use the thumb”, I went – and “that will answer your question better than I ever could”.

I am, he said.

Where, I asked.

And he wasn’t.

It took him several tries, including one on the thick bar to figure out my constant and very rightful carping about “right way to use the thumb which God, Jesus Allah or Durga or whoever gave you for a reason, a damn good reason”.

You dont see an ape isolate the lats, do you

But plenty of human apes have been so programmed by the madness in the gym.

“Isolate lats for bat wings!”

“Do them without the thumb for more reps!”

“Kip until you can’t no more!”

“Get your shoulders massaged after every rep!” (Jassy, if you recall!)

And so forth, and along with the dont squat ass to grass advice being drummed into people this one is right up there, so though I Couldn’t believe “isnt it obvious” I kept telling dude, and then I finally showed up via handshake “how do you shake hands” – or “how do you grip NATURALLY!” … I guess its a fair question.

And this video shows you how.

Damn.

Can’t believe I had to explain THIS – but it may be a question a lot of you have – so enjoy. Pics on the “community” section of youtube.

And thats that.

We learn something new daily eh.

Hehe.

Best

Rahul Mookerjee

Jump Rope Mania – and squats reign … SUPREME!
- Always! Hehe.

Man I gotta tell you two things – one I knew – always –  living in the flow is what it’s about!

When that flow dictates you wake up on a cold wintry Sunday morning, way colder than what I thought – yours truly of course is in his usual “thin” sweatshirt – while people around me are swathed in layers of clothing (and of course every idiot under the Sun must come to me JUST when I’m filming videos!).

Gawd.

Anyway ….

That flow dictated I make a video about something I ain’t done in months – something I wasn’t even sure I could do right off the bat.

Something I never thought I could do 500 or 600 of after not doing them for months.

Something which is a great conditioning tool – and exercise – used by champs, boxers, wrestlers, old time strongmen and such down the ages – something I recommend you do daily for a bit, something that will WHIP your ass into super shape … that something is?

Not necessarily pushups, squats – and the rest – it’s JUMPING ROPE!!

I wanted to film a short video on this this morning and put it on my channel for y’all to take a gander and see me do it – after months of not doing it – WITHOUT a single warm up – on a cold morning – and moreover, after a lot of roadwork over the past few days which has left my calves for one INCREDIBLY SORE.

Despite being called “Rocky” yesterday, the Advanced Hill Training roadwork started back up a few days ago as well. Hehe.

In the meantime … ah, but we’ll get to that later.

So, while filming?

I was shocked – and amazed – right off the bat.

I did a 100 without even feeling it!

So I decided – in the flow – THIS was the time to do up ONE of the workouts I’ve been meaning to do for Jump Rope MANIA! – the paid download – or purchase.

I thought I’d do 500 jumps (easy peasy ones) and then 100 pushups, or mix them in (Which is what I recommend in the book along with pull-ups, dips, squats and a lot of other stuff).

And I did – except I ended up with 600 odd jump rope reps, 50 odd squats, a bit of stretching for the legs – and 100 odd pushups. Hehe.

So that video is being uploaded NOW as we speak.

It should be up pretty soon for sale…

And, with this one – there will be TWO videos – one showing me doing what I’m doing now – which is the basic jump rope workout (which will kick most trainees advanced or not in the CAN anyway) with a lot of pushups, some basic, some not – and the next one will be me doing both basic and advanced jump rope reps – and with other exercises perhaps – perhaps more squats – and more pull-ups and such.

We’ll see.

For now, two things.

Naturally, the price will go UP on this once I get this video up.

So you’ll want to hurry and place your order now before that happens.

Two, more importantly, just how the heck did I get that many reps in without jumping rope, something (amongst everything else that does not come naturally to me) that is very tough for most people to do continuously for reps?

It does not boil down to anything other than two things –

One, squats, and lots of them daily.

NOTHING beats squats my friend.

Like I said in Squat 101, if you ain’t squatting, you aint training (and half ass movements dont do it either).

There’s other things you can do – jumping rope – stepups, running hills, climbing hills, hiking in general – walking – roadwork – all excellent things to do for sure.

But – squats – NOTHING AT ALL – I repeat, nothing beats the sheer up and down motion and conditioning you get with high rep squats, and the leg and lung work – NOTHING AT ALL!

And if you do them like I did while jumping rope – whew. Watch out!

(and there’s a reason EVERY – virtually – EVERY serious trainee throughout the ages, strongmen, athletes, boxers, wrestlers, EVERYONE – does the squat, and ferociously at that if they’re serious about any sort of real fitness – and does it a LOT).

Squats, my friend, are truly the Mecca and Medina of Leg training like I said in Fast and Furious Fitness.

My friend was questioning me on why you have to go “ass to grass” as opposed to the nonsense most teach about “its for the thighs”.

No it aint either. It’s a full body – specifically CORE movements – and it does more to build abs and reduce weight than a lot of the other fancy rubbish out there.

The LOWER abs are where most have an issue, and this type of squat – and others I teach in the book really targets that area in a NON – ISOLATIONIST manner.

That was the gist of what I told him. He needs to know it! Hehe.

Maybe I’ll see him soon today.

You know, I’ve got my OWN workout – which is 100 pushups, 50 pull-ups, dips and roadwork planned in addition to what I did during this brief 15-20 minute burst today – additionally, a short video on basic jumping rope as well which will involve a few reps – will be out very soon as well on Youtube.

Stay tuned for that.

And in the meantime, well, thats that.

Off to my tea – back soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – No “paid videos” for Dish Delicious as yet. Like I told Helena, that’ll happen if and when the wife ever gets in the mood to do so. Hehe. Till then, enjoy the others!

(We’re starting out with vegetarian stuff to dispel this myth that you “need meat” to grow muscle – no you dont. Any sort of sensible or even not sensible diet will do it if you train hard, but there is NOTHING at all wrong with being vegetarian – many people are – and training hard, hard – HARD!

Look at Herschel Walker, bread, soup and salad once a day with chicken occasionally!

And many others too.

That said, I’m a huge meat eater – and that will be there too (as in the recipes in the book – stay tuned!).

Pushups vs DIPS
- Another one of those million dollar questions...

Another one of those million dollar questions eh?

And it has a very simple answer – much like a lot of questions I’ve been getting on “is this variant of the fingertip pushup better than the other?” and so forth.

First off, better is relative. All depends upon your strength, current conditioning levels, training goals and so forth – I always tell people they’re not better or worse – they are DIFFERENT variants of an exercise. And you should get good, damn good at both, or ALL variants of an exercise to really reap the benefits and say you’ve “progressed in it”.

(honestly that is).

Now dips obviously – completely different movement from pushups.

But again, thats like asking “are pushups better than pull-ups?”

Neither is better.

Dips are FAR tougher than pushups in terms of “strength” alone – but strength is relative again.

If you’ve got a weak core and lower back, chances are you might struggle with pushups – especially the table variant – Hindus – regular pushups and all their variants – more than with dips.

Chances are you might even be OK on the handstand pushup, but weak on the regular pushup – I’ve seen it happen over and over again. Trust me!

The body is great at compensating for a weak core in a lot of exercises, the pushup being one where the legs sneakily sometimes “bend” if you dont maintain 100% focus and form – and focus on form!

So do both is what I say.

Neither is better.

Overall, pushups have far more benefit, so if you had to choose an exercise – the pushup would be it.

But do both, and watch those shoulders EXPLODE ….

There is a reason dips are mentioned in Shoulders like Boulders! and why all the old time strongmen did plenty of them along with pushups – not in place of – as a pure shoulder and chest builder, they’re right up there with the handstand pushup – in terms of chest alone, perhaps more so than the handstand pushup, even!

As a pure upper body strength builder, few exercises come close to the pull-up – not even the dip which in Fast and Furious Fitness, an oldie but GOODIE – I said was the upper body equivalent of the SQUAT!

In terms of core blasting and overall gains in the upper body, and a true old fashioned ass buster – few exercises including the above two come close to the pushup.

See what I mean, my friend?

Theres no better or worse, get better at ALL of them is what I say, and do things sensibly – work at your own pace – do it daily – and focus on form.

And thats that, my friend. Not the answer most wanted I know, but so it is …

His shoulders were shaking like an ASPEN leaf in the TORONTO breeze!
- Maple??

Or MAPLE!  Hehe. It reminded me of Marc the African Silverback Gorilla who could knock my damn lights out at mach speed, no wonder his name came through that way, hehe when I was typing it – an avid weight lifter and machine user – and when I got him to hold the up position of the dips – that happened!

MAN, the dude literally shook at the top!

His arms and shoulders were quivering so much you could see it, today, as a friend of mine showed up while I was filming some damn tough variants of the fingertip pushup (unlike what I showed in the video yesterday – these two are covered in Pushup Central -see thats the thing with videos, in the flow, on the spur of the moment, I can teach you so much more I couldn’t or didnt remember to put in the book, you never remember it all the first time or even second or third – so SIGN UP and subscribe ,like – y’all!).

Anyway.

You’ll want to check out the video below.

And be careful you have the strength and conditioning to do regular fingertip pushups in proper FORM WHICH IS TOUGH ENOUGH!

I know I sound ANAL about form, I always will, for a reason, and shaking like an aspen leaf in proper form – one reason.

My friend when he showed up – I wanted to chat with him but I was filming, to his credit he did not disturb me, I’m glad he waited around because I wanted to chat with him and  so I did.

Second reason – oh, on form – a couple of kids were yelling “there comes Rocky” when I was doing roadwork today, something I recently started again – shades of Advanced Hill Training on mostly flat land, just as effective.

And – Rocky didnt even wear the sunglasses? Hehe.

The iconic ones. More famous than I!

Anyway – point of this is to say ..FORM!

My friend has been doing a pretty good job losing weight -he had some weight issues, not completely gone as I wrote about the other day, but he’s getting there.

He truly is!

And he does pushups, dips, squats etc.

Now – – I have seen him do these before, but beyond a cursory “please do them in proper FORM!” – I never really said a lot more. You know me, I dont bother people when they’re training!

But today, as I was showing YOU proper form in the videos, letter damn perfect – well – I had to get him in on the action!

You’ll see him do several things WRONG in the video – including arm positioning etc.

But I showed him the main reason most fail at pushups even though they think they’re doing it right.

The SLOUCH IN THE CORE!

Yes, even advanced trainees are guilty of this sometimes during high rep workouts.

And anyone can knock out lots of pushups this way (well, not anyone, but anyone thats been doing ’em a while).

It’s the attention to form and detail that makes you STAND OUT, that puts you a cut above the HERD, that really gets your health and fitness levels going and turns even the most humble of pushups into an ASS KICKING exercise and workout for all levels when done RIGHT.

Thats why I keep saying QUALITY OVER QUANTITY.

In Fast and Furious Fitness I tell you it’s better to do TEN pushups properly than 100 lousy ones, and its tru. You’ll see why in the video!

And … you’ll see what I mean about form – again. Hehe.

You wont see him really quivering in the video – partly, but the real quivering came AFTER that video when I got him to do squats – FULLY – ass to grass, not the rubbish he’s been advised to do them “just for thighs” – and when I told him to touch the chest to the ground on EVERY REP OF the pushup – and put my hand there for emphasis!

All lots of fun.

His face literally turned red at the end of it all like my little girls does when she does handstands.

And that, I told him, as I gave him pointers on BREATHING right – and GRIPPING right when doing pull-ups (see videos and Gorilla Grip for that) – are keys to getting in shape faster, and getting that CORE working and conditioned.

As Herschel Walker famously said, GET the core ready,. you’ll handle anything.

He’s damn skippy spot on!

Corrugated Core is a must along with the courses above – and watch the video – NOW!

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – Write back – let me know what y’all wanna see NEXT!

Is looking young “creepy”?
- Interesting!

A white knight recently responded to something I posted on Twitter – in response to a girl (somewhat well known) saying “she got carded at the bar, then she showed them her Wiki page or something, and they let her in without being carded, and she’s ordering drinks now”.

At least you look young enough to be carded, I laughed back.

At the age of 19, yours truly once grew a long beard and was never carded. Useless law anyway I think!

Anyway – at the age of almost 42, when people call me 26 or so, I dont really get carded any more.

Thats because I always have SOME stubble on the face.

If I dont, all bets are off.

Anyway, I didn’t even post that. I just posted the first part about she’s looking young enough to be carded.

Some girl replied.

Then deleted her tweet.

White knight jumped in saying “he’s part of her target audience! Anyone that follows her is creepy!”

Girl replied back.

“NOT creepy”.

White knight shut up real quick. HEhe. Probably an idiot liberal too …

Anyway  – that aside, my workouts certainly not just keep you looking young, but feeling young which is the entire point – the entire shebang, the entire creepy or not ke …

And today I put out more “keep young” videos – one focusing on grip and pull-ups and doing them RIGHT on thick bars.

Source (for those on the text only list) – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3_jwTfTp-OI&t=278s

And, one detailing a DIFFERENT sort of knuckle pushup I have NOT covered in Pushup Central as yet – which will SMOKE the “front shoulders, deltoid”, whatever it’s called, you get the drift.

Source – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aD8VFb7NV_c&t=377s

You’ll want to check these out NOW.

And remember, the videos along with the manuals are FAR more exhaustive than the free youtube videos I put out, so if you’re thinking you’ll learn all I have to teach from the youtube channel ALONE – you’re wrong my friend.

They all need to be worked on TOGETHER, not seperately.

And thats that.

Back soon.

PS – So much to teach, Im just getting started – stay – TUNED!

Another exercise that brutally exposes FAT – or the lack of it, hehe – around the MIDSECTION
- Not the pull-ups! Hehe

Some people are so fat and take pride in doing pull-ups so comically that other than the walk from the “dinner table to potty and pulling their pants up” – its hard to imagine any sort of pull-up they do. I can think of five people right off the bat, all liberal entitled nutjobs that whine on about how they’re big – and not “fat” when the mirror itself says otherwise as do the plus size clothes they wear to “conceal that ever expanding belly ” …

Ah but I’m getting ahead of myself!

Today I did a long, long session of roadwork – good ole fashioned brutal boxer style elbows in RUNNING. Shades of Advanced Hill Training given most of it was done either on open road dodging traffic, or a hilly (sorta) park I often go to – or used to. These days, I go to another.

I went to this one today.

This guy who I met there in 2018 – I wrote bout him too – he was observing me do pull-ups, and wanted to do the same.

“I can never manage to do pull-ups”, he went today as well after exchanging pleasantries and noting “how good I looked” – and of course, when I told him “you can do it too!” – he noted how I used to be super fat before, far more than him (he’s seen the pictures) and congratulated me again on my transformation which I very graciously accepted, but all throughout, my tenor was on “you can do it too”

Alas, if only.

This guy was havin trouble with his weight too, he’d wear XXL shirts to conceal the girth – albeit Louis Vetton shirts. Hehe.

And now, after a few months I see him, and I saw he lost weight – yet, something was off.

A sunken look to his face, and he looked – not weak as I told him, but FATIGUED.

“Yes, he responded to my question about “did you stop eating or what??”

“Very little carbs”, he went.

That sort of fad diet will do it to you, my friend.

But anyway he’s lost some weight around the midsection, some still to do, so I congratulated him anyway. Hey, results matter.

Then he asked me what I do, I laughed, told him …

I asked him what HE does.

Pushups and squats as always he went.

And then pointed to the thick bar I was working out on and said “But I still can’t do a single pull-up”.

I then proceeded to tell him how the pull-up brutally exposes fat around the midsection like no other.

If you’re fat, you simply wont be able to do ’em no matter how you try and convince yourself you’re not fat, I said. (not saying that to him).

He nodded.

And you wont be able to get chin over the bar for reps, let alone hold for time, I went.

Anyway then I asked him to show me the pushups he does, I knew something was off.

On the squats, he just goes halfway down.

And the pushups?

Well, he showed me a “pause and go” variation of the dive bomber, which I nodded politely and pretended to “learn”.

I did not correct form etc.

But then he showed me something, and I had to pipe up.

It was a decline pushup.

“There it is”, I said. “Those work the shoulders – and upper body into the ground – they’re excellent”.

But if you want to do CORE workouts, I said – the floor pushup is far better.

I’ve written galore about floor pushups vs handstand pushups.

I’ve also written about why the pushup is the BIG DOG of fitness bar none!

And it’s true, my friend.

You simply cannot beat doing slow and steady regular pushups …

As for why they work the core better, well, I did the best thing possible in that regard – I did them – both styles – and I put it in a fantastic VIDEO for you guys to watch and learn from.

Enjoy –

And remember, my friend, Pushup Central is the one and only book of it’s kind on pushups out there. I challenge you to find a book that is better or even comes close to it (no, trolly comments made by idiots who haven’t even read the book obviously don’t count) …. and I’ll eat my non existent hat, but it’s not tinfoil unlike with the Bozos, heh.

And thats that!

Back soon with the original video of the day, or what it was supposed to be (why you should not fear, but WANT negative reviews for your business, life, whatever you hold dear).

Yes, I realize this runs contrary to what most think.

But patience, grasshopper, much like the video I did on why you shouldn’t fear – but WELCOME trolls with open arms, this one is about a different sort of troll – which will be in Profit Troll as well.

Back soon.

Best

Rahul Mookerjee

PS – As for dude, great guy, but I told him to work hard on pull-ups in 2018, he didnt, and now … well, he still can’t do ’em despite me telling  him galore “if I can do it, so can YOU!”.

Thats the problem, you can lead a horse to water.

But you can’t make it drink.

Ah well … (I was going to find what I originally wrote in that regard, maybe soon).

One arm pushups -or NO arm pushups??
- Really, some of the stuff I see out there!

Really, a lot of the crap I see these “two second” Tik Tok influencers spout (or wanna be anyone’s pretending to be someone – to be frank, one thing I’d NEVER want to be called? An “influencer” – here today, gone tomorrow…) …

Anyway, last night I was uploading some more member’s only pushup videos to the Ship.

Some great, great stuff, “arm sizzling workouts” as a certain man put it.

Almost 55 is that guy, stellar stuff R ..

Anyway – while doing so, Youtube popped up this odd notification of “no arm pushups”.

Huh?

And I forgot about it.

Yet, later it rankled in my mind, so I clicked through – and cripes!!!

Seems to be a thing with some people much like the “look at how much food I stuffed down my gullet and threw up after that” Korean girls in Korea fad … or some of the other equally silly fads out there (some downright DANGEROUS).

And when I clicked through to the video, geez, I’ve heard of levitating Babas ignoring the laws of space, time and Physics, but these are average looking Chinese or Korean dudes doing a one arm pushup – then so called progressing to a “no arm pushup” which is basically a good pushup – and then the arms suddenly disappear and the body magically lifts itself – in perfect form as well!

I aint shitting ya.

Google, you’ll find it (Bozos globally will no doubt do just that for freeeeeeeeeeeeee since I mention it here. Hehe).

There’s some video of a (supposedly) Russia solider doing this as well.

The depths to which people will sink to – and I dont mean the Russians, I mean whichever nut job thought of putting Chinese or Russians in the video. Everything bad has to be either china or Russia! It’s just hilarious, these damn liberals.

Back to fitness – apparently thats a thing with some.

I wouldn’t advocate it though – no way, not unless you want several busted noses, chins, all at once.

What I WOULD advocate – in terms of strength workouts – ONE arm work – although I’ve been very vocal about saying they should NOT be a main workout unto itself as they lend themselves more to showboating than form – they DO build some serious strength if done right.

Plus, some around here demand courses which give ’em that – so I will!

But for the most part, one arm – or two finger – or maybe one finger work is where it should stop for most people.

Unless you want to be that levitating Baba, hehe.

Literally, it’s hilarious, it looks like an invisible string behind the scenes lifting the guy up.

And these moronic Tik Tokkers love it … (and think it’s real fitness).

Stick with what you’ve got in the no nonsense course Pushup Central my friend.

Not only is there no other course out there like it, but it will build a lifetime of strength, health and conditioning most can only DREAM of if you DO what is said there (and in any of my other courses)

Anyway.

A certain Pooja just asked me “Sir, how did you lose so much weight!”

“I’m not so thin now am I”, I cackled back. Always fun flirting with her! (as is the reverse, hehe)

“You’re perfect now”, she grinned back, that vixen like GLINT in her eyes!

It’s interesting chatting with, she’s canny as ever, knows her customer, those sly knowing eyes, that realization knowing she’s trying to fob stuff off on to someone whose been selling – legit – from a very young age, anyway, as she yells outside – at least she has half a brain. IT’s fun to talk to her! (at times, anyway).

And I told her how, but she interjected with “let me cut some more spinach up for you” and then proceeded to tell me what I know already, the health benefits etc.

I laughed.

“Yes, you’re right”.

“But” and I winked at her belly – if you eat TOO much of even a healthy thing, it’s gotta go someplace.

And thats the answer, I Told her, why I dont buy “daily” from her, hehe – or I’ll turn into what I used to be in 2010 (Which of course given my bodyweight workouts back then were still stellar is most than what most fat fuckers could do – but hey, I was fat, no bones …)

(made about it, I mean, hehe).

Anything in excess is never good, my friend – that includes taking things to extremes in terms of “no arm pushups”.

Now selling to excess, she does that – but hey. Like she said, it’s a matter of “eating” for her, hehe. And I’d rather that than a lot of men who sit around at home doing exactly F all letting women bring home the bacon, thats just downright pathetic to me, losers with ZERO life basically. Ugh.

(My paternal grandmother’s father was apparently this sort too, so I know. UGH!)

Perhaps the best thing about the 0 Excuses Fitness System other than it being the best damn bodyweight course out there “nothing even comes close”?

Well, that it’s safe, sane and SENSIBLE …

And that alone, given the lunacy and hypocrisy raging in every corner of the world should be a welcome throwback to saner times, perhaps thats why I attract the sane customers that know in order to get true knowledge, they must pay the price – and happily do.

And I wouldn’t have it any other way – thank you!

And thats that.

Best
